Everything is OK, it's great that there are departments where they only deal with the delivery of parcels. Even if there is a queue here, it passes many times faster than a regular post office. There is no need to wait until the grandmother or the next "smart guy" pays for his communal apartment or loan (both can be paid through banking for a long time).
If you don't like queues, don't come at the end of the working day or on weekends, and you will be happy.
Queues have disappeared, it takes 10 minutes to pick up a parcel. You can get in without queuing at all. Hurray!
