There is a lot of food for every taste, and the children's menu also has a lot of fruits, meat, and very tasty lamb.Everywhere is clean, everything is cleaned quickly,There are two swimming pools on the territory, and one for children, there are a lot of sun beds for everyone, And the sea is also warm, the water is clean, its rocky, this is the only minus, the hotel is very beautiful, modern, as it was stated, so it is.Bork has a room every day, towels were changed every day, On the beach too, the hotel has a spa hammam, there is also a Starbucks there very tasty drinks and coffee.I advise everyone not to regret it!!

The territory of the hotel is not bad. The food is ordinary, without frills. There is no children's animation. And the most terrible thing is the beach! Terrible very large rocks at the bottom. According to the manager at the travel agency, they promised to clean and clear the bottom in May. But... They beat off all the legs until they bled. You can't leave the children alone. There are always huge waves. The staff is friendly, there are Russian speakers.

The hotel is great!! We had a family vacation from October 17 to 24, 2022. Minuses...There aren't any!!!! The only drawback is that there is no disco, as it was closed when covid began, so it does not work yet. During the week there was a Turkish day, a Mexican day, a sushi day. All this is arranged as a grand celebration. There is an entertainment program every evening. The staff is working 100%!!! We will come again and again!!!

The hotel is just great! When we chose it, it seemed expensive, but now I understand that it's worth it!!! Very beautiful inside and out, live music in the lobby, murals on the walls. The staff is very careful about cleanliness, cutlery is packed in individual packaging, napkins with alcohol content for disinfection are on every table in the restaurant. Literally at every step, you can treat your hands with a disinfectant, there are non-contact thermometers. Employees in masks. In terms of security, everything is fine!
Every evening there is some kind of show, and not local animation, but professional stunt people. They did this on stage, it gives me goosebumps.
The rooms are very nice and clean. The sound insulation is good, you can't hear the disco from the neighboring hotel. Cleaning every day.
I'd give you a four for the meal. In principle, it is of high quality, varied, and delicious. But there are some nuances: pasta is usually not salted. It was a day of Mediterranean cuisine: having served Ali huge shrimps, crabs, crayfish, rolls - everything was tasteless. It's a shame that so many expensive products have been ruined. The rolls are made from rice porridge, the shrimps are again without salt and half-cooked. Desserts are very diverse, for every taste. From fruits: watermelons, melons, plums, pears, apples, oranges, grapes, peaches and nectarines (we rested in early August). In general, my moody stomach did not hurt during the vacation, which means that the products were of high quality.
Ice cream and boiled corn shops are open from 15:00 to 17:00.
Wi-Fi in the room for five at any time of the day.
The only person who spoiled the impression of a vacation is the guide Islam from Anexture. We took a sightseeing tour of Alanya from him. The tour included: a visit to the cave, the red tower, lunch and a 2-hour boat trip. As a result, the boat trip was canceled due to fires. Upon arrival, they turned to him for compensation. According to Anexture, the penalty is $5 per adult and $ 3 per child. Despite the fact that the entire program costs $ 49 per person. It smells like a scam, because it's impossible to buy a boat trip for $ 5.
But most of all, I was shocked that, knowing that boat trips are prohibited, he continues to sell these excursions without warning about it.
He also promised us a transparent bottom on another tour so that the sunken city could be seen, but in fact we got small dirty windows in some kind of wreck.
We wrote a claim asking for a refund of at least $ 12 per person, we were refunded $ 9 each, only after my husband put a lot of pressure on him.

There is one small drawback. It is not a very convenient entrance to the sea. But who can swim, there will be no problems. It's not bad from the pier. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The sea, however, is a little deep for me, who cannot swim, but we have chosen pools and this suits us quite well. I can't appreciate the animation, but looking at how others are having fun, I conclude that it's not bad. The only disadvantage is the distance from the airport - it's hard for children. I really liked the hotel. We were in September for the whole month. It's not our first year. We also went for a month last year. With a child of 3 years old. The food is varied, the hotel is very family-run, the staff is polite and attentive, the sea is beautifully clean. There is a sand pass for children. Great zumba dancing in the morning from animator Anna. The hotel is getting better and better every year (although last year we thought where it could be even better), a large playground, baby food in cans for the youngest, a large selection of food, squid, mussels, grilled fish, a variety of meat, in general, very tasty. None of our requests went unheard, we were met everywhere. The only problem is room cleaning, it is very difficult for the staff to do this cleaning. Maybe it was our cleaning lady, who knows. We will definitely go next year. Thanks to Club Dem,. Mehmet, Memet manager - we will remember our vacation all year with love and joy.
