To get off the platform into the city, you need to go into the station building, because the detours are closed, then stand in a huge queue to have your luggage inspected. It is unclear why they did this. It's very inconvenient. There is a supermarket across the street from this building in the shopping center. If you try to go in there with a backpack, they ask you to leave things in the drawer, otherwise they won't let you in. This is illegal, because no one has canceled the freedom of contract. And if you have valuable things there, in case of loss, who will be responsible? And if you have huge trunks, how do you put them in small lockers? And the guard (or who is he?) Also, in response to my objections, he claims that they have cameras everywhere there. Is this the vaunted Kazakh hospitality?!
