We rest in December
The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious. We had a rest earlier in Marina Sharm, it is not possible to eat there at all, but here in the Pyramid everything is delicious, you can find it for every taste. Grilled crabs, shrimp and rolls are available) there is no soy for rolls, you will not be able to eat much, that's what the calculation is.
The juices are adjustable. The coffee near the reception is very tasty!
The rooms are cleaned, we leave a dollar each, but they don't twist the figures out of towels. They do not give out pastes and brushes, take all your own. They also do not give slippers and bathrobes.
Upon arrival at the reception, they gave 40 dollars and Alenka, put her in a nice room with a sea view.
The sea is beautiful, but it's better to go into the coral, otherwise you can cut yourself. There is a sunken city, you can swim with fish masks to see.
The pools are NOT HEATED in winter

I liked the hotel in general, it is located in a wonderful resort area, with large and beautiful sandy beaches, in a bay, there are no waves here, the sea is wonderful and clean, there are reefs and lots of fish, you can walk along the shore for kilometers. The food is varied, every day there are royal shrimps on the grill, meat, fruits, local drinks, also not bad, so the tables are cleaned, not very hastily, in the room, as the tulle with a hole hung, so it will probably hang, the hooks in the bathroom for towels are broken, they have not changed, probably these are small things, but it would be better to fix it, the hotel is a little tired, of course, but the sea and the place are wonderful.

The sea is wonderful here! The entry into the sea is perfect, it's great with children!
There is a place to swim, watch and feed the fish, there is a place to walk near the hotel.

The food for Egypt is excellent, the drinks are local as everywhere, the cups are disposable everywhere. If you like normal alcohol, bring it with you from dyutik)) we didn't take it and regretted it. Otherwise, the rest was a success!

We stayed at this hotel from April 17 to April 27, 2025. We rarely write reviews, but this is an exception. The hotel is wonderful!
Clean, well-groomed, tidy territory. Lots of flowers, no trash, nice to see. It's a huge plus for us that there are no parties and activities until the night. It may seem boring to some, but it's perfect for us. There was a "party" once, and it ended at 11 p.m., more than decently. There are entertainment rooms on the beach for children-and the children have fun, and no one in the hotel is disturbed by music and screams.
The staff is polite, caring, you can always ask what you are interested in. Many people know Russian, and everyone knows English. No one bothered, no staring, everything was very decent.
The rooms are cozy, not crowded. Towels were changed every day, bed linen too, but we don't need anything else. We're just upset that we only got a towel figurine once, we wanted it every day.
No cockroaches, spiders, or other wildlife.
The beach is clean, there are plenty of sun beds. The entrance to the water is smooth and sandy. There is also sand and coral, which was a huge plus for us. There are submerged statues on which a lot of corals have grown, and a lot of fish swim to them. There are even special plates on which you can stand up in the water, relax and look at the fish. The variety of underwater species is huge: we saw a bunch of fish, lionfish, stingrays, squid, and moray eels. Considering that we often took guided tours and didn't go to the beach much, this is very significant. It is convenient to swim with a mask and splash in the water, as there are coral-free areas. In the evenings, you can safely walk along the embankment, there are many interesting hotels around, and even something like a park (if you go to the right of the hotel, going out to the sea). There is a beautiful pier, a lot of fish swim there at night, we recommend a walk (also from the hotel to the right, if you look at the sea).
The food suited us, there were always several side dishes, lots of vegetables, meat (beef) and fish, pasta, pasta, sauces and so on. There are plenty to choose from, especially since the dining room is open almost around the clock, you can always find something to chew.
We were very satisfied and want to come back! Many thanks to the hotel staff for an unforgettable stay!

We had a rest in November 2024.
The beach is perfect among Egypt. There is an entrance area without corals with a shallow entrance and there is a depth with children just perfect. There is also a sunken city where there are a lot of fish, we went on a tour of a bathyscaphe and dived from a yacht in masks, nowhere was there such a variety of fish and numbers as here in the hotel. If you eat in it with you, be sure to wear a mask. We took a junior suite room and couldn't find a review of it anywhere. The view from it is just perfect and panoramic.
I would like to mention Anex tour separately, do not be fooled and do not buy excursions from them, they cost 2-4 times more expensive, they cheat, they promise a maximum of 15-20 people on a yacht, but in fact twice as much, the transfer is the same. In general, you can only borrow from them so that the representative at the hotel does not behave like a person and pays attention to you, without buying excursions, you will not get anyone or anything for them. Unfortunately, Anex allows this, although the company is big, but the attitude there is bestial, plus they intimidate in every possible way to make money on you

In mid-January, we visited Hurghada, Egypt, and chose the 5-star Pyramisa beach resort. We visited this hotel 2 years ago. I really like this hotel: friendly staff. The hotel guide from Anex Tour was Khalid, very attentive, competent, he told us everything so interestingly, we took an excursion to Luxor from him, which we really liked. It was very interesting for us with our guide Cupid, he talked in such detail about the life of the Egyptians, about the history of Egypt. We were lucky with the weather, we swam and sunbathed. The animators are great too, it was fun on the beach and in the evenings. The food was delicious, thanks to the chefs! To the waiters! The room was given a new one (for which there was initially a surcharge) after a long wait and delays. The air conditioning in the room is from the 80s. The food is monotonous, practically nothing has changed for two weeks. Repairs are underway right in front of you in the restaurant and in the rooms, drills and drills, paint, removal of old furniture, etc

A great hotel in a great location. The boardwalk is about 9 km long . Walking both in the morning and in the evening is good. There is no way to ride a typewriter at all. The food is beyond praise, the wine is delicious. There are no queues in the restaurant, there is a huge space. The room is great, clean, cleaning every day. The beach is one of the best in Hurghada. We are currently vacationing in this hotel with my husband and a small child (1 year and 11 months old). We arrived from Nizhny Novgorod at 6:30, we were at the airport for 40 minutes, and after 6 hours of flight, the bus transfer turned out to be 2 hours! We toured 5 hotels before we were taken to ours, after a sleepless night it was very difficult. The trip from biblioglobus, if we had known that it would take us so long, we would have taken a taxi (it takes 30 minutes by taxi). They gave us $ 20 at the reception, so they checked us in not at 14:00, but at 12:00, taking into account the room's wishes (although we initially bought a superior room at the travel agency-it was 5 thousand more expensive, but "it was better renovated after renovation"). In fact, the room is of course a little better than it usually is in Egypt, clean, but certainly not new, the tiles are well-padded, the walls are dirty, the sockets are loose-the charger falls out, the mattress is sagging. That is, the "renovation" was probably cosmetic. Who cares-the hair dryer is very weak, you will have to dry your hair for half a day, take your own. There is no conditioner for the hair, the shampoo is very bad (it does not foam, the hair does not wash, the hair combs very badly, it gets tangled)-take your own hair, otherwise you will not comb it. The cleaning is satisfactory, they sweep, wash the floor daily, change the bed linen as needed (our child spilled juice on the sheet 2 times-they changed it). We lived on the 2nd floor, with Windows overlooking the pool. I was very pleased that there was absolute silence at night. The food is good, bananas, apples, peaches, melons, oranges, grapefruits, canned mangoes and pineapples are made from fruits. From meat-beef stewed and boiled, chicken, fish, turkey, once they gave duck. Side dishes include rice, French fries, sliced potatoes, vegetables, seafood (shrimp, squid). There's grilled fish, kebab, and beef outside. Olives are green (salted) and small brown (terrible, bitter). Lots of desserts. There are cocktails, beer (decent), and juices in the bar. The sea is gorgeous, the setting is soft, the sand, in my opinion (I have been to Egypt 4 times)- this is the best beach and sea. Nearby there are piles (from the pier in the past), overgrown with corals, a lot of fish. The whole vacation (10 days) is calm, there are no waves at all (at the same time in other hotels or low tide-that you have to walk an extra 600 meters to the sea or waves is a red flag). Entering the sea without a pier. There are enough sun beds, but you need to occupy the sea itself at 7 a.m., before 8 a.m. you can find it on the 2nd row, after 8-only in the 3-4 row. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, in the rooms and on the beach, but it is weak, it often disappears, the video does not pull, it catches best in the lobby, there were problems with connection several times-I contacted the reception. The coffee in the dining room is not delicious, but in the lobby there is wonderful coffee beans, lattes, cappuccino and Americano. I went to Cairo (the oldest street in Cairo, the National Museum of Cairo and the pyramids of Giza) from the tour operator biblio globus-for $ 140- the price is higher for the fact that the group travels by minibus, there are only 7 people in the group- you don't have to wait long for anyone. The main disappointment of the trip is the Egyptian guide with a strong accent (although I was wondering in advance if there would be a Russian guide). As a result, almost nothing is clear, we looked at it, but we didn't really listen to anything. I really liked the museum and the pyramids, the museum has Tutankhamun's mask and his sarcophagi. It takes 6 hours to get to Cairo (we left the hotel at 1 a.m., in the morning there, at lunch back at the hotel at 7:30 p.m.). The staff at the hotel is normal, bring Alenka's chocolates with you-they love them very much. On the downside, we lost our glasses on the beach, and a couple of days later we saw them on a beach staff member. So instead of taking them to the reception, he just started wearing them. The husband took his glasses - they gave them back without question, but in general it was not pleasant. Otherwise, I recommend the hotel. There is an embankment for walking, at the end of the embankment there is a square with fountains, there is the cheapest pharmacy there-imported medicines can be bought there 2-3 times cheaper than in Russia. For comparison, we bought voltaren gel 100 g for $ 5 for 2 pieces, in Russia the price of one is from 750 rubles. The Mexican restaurant from Alaska is terrible, the menu is short, there is nothing to choose, it's not delicious. There is a walking pier next to the hotel, which is very beautiful in the evening. The hotel has a children's pool-but the water in April was icy when we arrived, there were no heated pools at the time of our arrival-a big minus. We started swimming in the pool only at the end of the rest, when the water became warmer. The most gorgeous photos are 20-30 minutes before sunset. All in all, I think we can come back here again. The price of a trip from NN for 9 nights is 230 thousand (2 adults and 1 free child under 2 years old). Extend the room with a late transfer of $20.

A perfectly normal hotel. Nice rooms. But the deluxe linen is gray, old, and the rooms are not cleaned very well. There is water, refrigerator, shower facilities, napkins. There was a good buffet, yogurt was served in a jar, seafood, meat, juices, fruits, dishes for every taste. A good coral-free entry into the sea. There are bars on the beach. The barbecue is good a la carte. There is a Starbucks even on the premises.

Good afternoon, everyone. We rested from 05/25.24 to 06/22.24. We had a great rest. The pyramid is an excellent hotel, food for 5+, for every taste, whatever you want, the rooms are clean, the furniture is old, of course, but in fairly good condition, the room was cleaned daily, the linen was changed, the TV was working, the air conditioner was working. We lived on the 3rd floor. The weather is hot, but it is easy for us to transfer. 37/40 degrees. We went on excursions, went sailing, and had a lot of impressions. The sea is nearby, the entrance to the sea is sandy, comfortable. It was windy, but it was even good. It was quiet for a couple of days.Many thanks to the guys from Chiptrip. It is not the first year that we have been using the services of this travel agency. The guys will pick up a tour for you for any amount and your requests. Thanks again. We arrived on 10/15/2024, The rest is wonderful! The sea is gorgeous, the sunset is excellent, they placed it on the ground floor and did not regret it at all, it is very convenient! I had a rest in October 2024! Very good and delicious food, for every taste! The entertainment programs are good! The room stock is both new and old. We were given an old room, but it doesn't matter for us, because we came to relax by the sea! The entrance to the sea is excellent, there is a small reef with ships and fish, visible without a mask. Good locations for walks and photos. In general, we had a very good rest. I wish the hotel further prosperity, cook the same delicious and varied food, repair old rooms, and change the bed linen to better quality, because the linen is all rough, not pleasant to the body. I stayed at this hotel in 2012. It was called de sole pyramid sahl hasheesh. Bike lane hotel. 6 restaurants in Alaska. The first time you visited the hotel, you could visit these restaurants 3 times. Those who were not the first time could be visited every evening. Imore beach is super. In 2022, it was the second time. The sea, the beach, the restaurant have not changed. Everything else was affected by the global devastation. Of all the shops, only one was working. The rest are in shambles. Nice hotel. Great cuisine. Even overkill! It's not possible to try everything! There are a lot of fruits: pomegranates, guava, bananas, melon, oranges, tangerines, strawberries (although it is not a fruit).
The room was nice and big. The animation was sluggish in the first days of arrival, but then a new team arrived and the guys were behind the movement.

We had a family vacation with a 5-year-old child from April 21, we just returned home and I will write my review about this hotel based on my fresh feelings. We planned our vacation very much in advance, we chose for a long time from 5* Hurghada hotels of the average price category.
We arrived at the hotel the very last from our bus around one o'clock in the afternoon, just had lunch, and we were checked in. They gave me a room (without giving me money)) in the 1st building on the 3rd floor (1312), it stank of paint, they said they couldn't move yet - there are no rooms, come back tomorrow. By evening, the smell had disappeared and we decided not to move, we only asked to put us another 1 bed for the child. The room is quite normal, with its own pros and cons. There is a kettle with cups, a safe, a refrigerator, a small clothes dryer, a TV (there is even TNT, you can connect a USB stick with cartoons, movies), they give you soap and soap (we used our own), two 1.5 liters bottles of water every day in the room, it was not enough for us and we took 0.5 with us from the restaurant. The mattress and pillows are super comfortable! The linen is always, except for the first time, brand new and white. The air conditioner was working, controllable, but it was still a bit cold to sleep with it all night, they opened the balcony - take an anti-mosquito. Room cleaning is quite superficial, $ was left, no worse or better, the swans were never twisted)) for some reason, the towels have not been changed for the last 2 days, although I approached the cleaner about this issue. The electricity was cut off once throughout the hotel (~ for 3 hours). The elevator turned out to be a disadvantage for us, we even got stuck once, either once or twice - besides the doors not opening and the buttons not pressing, it would not hurt to get out there. There is a price for room renewal on the day of departure, we extended it until 18.00 - $ 25 per adult - keep in mind the old bucks ($ 50 in 1996) were not accepted. There is an ATM with the ability to exchange money, but this function was buggy when we needed it. There is Wi-Fi everywhere, but the signal in the room is bad. There are souvenir shops (with the possibility of paying in rubles by transfer), a pharmacy, a clinic with a Russian-speaking doctor 24/7, a gym, billiards and two tennis courts.
Food at the hotel: a large selection of everything for every taste, you will not stay hungry. Not much coffee from the coffee machine, sausage and puddings. I discovered falafel, I liked it, my husband got hooked on pickled lemons (maybe it's not them). In general, everything was fine with us. We drank iced drinks, ate everything, and didn't get poisoned. The alcohol is a good beer, I didn't like the wine, the strong alcohol in the cocktails is normal. We visited 2 a la carte restaurants: Mexican and grilled. Purely for a change, it will go, but they left the Mexican hungry. In the second, they celebrated the child's birthday, liked everything, sang a congratulatory song and presented a cake.
The sea is great! There were no waves in the bay, the sand was clean, and various fish and sea urchins lived in the area of the destroyed columns. It was interesting to watch them there (they took their own masks). We got caught with towels a couple of times that they just weren't there, it's better to take them before lunch. The pools are clean, sometimes leaves fall there that look like 💩 at the bottom, but that's not it)) I didn't like the pool bar, but the main restaurant is better.
We visited the Spa center, took a massage course. The price is the same as on-site spa excursions. Abdul and Amira are professionals in their field, and we enjoyed their company.
We used the services of a children's club, the child went there with pleasure. There are Russian-speaking (Ilona) and English-speaking (unfortunately I forgot my name) children's animators, who are endearing, pleasant girls. Evening animation for 2 hotels on the beach stage is good, live music, discos, shows, contests. We liked it. During the day, the animators invite you to volleyball and other games, engage vacationers with yoga, maybe something else - we did not participate.
There are no Russian-speaking staff at the reception, only those who sign up for restaurants, but with minimal knowledge of English, it was quite possible to explain.

Great hotel, funny animators, delicious, varied food, courteous staff.The sea is warm, although it was in December. The only negative is the flies on the beach. In general, we had a great rest! 👍
