I visited the Ranch recreation center and just fell in love with this place! 🌲🔥 A real atmosphere of comfort and freedom, where you forget about the hustle and bustle of cities. I would like to mention two female employees who lit up this evening, unfortunately I could not remember the names. It was the best corporate party — the rest was just space with you!

We had a good wedding and a banquet. The kitchen is delicious. There is a huge disadvantage in places for the night, the beds are mostly broken, but the linen is clean. In one house there were disposable slippers, in the second there were none. From the dishes, only cups (you could leave a tea bag), take knives, plates, etc. At night, do not count much on the help of the administration.

A wonderful place, silence, birdsong, there are animals on the territory. It is ideal for a family holiday, in the evening sitting by the fireplace with a cup of tea and a cake, riding a quad bike is something with something.. A wonderful place in the relative proximity to Gomel. There are a lot of animals on the territory, you can sleep with bees, ride quadricades, take a firebird feather and, as in childhood, swing on a swing! The sauna is also on the level. And, of course, the kitchen - the food is great, like at home! We will definitely have to come in the summer, I am sure there will be a fire at all.
I REMIND YOU: if you drive a car, do not forget your passport - the border area.

I am very disappointed! We arrived on Thursday, rented a cottage. There is only a restaurant on site, no shops, no opportunity to cook. We went to a restaurant in the evening and said we would come for lunch tomorrow. The restaurant said that we would be glad. At 9.30 I'm talking to the waitress about coming over for lunch later. She smiles sweetly....yes, of course. At 12 o'clock, I and 2 children come to the restaurant, and there....SPECIAL SERVICE and we are refused, saying that the restaurant will not serve its guests living in the cottage, but only guests who came to the conference, because there are many of them, and we are just a hungry married couple with children. There are no products, you can't buy anything...Disappointed and hungry, we left earlier than planned. I'm not going to the Ranch anymore and I don't advise anyone - you can stay hungry if a big company comes! When I called the official phone number of the Ranch and explained the situation, they replied that they would sort it out and call me back, but ALAS!...I didn't get a call. And this is despite the fact that we spent more than 450 bel rubles on services per day. Very inattentive attitude towards the guests! There are places much more hospitable than this.

We stopped by a big company, everything was great on the first day, we liked the restaurant, good service, polite people who know their job. Restaurant 5
On the second day, we rented a sauna for 6 hours, heated it so that you can't sit in it for more than 2.3 minutes, your face just burns, you didn't need brooms. Together with the sauna, we rented a Jacuzzi, it turned out to be dirty, we were refused a request to change the water in it (even for an additional fee)
The rooms also leave much to be desired
It took a long time to get a change of bed linen and clean towels on the second day.
For that kind of money, there should be a service
Paid barbecues are generally a circus, include their cost at home.
I was here for the first time
I wish you to raise the level of service to a new level for which you will not be ashamed.

It's a great place. Themed houses in different styles from "50 shades" to "Texas hut". The food is delicious, everything is fresh, huge portions. Caring staff. A lot of active entertainment. A nice "lounge bar" with karaoke. Magnificent nature.

The first thing I didn't like: waiting for the contract to be finalized. There was a big company, everyone was standing with things, packages, waiting near the administrator's house until something was filled in there. You can also arrange guests and deal with paperwork...The second, as already written, is a key-locked barbecue. I had a chance to visit the 12th house, in which, as it turned out, there is a toilet on the left side at the back, to which people from other companies who rested in gazebos (as I understand it) periodically began to go back and forth through our company. The place is generally not bad, but there is something to listen to the management...

We were celebrating a birthday.
Minuses:
1. No one met, they got through 4 times, the apartment was not shown and nothing was explained, they say, go, figure it out for yourself.
2. Fireplaces in the houses, we arrived, everything burned down, it was cold in the morning, there was no kindling (okay, the guys figured it out, the girls alone would not have lit it).
3. The grill is 15p, all burned out and with holes in the bottom, they gave coals, there is no kindling. (A paid barbecue in places where everyone goes to barbecue, this is the first time I see this, especially considering that there is not even anything for lighting, and with such a quality of this barbecue)
4. The font is cold, 34 degrees is still cool for the money how much it all costs (a week ago we rested in another place, there is something to compare this font with).
In general, I did not like it, I will not go there anymore.
Of the advantages:
1. Nature is brilliant, the territory is clean, forested.
2. An adequate female administrator, listened to everything and brought everything that was asked.

There are enough pros and cons... There is simply nowhere to eat except, to put it mildly, an expensive restaurant. Breakfast is earlier than 12-and you won't be able to order it - we once took porridge in the evening to reheat it in the microwave in the morning. There are no dishes in the houses at all, except for glasses and saucers. The territory is large, but partially abandoned and not well maintained, there is no beach of its own - to swim and sunbathe, you need to walk 10 minutes through the forest. Wi-Fi is weak and only at the administration and the restaurant. The service is unobtrusive and very expensive - they charge for every sneeze. There was no hot water in the bathhouse and no light in the steam room - for that kind of money they could have taken care of the "little things". To relax in silence, choose weekdays - on Fridays and weekends noisy companies come to relax and celebrate anniversaries and weddings. I recommend the restaurant for its interesting interior and excellent cuisine, but because of special events, you can stay hungry. In general, I recommend it, but do not expect much from the service and staff.

Everything is in the best class. From a budget house to a room with BDSM))) I chose the standard one, in winter, though the system is heated with firewood, but this is even a plus, as for me! There is a restaurant where the food is very tasty! I especially liked the pancakes!) I saw the gym, but I wasn't in it, to be honest. There were also entertainers, but we went to the DR, so the rest was limited, but no less fun. You have to pay for the barbecue separately, as well as for firewood. You can't have your own barbecue!
A rabbit died in the aviary with us, the carcass was quickly removed)
In general, everything is organized quite well! I recommend it!

The service is normal, the food in the cafe is delicious, there is a place to walk, there is a rope park on the territory for both children and adults, swings, rabbits, horses. You can buy firewood and make a bonfire in a special equipped area near your house. The room is good, we booked a house for 6 people. The house has a toilet, a large living room and three bedrooms. The bed linen is clean. The cabin is also clean. There were cups and a kettle from the dishes. There is a small refrigerator in the house. The only drawback is the large number of midges and mosquitoes. We were in early June. Maybe there will be fewer of them in another month of summer, I don't know.

Average living conditions. Even in private houses, the showers and restrooms are in a rather sad state.
But the worst thing is the food. There is a feeling that the sponsor of this place is a mayonnaise factory. Mayonnaise is present in all dishes and in huge quantities.
The only reliable plus is nature. A pleasant place.

The service is lame, they took off the sauna for 5 hours and there was a dirty Jacuzzi. When asked why it was dirty, they spread their hands and did not answer anything. The house costs 400 rubles and there is a barbecue next to it, which is locked. When we were asked to open the grill, we were told to pay 8 rubles. The house has two double beds and two large sofas, if you place a person on the sofa, they charge an additional fee of 45 rubles per person. Customer orientation and service are simply zero!

Cons:
-the territory is unkempt, there is no garbage along the paths, but there are ruins and thickets around the perimeter of the territory.;
- midges (but near the river and swampy areas, forest)
-guest houses, the appearance is a village hut, inside it is possible to do better, but only in houses that are more expensive, in other houses they are worn down (killed) showers, sanitary units, chrome.the details are all covered in plaque and rust, the plaster is swollen in places;
- the beach is closed, they did not explain why
- from entertainment, an iron swing is like on a Soviet children's playground
It is not clear who in their right mind and health wants to pay money for such a place, but those who want to are, judging by the fact that I was there (our organization decided that this is a top place).
Positive:
- the food was passable, neat and clean in the dining room.
I do not recommend visiting for those who are used to cleanliness and order, and for those who want to get drunk, it will be the best thing.

The bus with 50 people stood for an hour (until 1.40) until the road was sprinkled. The director did not respond to calls, but at the same time entertained the company as a DJ. I do not recommend it
