The location of the hotel is very convenient.
There is a proximity to the metro.
The room stock is in excellent condition.
There is a very good gym, a comfortable swimming pool, a spa area with baths.
The staff at the hotel is top notch.
We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfasts at the hotel, a very good and decent assortment.
The view and aesthetics of the hotel are guaranteed.

This "5-star" hotel has become a horror for me! I expected a comfortable stay, but instead I was faced with discomfort. Cockroaches are running everywhere — in the bathroom, in the rooms, and it's not just me who has this problem, my friends have the same situation + I've only just seen a couple of reviews from 2023!!!! of the year! I'm just shocked how this can happen in a 5-STAR hotel. It's just a tin can!
But that's not all. The rooms don't seem to be cleaned! Dirt at every step — dust in corners, on furniture, on tables. Things and cupboards are not wiped above arm's length. In my room, half of the headboard was covered in dust! The furniture is old, worn and scratched, but if it weren't for cockroaches, then at least somehow you can close your eyes.
I am terribly afraid of cockroaches, and because of this I spent a sleepless night in fear and panic. I turned to the hotel staff for help, but unfortunately they couldn't solve my problem, and as soon as I returned to my room and got out of the shower, the cockroaches also ran out of the bathroom. I was moved to another room, but what's the point if these cockroaches are everywhere, the problem is unlikely to be solved
My vacation, my trip, and even my birthday (yes, it was on my birthday that I cried in panic because of my phobia) which I really wanted to celebrate here, everything is ruined. It's just terrible for a hotel with such a rating and prices. I wonder if cockroaches go as a gift to such a "service"?
I do not recommend this hotel! There are cockroaches and terrible repairs, as if they haven't been working on the hotel for a long time and don't even want to solve the problems
For that kind of money and the number of stars, I expected much more. I'm shocked..

THE HOTEL IS NORMAL. The staff is very friendly. There was a Super rich exchanger nearby.You can walk to Lumpini Park. Siam Mall is visible from the windows. Even after the Dubai Mall, the Asian mall made an impression. It is visible only from the windows of the west side. I liked the breakfasts. They were served on the ground floor and on the floor above the ground floor. A pleasant VIP room. Where you can have a meeting, a date, or be with friends. I like the SPA. We worked on Joelle Ciocco cosmetics. Tea, water and a coffee machine are provided in the room. Pleasant impressions were remembered by the Italian - the then new manager and AST. Thank you. I LIKE THE GYM.

The hotel left a dual impression: old rooms, sometimes falling out sockets and at the same time - good breakfasts, the presence of a swimming pool with a gym, carpets in the corridors, prompt service at the reception and the most delicious, with a beautiful view of the restaurant on the top floor (with a Michelin star). The hotel is located somewhat far from cafes and restaurants, it takes 10 minutes to walk to them.

In general, this hotel is five-star, but I would say the rooms are four. It is already possible to repair, especially this white-painted furniture. The hotel itself is, yes, not bad. Especially the halls with a library, a recreation room, and a meeting room. The breakfasts here are awesome! A huge selection, everything is very tasty. From vegetarian food, to sushi, from freshly squeezed juices to all kinds of pastries. They also have their own restaurant at the hotel, there is a large selection of cheeses and wines. We took it several times along the cheese plateau, very worthy! I am attaching a photo with a view, as well as from the room, from the restaurant, with the lights off in the hotel hall and a photo of the first floor with the reception. Oh, and there's also a nice gym. The pool is like this, it's straight.

The service is terrible, we were denied lunch boxes before departure, and then they were handed out to everyone in front of our eyes. No one helped with the cargo, they worked us out on "leave me alone". How to get into the room also turned out to be our problem. The room was a mess, when you open the shelf, the facade falls off. You can hear the neighbors doing their business in the toilet. A squad of cockroaches lived under the bathroom mirror, which ran into all the cracks after turning on the light.
