A huge new train station. It's difficult to navigate alone for the first time. It looks like an airport. There are several floors with large waiting rooms and escalators directly to the right path. There was only one toilet open on the 4th floor, it was unclean, there was no paper. Overall, a good impression. The ticket offices are also on the 4th floor (at least where we were, maybe on other floors too)

Later, I started looking for the phone number of the station, so it is paid (there is a free information desk at the airport, and it turns out to be paid for the railway, which is subsidized), I got through and we were informed that there was already a delay of 2 hours and 20 minutes. After a while, I called again for a paid certificate, there was already a delay of 2 hours and 50 minutes... And later I read that such delays have been going on for weeks. The question from here is, what kind of disrespect for compatriots and guests of the capital? What kind of image do you create? People have to wake up at 4 a.m. to catch the right flight, and as a result, they leave closer to 9 a.m. Being in terrible conditions at the same time.
PS: the toilet is not working.
