It's not a bad hotel, but it's not so young anymore. I liked the breakfasts, the staff is smiling and friendly. I didn't like the location very much, all the traffic is in the new part of the city, and the hotel itself is located in the old part across the Ishim River. Constant traffic jams from the center of business and trade activity in Astana add 15-30 minutes to the hotel, especially a large traffic jam in the area of the Tent shopping center. The room price is adequate.

The hotel is good, but definitely not a top five. The rooms are old, but comfortable. Do they bring a shaving kit and toothbrushes at the wedding?! Strange. The breakfasts are good, hearty, they cook a delicious omelet, there are freshly squeezed juices. Spa in the nearby fitness center - draw conclusions. It takes a long time to walk through incomprehensible corridors. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, and a beauty salon opposite. There are not many McDonalds and several bars. The center of new Astana is a 40-minute walk away. There is a large shopping center nearby. Overall, a good four.

A wonderful hotel. Excellent sound insulation with the street and between the rooms. There are batteries in the room, so you can also stay here in winter.
The room has a refrigerator, a kettle and disposable tea and coffee bags. The bathrobe and disposable slippers are of excellent quality.
A large selection at breakfast. Very high-quality vegetables and fruits. I only lacked vegetable protein - chickpeas, hummus, mukhamara. Separate respect for teapots for brewing tea and herbal supplements.

Minus one - sometimes there was a smell of smoke, not far from the private sector, they heat it with coal.

I booked a hotel with a swimming pool, in reality I mean the pool of the fitness center in the next building!

Высокий уровень, соответствующий сети. Расположение отличное. Прекрасные большие и удобные номера, отличные кровати - высыпаешься полностью. Сотрудники очень доброжелательные, всегда помогут. Завтраки - очень хорошо, и что особо удивило - завтрак с собой при раннем выезде. Я заказал его ко времени, пришёл - и там и огромное количество нарезок т овощей, так и горячий прекрасный омлет. Это очень понравилось, спасибо - почти всегда даже в люксовых отелях с собой дают только холодное.
Из небольших недостатков - видно, что отель не сегодня введён в эксплуатацию, но не критично.

There is no shower stall and all the water flies to the floor around the room, which makes the floor slippery. The Internet is not working. We booked a room for three adults on Expedia and asked for a Twin bed, well, it is logical to imply an extra bed. Everything was paid in advance and it was clarified in the armor that there were three adults))) and at the reception they just give us a King size bed and offer three men to sleep on it)) apparently one at a time, well, or all together, actually depends on our wishes))) after long discussions, apparently as an exception, we were given an extra bed - a wretched shaky cot with a terrifying mattress and protruding screws (( of course, we arrived around 12 at night and it was absolutely pointless and useless to argue at the reception, to leave for another hotel too … The hotel from the entrance repels with an unpleasant smell and, well, an absolutely non-client-oriented reception. It is impossible to sleep in an extra bed, pure mockery for the back. In short, there are better and more pleasant places in Astana

Прекрасный отель , достойный сервис . Были в командировке с супругом в мае 2023 , три недели прошли на одном дыхании. Отдельная благодарность официанту Диаре . Более тактичного и предупредительного человека встретишь редко , руководству отеля и ресторана Капри следует обратить внимание на ценного сотрудника , она справиться с более широкими обязанностями и гости будут в восторге . Мы с удовольствием вернёмся к вам .
