(And the lamp was not washed after the last customer, it was never wiped at all!!! And now, when the coronavirus is walking, the materials must be perfectly clean!) I took a wet cloth and tried to wipe the lamp - everything was wiped off. It was a layer of dirt! I asked the master to wash the lamp, to which the master said that he would not wash anything and would not do nail correction either, because there was already a conflict and she would make nails badly. (You can immediately see: a "professional" in his field!)). I asked for a book of complaints and suggestions. The administrator was not there and the manicure master was looking for the book herself. When I asked where the administrator is during business hours, I was answered: "Can't she have her own things to do?" Indeed! The administrator has so many things to do during working hours! Any business except the workers! I waited about 15 minutes for the administrator to come. (By the way, she came with a bag of peaches. Apparently, there were important things on the market). The admin searched for the book for another 10 minutes. When I asked for a pen to write a complaint, they told me: you should have your own. I say: I didn't come to you to write a complaint. Why do I need a pen? The administrator's answer: that's why you came to us! You can see right away: the professionals gathered in the barbershop! I wrote a complaint and left.
