Before opening such places, hire a sufficient number of qualified employees who, firstly, know how to work with computers and type more than one letter per minute, and secondly, they will be able to provide proper service to the number of people who come to you.

Everything looks very modern, there are places where you can sit while waiting for your turn, there are tables for filling out documents, at the entrance there is a help desk where you can ask exactly where to go on a matter of interest.
The average waiting time in the queue is 1.5- 2 hours. Keep in mind. And this is in the afternoon from 14.00 to.16.00. I'm afraid to imagine what's going on in the evening

And I am silent that in this RSC they do not give a duplicate message, they give it everywhere where I applied, but they do not give it here!!!! And because of this, I have to pay double tax, at the new place of residence and at the old one, and without a duplicate message, I can't prove that the person is already registered at the new address!!!
And for a minute, all this has been going on since October!!!!
I have been paying tax for 5 months for one person at two residence addresses!!!!!

I had the number s214 taken at 18:14, the number s201 was on the scoreboard - it would seem that I would do everything quickly.
I was called an hour later! At 19:18 I was invited, the documents were checked and after 5 minutes I was free.
I liked it, good repair, everything is modern, but I waited in line for an hour with pennies. It's especially funny that when the shopping center opens, older girls fly like a torpedo to the RSC, shoving everyone around
The signs are small, especially in the common room, and you can't clearly see between the shops, it feels like hiding from the public.

It is almost impossible to find a shopping mall without outside help. No signposts. Oh yes, there is a pointer ... "EXIT", looking at which you least expect that the RSC will be located behind it.
There is also no information on the location of the RSC on the store's map...
To get to a specialist after work, you need to wait until 53 people are served. (when I arrived, it was in turn No. 248, I had a ticket No. 301). Fortunately, on this day, not all people apparently decided to wait and a third of the numbers simply did not come. So it would take 3 hours instead of 1 hour.
