I recently stayed at the Ramada Hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dust and uncleaned surfaces. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful when issues were raised. Additionally, the amenities advertised were either unavailable or not functioning properly. The overall service did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.
The hotel is great, suitable for both children and large companies! The location is excellent, everything is nearby: the sea is within walking distance, shops, the Dubai Marina embankment. Metro, shops. The beach is public, very well maintained, with various activities. The hotel provides a bag with beach towels and an umbrella. The food is varied and suitable for everyone. We took breakfast and lunch. There is meat, fish, soup, porridge, pastries, fruits, salads, juices. The staff is helpful. Special thanks to Nargiz, who represents the store at the hotel for their responsiveness and attentiveness. I recommend her store!
We will definitely come back again!
A magnificent hotel. I liked everything: the room (spacious, clean, in the bathroom and shower and bathroom), we took half board- the kitchen is great- delicious, varied. Polite, smiling staff. Cleaning every day. The room has a tea/coffee set, kettle, refrigerator, safe. The gym is small, but there are all the necessary equipment, a spa area (although separate for boys and girls). The hotel is very conveniently located: the beach is 5 minutes away (the hotel provides towels and an umbrella in a special bag), there is also an embankment and a bridge to the Ferris wheel, on the other side of the hotel, almost across the street is the Dubai Marina embankment. There is a tram stop 300 meters away, one tram stop to the metro (DMCC station), and you can walk. There are many cafes, shops near the hotel (2 right in the courtyard), McDonald's, an exchange office around the corner ...
We definitely recommend it.
We rested in this wonderful hotel from 13 to 19 Aug 2024.we were greeted warmly by a Russian-speaking hotelier, settled in at 13h.the room is excellent 2-room-it is very convenient..large, spacious, beautiful views from the 19th floor of the canal, the island, the sea,the neighboring hotel Address....room cleaning every day is optional.on his birthday, the room was beautifully decorated:balls, compositions of towels and a delicious Tiramissu cake from the chef....Special thanks to Shamchu..the food is excellent, delicious and always fresh..All the staff is helpful and friendly.I want to highlight the waiters in the restaurant were served at the level...
An excellent hotel, the food is good and varied (lamb, beef, fish, chicken, cheeses, a lot of confectionery (tiramisu, red velvet, baklava, panakota, and others) vegetables and fruits, dried fruits a lot), close to the sea, umbrellas and towels are given to the beach.
The room is well cleaned.
They don't speak Russian, but the staff is very responsive, and at the same time not intrusive.
The location is excellent: the most beautiful equipped beach is a 5-minute walk away, on the way to the beach you can fill a bottle of cold drinking water, the beach offers a beautiful view of the eye of Dubai, benches with beautiful views, through a beautiful bridge you can walk to the picturesque skeleton with the Madame Tussauds museum.
Right next to the hotel there is a Big bus stop - we took a ticket for 5 days - we traveled all over Dubai with a tour in Russian. Also, when buying such a ticket, there are 4 excursions as a gift: Madame Tussauds Museum, oceanariums, sunset in the desert with camel riding and painting heat, a boat through Dubai Creek with pizza and drinks.
There is also a free shuttle stop near the hotel to Yas Island with parks in Abu Dhabi.
The metro is 15-20 minutes from the hotel on foot.
A 10-minute walk from the beautiful promenade in the Marina port.
There are a lot of shops, cafes, pharmacies, McDonald's with ice cream for 2 dihrams nearby. The territory has a swimming pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, cooled water, beautiful views. There is a Playground on site, near it there is a convenience store with mangoes and so on.
The room is stylish with a beautiful urban view. We took a deluxe room with two separate beds: we stayed in it with two children, connecting the beds. The sofa in the living room does not fold out. A crib for infants, so it did not suit us.
Cleaning every day, change towels, bed, clean. The room has shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. There are Russian channels on TV. They constantly replenish the supply of drinking water in the room by 2 bottles. There is a mini fridge.
Service. Excellent. They give out an umbrella and towels for the beach for free, separate towels for the pool, a good gym, they will always help with taxis and transport arrangements. When checking out at night, you can take a dry ration instead of breakfast - it is very tasty and fresh.
Meal. It is delicious, a good choice, there is always fish and seafood, there are few Indian dishes - it is interesting to try them. We had breakfast and dinner. Considering that we went on excursions, this is the best option. You can easily come to lunch at dinner time. Lots of fruits. The cafe is stylish. Drinks, coffee, etc. are included.
Staff. Excellent, friendly.
In general, I recommend it
The hotel is excellent, everything is always clean, the cleaning is for 5, the food is delicious, there are always fresh fruits, dried fruits, seafood, chicken, beef, juices, coffee from the vending machine is very tasty and drink as much as you want!the staff is trying to make your stay comfortable!Well done! And the location is also very convenient: a couple of minutes and you're on the beach, shops, cafes. They give you a towel for the beach and an umbrella in a beach bag.Thank you for everything!!
I really liked the location of the hotel, the beautiful view, the magnificent beach nearby, the rooms are very clean, the service is excellent. There are also Russian-speaking staff who will always help with various problems. Beautiful girls Nargiza and Oksana. In short, I did not even expect such an external entourage and a sincere attitude towards tourists
The plus of this hotel is the location, really everything is 5 minutes away, it's convenient. In terms of nutrition, everything is monotonous to my taste and low-quality products, but judging by observation, people like it-they pile mountains on a plate and eat with appetite. Sausages Generally suck, red fish is not served for breakfast. It was 5 years ago - the level was completely different, the breakfasts were more varied, there were all fruits, not just unripe melons and watermelons. As for dinners, there is also everything you need, you can eat, but not at all wow... five years ago you could eat sushi and freshly cooked pasta with you, now century-old pasta, rice, potatoes on the side and meat is a little better beef, breaded chicken and seafood in a terrible creamy sauce. According to the number fund, if you're lucky: first, we were settled on the 21st floor , the Soviet Union room, everything is old, to the general disappointment a huge spider beetle of 20 cm crawled in, we had to film it on video and go to the reception directly, after which we were moved to a newer pleasant room with a beautiful view of the Marina. In general, probably for the money 260 thousand in 7 days, me and a child of 6 years old, this is apparently normal, but I definitely don't set foot in this hotel anymore.
After last year's trip to the quiet and, as it turned out, rather boring emirate of Ajman (although we had a decent hotel), where you can do mainly swimming in the sea and pool and meals, we decided this time to stay in Dubai itself. I chose the Ramada according to several criteria:
1) Proximity to the Persian Gulf (I wanted to settle within walking distance from the water, 5-10 minutes)
2) Room for 2 adults and 2 children (5, 7 years old)
3) Good rating on the booking service
4) Reasonable price
So it turned out that the Ramada meets these criteria. No prepayment was required when booking, and it was impossible to make it, because I do not have a foreign bank card, and the Union Pay service does not accept it.
I also liked the location - there is a tram nearby, which allows you to get to the metro, and take it wherever you want (Dubai Airport, Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Ibn Batutta with its bus station, etc.). I will say that using Uber sometimes turns out to be more profitable and certainly more convenient than public transport. Especially if you come across a cool car (we had a chance to ride a Tesla twice).
I chose three meals a day, estimating that it would be more profitable and more convenient to pay extra than to take only breakfast. If you came to Dubai to drive around it, and not just to swim, then take breakfast + dinner.
The hotel's restaurant is small, but cozy and has an excellent selection of dishes. Some tourists write in reviews that after a while the monotony of food gets boring. In this case, I disagree, I'm not tired of anything. There was always a variety of meat, several side dishes to choose from (who is used to rice, potatoes, pasta, etc.), personally I wanted vegetables in the form of salads for meat or fish. Some salads (with sausages or boiled potatoes) raised questions, but there were always delicious salads with fresh vegetables and herbs. Seafood lovers will also enjoy the restaurant. For children, of course, there is also something to eat. In the morning, you can ask the cook to fry an icing, scramble, or omelet. There are watermelon, melon, grapes. A variety of desserts: personally, I liked the custard cake with cream and raspberries. A decent coffee machine prepares delicious drinks. The Council: who likes, for example, flat white (me) can press "cappuccino" and after finishing "espresso". There will be strong coffee.
The hotel has a coffee shop-type cafe and an Indian restaurant on the same floor with the restaurant. I would like to note that Indian dishes are invariably present on the menu of the main restaurant. But I'm not a fan.
In my opinion, nothing aquatic can compare with the sea, especially if it is the Persian Gulf. The hotel does not have its own beach, guests are invited to relax on the public Marina Beach. You can ask the concierge for towels and a beach umbrella, which you should try to stick deeper. The beach is popular, there are many vacationers, but you can find a place. And in the water too. Those who like to swim far away are generally blessed. Clean water and space. The beach overlooks the local high-rise Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), the Ain Dubai Ferris wheel, the Palm Jumeirah is visible in the distance, Burj Al Arab is in the distance to the right. There is an outdoor Aquafun water park on inflatable trampolines on the beach. We haven't visited, I can't say anything. But it's expensive. It's a little cheaper than Atlantis itself - we've been there.
The hotel has a children's playground (swings, slides) and a small pool with a bar in the courtyard. Beautifully located, surrounded by high-rise buildings and hotels. The water is cool and pleasant in the heat. But the wind is blowing and it's getting a little chilly. Strange for Dubai, isn't it?
A few words about the room. We checked in a little earlier, offering a smoking room. The room was heavily scented with air freshener, there was no smell of smoke, but after a while it began to be felt. If possible, take a non-tuxedo room if you wish. The room has a large bed and a small sofa on which you will not be able to sleep. The four of us could still sleep on the bed. An extra bed is 150 dirhams per night. In Ajman, by the way, we were provided with it for free, and the main bed was larger - it consisted of two and a half, it seems. Light repairs, I think the room will not hurt.
The hotel staff is very polite, everyone says hello, it's nice. You can always ask a question, for example, pour water into your bottle. If you do not speak English, you can contact Nargiz, she will be able to answer any question, it seems to me. But we, including our children, prefer to speak English.
As far as I know, there are free shuttles from the hotel to the Dubai Mall and the Mall of the Emirates, but it's better to clarify.
Conclusion:
Dubai Marina is worth talking about separately, as it is a bright, modern, youthful, noisy and beautiful area of Dubai. I am very glad that I chose a hotel here. There are a sufficient number of shops, cafes, and transport. And of course the embankment, come here in the evening to walk, it will be magical. I wish you a wonderful holiday in this beautiful country!
A great apartment hotel. Probably the only four on JBR at reasonable prices.
It takes about five minutes to walk to the beach, they give out towels, a bag and an umbrella.
The room has a great view of the Ferris wheel and the water.(We paid extra for sea view on the spot, it turned out to be cheaper than booking it right away)
The metro is a 10-minute walk away.
There is an exchanger with an excellent exchange rate and a lot of fast food nearby.
The only thing: returning to the hotel by taxi is always a 10-minute traffic jam in front of the hotel.
The room itself is huge 120 squares, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room. There is a full-fledged refrigerator in the room, a dishwasher (although it has never been used).
The food is excellent, buffet style, but with a focus on the restaurant menu, not fast food.
Since the restaurant is Indian, there are many specific Indian dishes.
No extra charges for drinks: water, tea, coffee for dinner, breakfast plus juice drinks.
In general, it's just super for your money!!!!
If you don't want to overpay 2-3 times for 5 stars, I recommend it.
A very pleasant place! Gorgeous views from the balcony. Excellent sound insulation!! Just a great room service and all the service in the hotel! The varied food is delicious 🤤 mmmm... the hotel has fully met its expectations and the price! And even a little more!!! and yes, I did not say about the location of the hotel - and what can I say - it is 100 out of 100))) if you already sooo want to dig up some cons, then you can assume that this is the entrance to the hotel - it is not lined with a red carpet))) and come in from the parking lot .. but this did not spoil the impression for me personally
Excellent apartment hotel. Apartments for two over 150 sq. m. Cleaning EVERY day. It's something. Always clean linen and towels. The room is shining, it's just super! The location, well, it's something. The beach is 5 minutes away! There's an alcohol store on the way. Going home, you can buy a beer or wine. Who has any preferences here. The range is huge, see the promotions, then it will also be inexpensive.
A wonderful hotel, only good memories remain!
Clean and spacious room, daily cleaning, varied and delicious food every day, friendly staff – we will definitely come back here)
I recommend it for anyone who is looking for a hotel near the beach, as well as a lot of places to walk. Excellent transport accessibility – the hotel is a 7-10 minute walk to the tram stop, 25 minutes to the metro.
The location is perfect: you leave the hotel immediately on the embankment, from there to the Marina, etc.) We walked for hours every evening.
Definitely worth staying here
We are having a rest in this hotel with the whole family. So far, our vacation is still going on, but I can say that I really liked the hotel. Good location, the beach is a few minutes from the hotel, the metro and other public transport are also not far away. The staff is pleasant and friendly. Very good food, very tasty and varied. At least our room is large, panoramic windows and a great view around. In general, I recommend it, I was pleased with the hotel!
Excellent hotel, good rooms, cleaning is done every day in the apartment very carefully. Breakfasts and dinners with a lot of dishes, although they are repeated every day. I liked everything very much, the beach is nearby, the pool is chilled. We would stay there again!
I liked the hotel, the staff is working, clean. There is always a Russian-speaking employee at the counter. The restaurant's menu is sufficient, there is always a choice of dishes. The bus to the beach is comfortable. I recommend.
We looked at this hotel long before the trip. As a result, we purchased a tour with accommodation in Ramada and went on vacation in early December. In general, you have never regretted choosing this hotel. As many people write, the rooms are spacious with normal furniture, everything is clean, cleaning every day. The food, in our opinion, is excellent and varied - both breakfasts, lunches, and dinners (sometimes dinner was changed for lunch). A variety of meat and fish dishes - lamb, beef, chicken, salmon in orange juice (a masterpiece!), seafood every day. I would like to say separately about the location of the hotel - it is 100% excellent! The beach is 400 m away along the boardwalk, the nearest DMCC metro station is 800 m away, and the tram is 400 m away (we rode it to the central part of Dubai Marina, to the monorail to Palm Jumeirah). In general, the impressions are only positive, I would like to come back again!
The only disadvantages, if I may say so, are that all the staff are English-speaking. Of the Russian speakers, only the hostess of the souvenir shop is Nargiz. Special thanks to her, she helped with questions, she is very sociable and friendly. And the hotel does not have its own separate entrance like most hotels, the entrance is through the underground parking (through the G floor).
If you need additional information about the hotel, please contact us, we will be happy to respond!)
Great hotel. Spacious room, good buffet, friendly staff. The front door and the building itself may not look so brilliant, but the hotel itself is not bad and its location is a beautiful area, near the beach.
Nice hotel, near the entrance to the Marina, buffet food. It is based on the orientation towards the Indian population, because there are many dishes from Indian cuisine, as well as European food, signs in Russian. There is a Russian-speaking specialist at the reception. My room didn't have a balcony, which is bad, because it was cold at night with the air conditioner, and if you turn it off at night, it's stuffy. The room was two-storeyed, there was a washing machine that broke down on the first day of arrival, but without question it was replaced, literally 3 days after the master was called. Cleaning at the hotel is for 4+. And the funny thing is, it's a bunch of switches. If you want to turn off the lights in the room, then this is not an easy task! You turn it off in one place, it turns on in another, so on the first day of arrival, we ran and turned off the lights everywhere, but there is NO centralized button that would turn off the lights in the whole room!! The wiring of the sockets for our room was done by a dvoishnik!
The location of the hotel is as convenient as possible, walking distance to all surrounding attractions: Ferris wheel island , beach, Marina, metro and tram stations, Marina pier..
Breakfast, buffet, for every taste, we had breakfast on the veranda in February - beauty, the rooms are huge, comfortable, ventilation- air conditioning is comfortable. The staff is courteous and respectful.. The coffee at the reception is truly Arabic with cardamom and dates. The room is large, with a seating area and a bedroom.. One drawback is that the windows don't open.. We were in February- air conditioning is not needed, but sea air would be necessary...
The hotel is gorgeous, we only had breakfast included, but this breakfast will give you energy for the whole day, they cook very tasty. The staff is responsive and friendly, always smiling, and if you do not know English, they will be happy to open a translator and tell you. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, they give clean towels to the beach in their own Ramada bag. There are fast food restaurants down the street (McDonald's, Starbucks, Texas Chicken).
I highly recommend this hotel, you will not regret it
The advantages are a great location, near the beach. Delicious cuisine, polite staff.
Cons - old rooms, the smell of cigarettes in the hotel.
However, the price is adequate for Dubai
We stayed as a family. Great room for 4 people. The condition of the room is not perfect, but it is clean. Cleaning every day. Drinking water was also brought every day.
Tomorrow is a buffet. The food is varied. I think everyone will find what you buy.
The location of the hotel, in our opinion, is so-so. Traffic jams from morning until late at night. But we knew this perfectly well when choosing a hotel, so this fact did not affect the assessment!
Very close to Mac and Starbucks, which work 24/7. There is also a pharmacy on the plaza, 2 supermarkets, a small playground. The city beach is a 5-minute walk away. The hotel provides beach towels!
A good hotel at a pleasant price
A wonderful hotel. Delicious food, lots of fruits and desserts. Kind workers. Nice beach with a view of the Ferris wheel. They are cleaned almost every day. I liked everything 😃
Old room stock
Very convenient location. There is a tram and metro nearby.
Good breakfasts
Beach towels and umbrellas are provided
We changed the room without any problems because the first one was completely tired
Friendly staff
The location is excellent, 5-7 min to the beach past McDonald's))The room with 2 bedrooms and a balcony is spacious, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with a kitchen stove, microwave and dishwasher. There was no washing machine. The breakfasts are standard, there are pancakes with nutella and slicing quite well, and fruits, vegetables, porridge, eggs, sausages. Dinner is more interesting, the lamb was very tasty the next day, as well as chicken, beef, seafood, fish. We liked everything
A hotel with a convenient location. The food does not have a wide assortment, but everything is delicious, you will definitely not stay hungry. From the quibbles-the furniture is old, creaks, the sofa in the living room was all written through and exuded an unpleasant smell. The cleaning is great! We changed the bed linen every day, changed the towels. Upon check-in, they were given a room with one bed, although in the contract there are 2 adults + 1 child older than 7 years. With an additional payment, they changed to a room with 3 beds....the surcharge is neither more nor less, but $ 360 for 7 days. They gave the same room with 3 beds, the third of which was not suitable for sleeping. The staff is friendly, friendly. Overall, the impression was good and I recommend this hotel.
Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, clean, very tasty food, everything you need is nearby, by the pool the ideal time is from 10 to 15 and from 17 to 18
It was in early March. I was swimming. The water was heated from 20° to 25° in a week. Beautiful views. There are many cafes and shops. Walking by the sea. Unusual houses. Of course, it's not cheap, but it's worth a rest there.
Here's a real review for you. It is not clear who gives this hotel 5 stars. One star is a stretch. The hotel IS TERRIBLE!!! Yes, the sea is nearby and that's where the advantages ended. There is a repair, the noise of hammers and punchers is incredible!!! The noise insulation is zero. There is no water all day and promises that repairs will end at some hour and water will be given are just empty words!!! There is no Russian-speaking staff at the reception, it's a lie if someone writes that there is. To my question, to change the number, because it is simply not possible to constantly listen to the slotting every day, the staff called once and tried to say something in broken Russian and offer a room with an additional payment of more than a hundred dirhams per day. There are only Pakistanis at the reception (imagine the level of the hotel yourself), no one wants to solve any issues, they don't care, even if you are traveling with a small child. The hotel is big and old. Security is at zero. The staff is in darned clothes. The entrance to the hotel is through an underground parking lot... the lobby is such that you don't want to be in it. Breakfast will be fine, for three. Water for the whole family is given one bottle per day. Whereas in other hotels, as much as you ask for. The air conditioning system is old, I even had to call a specialist to show me how to handle the air conditioner, because in order to turn it off, you need to perform a certain manipulation. There are no transfers to the metro or Dubai mall, whereas even in threes there is usually one. The hotel guide is so-so, he just wants to sell you a more expensive tour, he doesn't care about the rest. The playground seems to be there, but the whole thing is broken, the child could not ride on the swing. In general, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! It looks like nothing in the picture, but in fact it's just terrible. There is nothing but anger.
The hotel is in an excellent location, just 5 minutes from the beach. A walking street with bars, restaurants and shops starts right from the hotel. The Marina embankment, the metro and the Marina Mall shopping center can also be reached in 10-15 minutes. The hotel is old, but the condition of the rooms is 4, towels and bed linen do not smell damp, the mattress is good, the air conditioner works. Umbrellas and beach towels are available at the hotel. The staff is friendly. I liked the breakfasts. The exchanger is nearby.
I liked everything very much. Upon arrival, we were completely free of charge exchanged our standard room for a kitchen, living room + bedroom and two bathrooms. The breakfasts are gorgeous, varied and delicious. The young man serving our room, Mumin, was very attentive and polite, brought water, cleaned. On my birthday, I received a greeting from the hotel, decorating the room with balloons and a cake. Thank you all very much. The rest was a success thanks to you!!!
Great location, gave a wonderful Deluxe with a view of the Marina, very clean, cleaning every day, friendly staff!! Near the metro, the beach, restaurants...I really liked it, we were in May 2024
Not a bad hotel, good location. We lived in a three-room suite. Both the kitchen and the dining area, 2 balconies. I was surprised by only one moment: the person cleaning the room took the packages of Dubai chocolate, and we were taking it, including for a gift. The photo shows the views from our room
Location on the 5th floor, right next to the Dubai Marina. There is a mini shop and a currency exchange about 5 meters away. The rooms are spacious, but a little tired. A bathrobe and dental kit are brought on request. Breakfast is so-so and there are a lot of people, but you can eat as well as take coffee with you.
The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the sea. Otherwise, the hotel is very tired, stale. Initially, there was no tremulous care for the rooms. The room has old, ingrained dirt in places. At first they moved into a room on the 1st floor, but we were able to spend the night, we asked to be moved. The room had an unpleasant smell, dirty furniture. Then we were accommodated on the 7th floor. The situation has improved here. But, nevertheless, in places there is old dirt, old doors.... For a budget holiday, the hotel is suitable. We're not coming here anymore.
Very friendly staff - even without knowledge of the language will help you figure everything out.
The sea and the beach are a 5-minute leisurely walk away. The hotel provides beach towels every day.
If the hotel was located elsewhere, I would have given it 4 stars. But because of the price/quality combination, I put 5. Good staff, delicious food, a tiny pool, but there was enough space for everyone. I was at the hotel right after the flood in the city, it did not affect the work of the hotel at all. We had a beautiful view from the room
Of the cons: the room is dirty, the floors are poorly washed, it's like you haven't heard about the vacuum cleaner at all.
I stayed at the Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham JBR during my trip to Dubai and I can say that I was completely satisfied with my stay.
The hotel is in a great location, close to JBR beach and close to many restaurants and shops, making it an ideal place for relaxation and entertainment. I felt very safe and comfortable in the area.
The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful and quickly solved all my queries and questions. I felt that my comfort and satisfaction were a priority for them.
The room I was staying in was spacious and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness and order were also at a high level.
Every morning I enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast at the hotel. There was a lot of choice, ranging from fresh fruits and yogurts, to hot dishes and pastries. The service was excellent and the staff was always ready to help.
The hotel also offers various amenities, including a fitness center and a swimming pool, which I enjoyed using in my spare time. The fitness center was well equipped and the pool was clean and refreshing.
Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at the Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham JBR. The hotel provides a high level of service, excellent facilities and a convenient location. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and hospitality, and I definitely recommend this hotel for women traveling to Dubai.
I really liked it. We rented an apartment of 100m2 with a kitchen. They cleaned the apartment every day, even washed the dishes in the room, although there was a dishwasher. We only had breakfast included, a variety of buffet breakfasts. The entrance is through the parking lot. There is an entrance from the side of the road from the beach. The beach is 5-7 minutes away. The hotel provides a bag with towels for the beach and one umbrella. We rented a car when you drive up to the hotel, if there are no parking spaces, the hotel valet comes up and drives the car to the far parking lot, where there are places. The pool is comfortable. There is a good exchanger near the hotel.
The location is great!
There are many cafes, restaurants, small shops, pharmacies, grocery markets (mostly open around the clock), hookah bars.
City beach.
This is not the first time we have stayed in apartments with a kitchen. If we wake up late and don't have time for breakfast, then this is an ideal option for us. There is a necessary minimum of dishes.
The staff is friendly, the cleaning is good.
The price and quality are optimal for JBR.
I liked the hotel very much - cleanliness, I clean the room daily, they put a lot of drinking water. Friendly and helpful staff (many speak Russian). The JBR is 5 minutes away - a beach umbrella and towels are provided from the hotel. There is a small but very cozy swimming pool. The breakfast is amazing!!!
Nice clean hotel. 4 minutes to the beach, own swimming pool. Pleasant rooms, cleaned every day and brought water. The breakfasts are varied. A polite and smiling character. It is possible to call a taxi directly to the reception. There are many delicious places near the hotel. I especially recommend the Italian restaurant La Piazzetta.
We had a rest in May 2023. The hotel has a great location, everything is nearby: a 5-minute walk to the beach, near the poppy, KFS and other restaurants, there is a very good playground in the courtyard, a supermarket where everything is available and prices are acceptable, there is a tram stop nearby, it is very convenient to get to the metro. The food in this hotel is good, we had breakfast and dinner, you definitely won't leave hungry, the food is varied, not spicy, the children have something to eat. Very nice pool, the water is warm in the pool. The only drawback of this hotel is this old rooms, furniture. The staff is friendly, always ready to help.
The rooms smell very unpleasant. At first they gave me a room, it stank terribly, they changed it to another one with a view of the sea. There are a lot of Russian people. It takes a long time to check in. Somehow the registration is slow. The staff is friendly. Room cleaning is standard every day. The breakfast is standard, the lunches were more varied and there were shrimps and crabs and red salmon. Delicious. The entrance is from the parking lot, the lobby is outdated, the rooms are not new either. We had a rest with 2 children. It's a little cramped. A bed for a child for an additional fee.the fee. It's a very cool location. The beach is 4 minutes away. There is a McDonald's with ice cream for 2 dirhams, there are plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The sea is certainly dirty. And the beach is packed. Definitely I will not go to this hotel a second time.
