Like it. The hotel is very conveniently located to any places of interest, whether it's various taverns, shops, an exchange office, squares, parks, attractions. Nice room, bed and mattress are very comfortable, bed linen and pillows are comfortable, spacious wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator. There is everything you need in the bathroom, snow-white towels, the whole set is available. For those who forgot to take a toothbrush, the hostess of the hotel prudently put a disposable one complete with toothpaste. The room is cleaned every day. The atmosphere of the hotel is very friendly and comfortable, if desired, you can order breakfast. A big plus is that for Russian citizens, payment for accommodation is made with MIR Sberbank and VTB cards. Quite an adequate price-quality ratio

Excellent budget hotel, next to the American Embassy (7 minutes on foot). There is a transfer service to and from the airport if necessary. Friendly staff. Great hotel! We lived in January 2024 for 6 days. Only the most positive and kind impressions remained from the stay. A very cozy, quiet, clean hotel with everything you need. The atmosphere is calm and homely. There is a wonderful kitchen. Breakfast is provided. The rooms are warm and spacious. Filtered water is brought in every day. Many thanks to the administrators of the hotel Sholpan and Gulmira, who very politely and correctly answered all our questions, told us a lot of interesting and unknown information.
The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the U.S. Embassy. Opposite the hotel there is a wonderful cafe with reasonable prices and delicious food.
I will recommend this wonderful hotel to my friends and I will be happy to come again! The trip was a success!!! I wish all the staff good luck and prosperity!

Like many guests, I stayed at this hotel for an interview at the embassy. I would like to note Gulnara's cordiality and kindness, she helped a lot in solving emerging issues. The room is clean, cleaned every day, towels, slippers, toothpaste, brush, shower gel, shampoo, filtered water, electric kettle, WiFi. During the stay, the weather changed dramatically-it got colder, the heating was turned on without question.Nearby is a wonderful cafe "Paradise" with delicious national food.The result of the trip was positive, so I finished the trip with a sightseeing tour of Astana. The hotel is not for pretentious guests, the price-quality ratio is 100 percent! I definitely recommend it for business trips! Thank you, Pulsar, thank you, Astana!

Hello everyone! I stayed at the hotel for five days. From February 3 to 8, 2024, the hotel is clean, pleasant atmosphere, excellent kitchen area, very beautiful tapestries and paintings on the walls. All this improves mood and creates comfort. The room is clean, warm, and has all the conditions for living. Great wifi. The breakfasts are delicious. Special thanks to the girls at the reception. They will help in any situation, they will tell you, they are very cordial and responsive! There is an embassy nearby and a great cafe with very tasty food. My journey was not overshadowed by anything! And I'm happy, I went home with a visa!!!!!! I recommend this hotel to everyone, the price and quality are the same. We stayed at this hotel with my wife from March 30 to April 5, 2024. I really liked it. The hospitable and friendly administrators Sholpan and Gulnara, who advised us on many issues, in particular on obtaining a US visa. The visa was approved for us. The room is very cozy and warm. Shower, TV, electric kettle. The linen is clean, the room was cleaned daily. There is a cookery nearby where you can buy various salads, pies, meat and fish products. If desired, breakfast can be ordered at the hotel for a nominal fee. The prices for accommodation are acceptable. I recommend this hotel to those who are going to the US Embassy for an interview. Nice, clean hotel. A very convenient location if you need to visit the American Embassy. Literally 10 minutes walk to the visa department. The junior suite is quiet and spacious. Warm water, good repair in the bathroom. The impressions were only positive.
The only caveat is that they did not give the cash in change twice, they had to return. Maybe I got lost easily, maybe the topic of conversation was good every time, maybe I was just tired :)
But in my opinion, you need to be a little more careful with this, otherwise the guests will inevitably have a slight sediment.
I definitely recommend the hotel, but with a reservation - it is better to pay by bank transfer.

A great hotel. We stayed from April 15th to 20th. The rooms are clean, wet cleaning every day. Very friendly administrators Gulnara and Sholpan. You can order breakfast from them. There is a microwave, an iron in the hallway, a hairdryer and a kettle (in the room).We went to the mosque for lunch, opposite the US Embassy. Inexpensive and very tasty, a large menu. I stopped by on May 29, stopped by 4 hours earlier, paid for these hours. We met a transfer at the airport-6T tenge, and the hotel was greeted perfectly, we were fed breakfast. Breakfast is available separately for a fee. I stopped by for 6 days. I arrived at the US Embassy, it's nearby, 5 minutes on foot- They didn't give me a visa, but I stayed in the room for another 5 days. The room is cleaned every day, water is poured for drinking from the store, there is a kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, bed, wardrobe, chair, table, TV, everything is as it should be. Breakfast is rich in the morning. Everything is clean and beautiful. The service is great." The exchanger is nearby, the store is nearby. I recommend it, you won't regret it..

We stayed at the Pulsar Hotel from March 30 to April 4, 2024 with our spouse. The room was very cozy for a little money. The room has a TV, refrigerator, electric kettle. Filtered water was brought daily and wet cleaning was carried out. Administrators Sholpan and Gulnara turned out to be on top, who always provided any help. A five-minute walk away is the US Embassy, where we got a visa. A very convenient neighborhood for visitors on this issue. There is a shop near the hotel where you can buy everything you need: delicious pastries, salads, pies at an inexpensive price. A shuttle service can be arranged from the airport. I recommend this hotel!!!

All our requests were answered: replacement of a burnt-out light bulb, a large dish for watermelon, breakfast at 7.45. Breakfast for a fee, delicious at home. I really liked Gulnara's tact, not a single superfluous question about the purpose of our visit, although almost all the guests come for a visa. And only when we returned after the interview, she asked: "Did you get it?" We lived from June 12th to 15th. I recommend the hotel if you are going for a visa.

Excellent mini-hotel, friendly hostesses at the reception. The room was next to the reception, I spent 2 nights quietly, as it turned out the hotel was completely filled, on the 3rd night there was a check-in of new guests, the sound did not interfere, but the light in the corridor burned almost all night and since the door is an alternation of wooden strips and opaque glass, then if I did not have a mask for the eyes, the light would interfere with sleep.
The room is large, the bed is comfortable, the blanket is warm, the linen is clean and soft, there is also a sofa in the room.Every day there is a jug of clean water on a tray, and water is also poured in the kettle. 3 towels in the bathroom, a shower cabin, tubes of shampoo and shower gel, toothbrushes with toothpaste. Everything is clean and tidy, cleaning every day. Wardrobe with mirrored doors. You can have a hot breakfast in the morning.
Everyone who lived at the same time as me in the hotel got visas, so the hotel is happy for applicants.

And when ordering, you need to specify whether there is an air conditioner in the room. Otherwise, it is an institution with "tired" repairs, inflated prices, a strange configuration of the building, where the room window opens onto a small backyard covered with a canopy, and the door is in close proximity to the reception. And thus, the guest profits from his desire to be aware of all the affairs of the hotel:-)
If you are not picky from the word "at all" and you need to settle as close as possible to the US Embassy - this hotel is for you.
