It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room is dirty, musty smell, dead plumbing, stale linen, textiles in the dust... the worst coffee. We had a vacation in Rome in 2019, but the memories of this hotel are still fresh. I strongly do not recommend checking in there. There are a lot of hotels in Rome without stars with excellent service, with snow-white linen and delicious food.
A good hotel, excellent location, attractions within walking distance, there are no complaints about the work of the staff, we cleaned the room every day, changed towels every day, we did not have to ask for anything, everything was on time, it was not scary to leave things at the hotel, there was always hot water in the shower if your vacation is not If you want to sit in a room, then the hotel suits you 100%
Not Lux at all and not 4* at all. I do not recommend it! The staff is not trying to solve the issue! We booked a room with a balcony and windows to the courtyard, we were given a room with windows to the street, without blankets on the beds and without curtains...the furniture is shabby, as if mice were gnawing, the floor is tiled, there are no slippers. They asked to replace the room - at least they heard our request here, but they gave it anyway with windows facing the street and without a balcony -they said there was no other one...How so...It's not clear.
3* I bet for breakfast - they are great here!
You know, a great hotel in a super convenient location in Rome. There are nuances, but it's more from cockroaches in the head. A wonderful breakfast, after which we did not have lunch at all, so we took wine and pasta for dinner... Just the best location to the metro and attractions. The staff is quirky, but nice. It was cleaned daily. What else is needed?? Good luck to everyone, come there, you will like it
Very small rooms, thin walls. For a long stop is not the best option, although I asked for 9 days there!
Of the advantages it is close to trains and a decent breakfast
