It took a long time to choose a hotel based on reviews, especially the beauty of the reef and the normal food. In this sense, we did not lose.
So, first the pros:
- the reef is just beautiful. you can swim in any direction quite far (especially to the right of the pontoon), a diverse wildlife is provided. We saw not only beautiful corals and a huge number of fish, but also a turtle and a stingray. From a previously unseen huge sea pike, a hare clam, some kind of giant tuna-type fish 2.5 meters by 2.5.
- a convenient pontoon (not floating), there are several small frog lagoons for children (adults are waist-high when the tide is high).
- rescuers are sitting on the beach all the time (they even watched how quickly the young lifeguard reacted when the girl began to worry at depth - immediately rushed into the water with a circle, no panic and unnecessary movements.
- the beach as a whole is large, beautiful umbrellas, a lot of sun beds. BUT the umbrellas are very high and you have to chase the shadow and lie down quite far from the umbrella sometimes. Sometimes misunderstandings arise - people in pursuit of a shadow move closer to each other like on an airplane - this is unpleasant.
- there is no shortage of towels, you can change any number of times a day
- we ate mostly in the main restaurant. I consider it the most successful (Sea Breeze is dirtier and the assortment is smaller). Everything you need to eat is lean, steamed, fried, Fast food, meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, salads, fruits, sweets. Coffee should either be brought with you or asked to cook in a normal car, not from the machine - so I took the drinks myself, approached and specifically showed what I wanted. I highly recommend oriental sweets such as baklava and kozinaki. And very tasty and fresh meringue. If you want to sit with a pleasant view of the sunset / dawn, it is better to come to the opening of the restaurant and sit on the veranda. But the inside is also nice and clean.
- the territory of the hotel is large and very well maintained - something is being trimmed/ washed/ swept all the time. We are in the farthest part (near the water park) and walked to the sea and the main areas on foot (although there is also a small outdoor bus) - it is literally 4 minutes. There is shade, it is very pleasant to walk any part of the day.
Now the cons:
- the main disadvantage is very very tired rooms - I haven't seen this for a long time, to be honest. This is despite the fact that we had a Deluxe (6246). Shabby furniture, warped closet doors, old plumbing.
- cleaning was not carried out from the word at all. The only thing the cleaner did was wipe the floor in open places (she moved the bedside table to plug in the phone, she was just horrified by the dirt under it). As a result, I wiped all the surfaces myself. Towels were changed only large ones - it was possible for the legs to lie the same for all 7 days (!).
- the iron was brought the third time. I begged for a second blanket 4 times. Before that, the cleaner of our room tried to convince me that I didn't need it (!), that I could share one for two (!), then brought a piss-soaked mattress from a child's bed instead of a blanket (!) and finally, when I was already angry, suddenly got a second blanket. BUT - we had to refuel it ourselves.
- there is an extremely unpleasant boorish man sitting on towels on the beach, who is regularly not lazy to get out of his booth and go digging in the dirty to check if I really threw 2 towels there or am deceiving him (!). He scolded the child in front of me that towels should not be thrown into the tank, but shown to him for counting. Well, it's really just a shame. Such workers spoil the whole impression of the holiday.
- in the main restaurant at the Carvings distribution, a very ungracious man in the morning at the waffle and pancake distribution ignored the standing children three times, then came up, opened some cupboard (!), took out stale sliced cold waffles and literally threw them into the tray.
Conclusion: of course, the reef, good food, convenient location, beautiful territory and most of the very kind staff outweigh all the disadvantages, but if I were the senior management of the hotel, I would nevertheless pay attention to individual comrades who simply spoil the impression of everyone who really works and tries. Well, renovate the rooms!

To say that I am delighted with the hotel is not to say anything. Nice territory, large green and well maintained. Zones for every taste: for children - with slides, for adults - a quiet and child-free pool, for nature lovers - a view pool, a diving school with its own pool. There are many restaurants, the beach is quite spacious. The reef is magnificent and deep. The staff is excellent.
There is one Euro socket at the refrigerator, and we also used lamp sockets at the bedside tables.
A clothesline is provided in the bathroom.
There is no mini-bar, but they give out coupons for drinks.
The variety of dishes is atypical for Egypt. Everything is delicious. Fresh juice for breakfast.
Something from seafood on the menu every day.
Different types of pasta, lots of vegetables, beef, chicken, sausages, fish, fruits, desserts, coffee.
The evening shows are not bad.
The rooms are cleaned normally, not super, not terrible.
WiFi is available throughout the property. It does not catch very well in some places on the beach and does not catch at all at the Arena bar. But in general, it is consistently good.
The only negative is the guide. Nothing at all. But, it does not belong to the hotel.
I definitely recommend the hotel!
I would have gone right back into it. Maybe I'll come back.

We have just returned from a vacation at the hotel, so keep a detailed and honest review:
Territory
It is huge, so the bus runs, stops at special stops, but it can also pick up / drop off anywhere if you ask. The territory is well maintained — a mowed lawn, different types of palm trees, cacti, flowers and shrubs. Gardeners water and take care of them daily. Everywhere is beautiful, like pictures from Pinterest. Two-storey buildings are located throughout the territory. There are several pools (small for children, large adults only, with slides, for diving training, with sea views). Towels are provided by cards near each pool and on the beach. There are many bars that operate on different schedules, and several restaurants, I'll tell you about them below. There are two amphitheaters — the first one hosts animation for Russian and English-speaking tourists, the second one for Italian.
Number
We lived in building 5 (the farthest from the sea). The room is standard, overall everything was fine. Entrance and electricity by card. The room size is good enough. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a balcony with a table and armchairs on it. The room is clean, a large comfortable bed, a TV, a huge mirror, bedside tables with lamps, a spacious shower and toilet. Of the cons: the refrigerator does not cool at all, the balcony door does not open well, the bed linen and blanket are synthetic, it is uncomfortable to sleep.
Cleaning
Personally, we were cleaned every 2 days (although they promised every day), the linen was changed 1 time in 6 nights. There are no questions about cleaning, it was only confused that our personal belongings were shifted, namely our underpants))
Meal
There are 2 buffet restaurants (included in the price). The food is varied. Several types of pasta, soups, side dishes. From meat, chicken, turkey or beef (did not eat, did not understand what it was), white fish, less often there were seafood (just shrimp and stew of shrimp, mussels and squid), buns, desserts, fruits (persimmons, apples, melons, dates, mangoes), vegetables (a variety, even artichokes), sauces, snacks, pizza. There was even a block of diet food — boiled meat, fish, steamed vegetables. Most of the dishes were delicious for me, although I'm quite picky.
There are also 2 more restaurants — you can visit them for free using coupons that are given upon check-in. You go to the guest relationship with them and book a visit for yourself. One of the restaurants is exactly the same buffet with self—service and with the same food as in the usual ones. They didn't see the point in visiting him. The second restaurant is Italian, a la carte. It was not possible to visit it, because the schedule is given only on Sunday — we arrived on Monday and the employment was already for the whole week ahead. I advise you to book on the first day before everyone else.
And 2 more restaurants — for a fee, you also need to book. One is fishy, the other is French. They did not visit.
Some bars have snacks. French fries — no questions, excellent. But what they call a "Burger", in fact 2 rolls and a cutlet between them, is tasteless.
Drinks
I liked Cola, fanta, sprite, they are close to the original. I didn't like the juices for bottling, they were too diluted. Unfortunately, there were no freshly squeezed juices.
The beer is acceptable. There is only light. It differs from the usual, but you can drink, really.
Cocktails are made only according to the menu (it is small), they do not agree to mix "this" and "this", except for the usual whiskey-cola and mojito. For alcohol, either it is added so much that it is impossible to drink, or on the contrary, very little that it is not felt. But in general, you can also drink. They always took it with ice, they didn't get poisoned.
I tried white wine once (they brought it, although I didn't ask for it), it's a rare muck.
Animation
From morning to evening, various activities take place on the beach — yoga, volleyball, stretching, dancing. There was a foam party once. From 21:00 to 21:30 children's animation. We don't have children, but we watched: almost the same entertainment every day, but the children have fun. From 21:30 to 22:30 every evening there are different activities (upon arrival they give a printed program). Every other day, a team of dancers from Cuba performs — we really liked it, the dances and genres are different every time. There are also a couple of acrobats — amazing guys, pumped up, doing incredible things in the air and not only. In addition, there were magic shows, a show of women against men with the participation of guests (I participated!), karaoke (you could order a song and sing). The presenter is a cool dude, with humor. The rest of the guys from the team are also nice, they try, almost all of them are Russian speakers.
Sea and beach
There are a lot of sun beds, but almost all of them take towels in the morning and leave. In general, two sun beds can always be found, but for example not nearby and not in the shade. There is a gentle approach to the sea, where it is quite shallow at first, and then the corals are already coming. And there is a call from the bridge, where corals immediately go, but you can swim without touching them, a little further there is a blue abyss. The swimming area is limited by buoys, you can not swim forward, you can go right or left. The reef right next to the bridge is gray, better on both sides, but still not gorgeous. We managed to see a lot of different fish, mainly due to the low tide. I saw moray eels, papugai fish, surgeons, lionfish, napoleon, tuna, antais, butterflies, crucians, stellate arotron. Someone said they saw stingrays and turtles, but I didn't succeed. My husband claims that he saw a reef shark, I was also unlucky here.
Shops on site
Of course, everything is overprice. Pharmacy, textiles, souvenirs, watches, jewelry, costume jewelry, paintings (which are painted right in front of you by very talented guys), accessories for phones and shooting, photographer, hookah (costs $ 6, but it's just trash, don't take it). There is also a drinks store — they give you a coupon for 6 free drinks per person upon check-in. You can take fanta, sprite, Cola, Pepsi, but beer is not allowed. You can take it one time or piece by piece on any day.
Spa
This center has everything — massage, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, various beauty services (eyebrows, eyelashes, makeup, hairstyles, nails). We had massages twice and in the Jacuzzi. I liked everything, the Egyptian masseuses are pleasant in communication and attentive in massage, before visiting you fill out a questionnaire with wishes and they are taken into account. The service and the atmosphere necessary for relaxation are worse than in Russia. For example, the relaxing music during the massage is very quiet, you listen to the steps of the masseuse. You undress to your bathrobe not at the massage place, but in the general locker room. Each gender has its own, but employees can come there too. Drinks before/after the massage are served in paper cups, cold. They don't see you off, they don't tell you what and where, except what you need to know. I mean, here's the locker room, then go get a masseuse, then sit down here. That's it. I found out about the other zones myself. I found where to put the bathrobe and towels myself. I found a place to take a shower and go to the toilet myself.
Staff
Almost everyone speaks Russian, and everyone speaks English. I can note that all are well done, they run like bees, they try, they don't ask for tips, they don't bother. They approached me a couple of times and invited me to participate in activities, but unobtrusively. I was only confused that when I checked in, I was asked for a chocolate bar at the reception. For me, this is equivalent to asking for a tip. There was no chocolate bar, maybe that's why they settled in the farthest building)) The restaurant staff is the most talkative, they often compliment and start a conversation.
Transfer
Probably the only thing that disappointed me. And not even at the price (although $ 20 for 7 minutes on the way is really expensive), but by the fact that the taxi driver brought us not to the place where we asked, but to the point to his friends. Like you can order a return taxi through them. In fact, we were taken shopping by their friends and friends of friends, promised discounts, and eventually divorced for purchases at exorbitant prices. Yes, it's their own fault, but they swooped in so you can't take a step. And only then they showed us how to get to where we were originally going to come.
Result
I recommend the hotel except for some disadvantages. In my opinion, it is suitable for any category of vacationers — the elderly, active, with and without children.

Nice family hotel. The food is excellent, delicious seafood. There is a market on the territory, a hookah area. A reef with a wow effect. There are a lot of fish.
Of the obvious disadvantages, they were kicked out of the pools starting at 6 pm and from the beach about the same way. Restaurants and the beach are working at the limit - they often got in line, and the search for a sunbed was a kind of morning attraction.

A luxury hotel on the first line of the red sea. The huge territory of the hotel allows you to take evening walks, there are many pools on site, water slides, beautiful palm trees, lawns, an alley of cacti. The food in the restaurants is all very tasty and the staff is friendly. The service is pleasant. For breakfast, lunch and dinner there is a very diverse cuisine. The buffet. The territory can be moved both on foot and by local tram to any point of the hotel. The beach is large and private. The entire length of the beach is a huge beautiful reef with underwater wonderful fish and marine animals. You definitely need to dive with a mask to see all this unreal beauty. Just 1,000,000 different fish.

A great hotel for a holiday. It is suitable for everyone — both families with children, and for holidays with friends, with a significant other.
It is located near the airport, it takes 10-15 minutes to drive, which is what you need after a long flight. But planes do not bother and rarely fly by.
The territory of the hotel is very large and very green - green lawns, palm trees, flowers, there is even a separate garden with cacti, very pretty!
There are three swimming pools on the territory of the hotel — a common one with a beautiful view of the sea, an adult with a Jacuzzi and a children's one with slides (but also for everyone). There are a lot of sun beds, there is a place for everyone. There is also a separate swimming pool for diving lessons.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel — beach, restaurants, lobby, rooms. Catches well.
The 24-hour front desk helps to solve any issue. I would like to mention the staff separately — polite, courteous, friendly, always with humor and a smile. I was very pleased!
The pearl of the hotel is a spacious large beach and of course the sea. There is one pier, but there is no crowd. An amazing reef and a variety of fish — we even saw a moray eel! There are also small swimming spaces for children in shallow water, but there is very little space. There are also enough sun beds for everyone!
There is a bar with drinks and snacks on the beach, as well as by each pool.
The rooms here are modest, there are no slippers. There is a balcony, good showers, excellent cleaning, TV, lots of channels.
Two buffet restaurants — the food is not the most delicious, but varied, a lot of things. There are also several restaurants on the reservation - we liked the Italian cuisine at Al Dente restaurant.
There are also several bars, with a veranda, with performances by musical groups. It's very atmospheric in the evenings!
The show program is also modest, I didn't really like it, but the hotel always has something for everyone to do. We played table tennis, we wanted to play darts, and we also really liked aqua aerobics. There are also dance, yoga and stretching classes. There is a billiards table and a gym.
There is a shopping area on the territory of the hotel — you can buy snacks, drinks, souvenirs, masks, pipes and so on, but the prices are too high.
Overall, a great place for a good holiday. It is possible that the hotel is not a five-plus, but the option is very decent. We recommend it!

A great place to relax. The food is delicious, there is always enough space in restaurants. Clear. The coffee is natural. The staff is friendly and tidy. The territory is very large, beautiful, well maintained. A shuttle runs at 5-minute intervals for those who are too lazy to walk. You can always find a sunbed on the beach, too, since it is large. The pantone is short, which is very rare. There are a lot of fish. There are "paddling pools" for children, where the depth is knee-deep. The rooms are really old, in need of repair. The animation is a bit weak, but the guys are trying. I can safely recommend it!!!

We had a rest in early April, 7 nights.I liked the hotel, the room too, although it was without a balcony, but the windows were wide- they opened.
The air conditioner worked well.There were small bottles of gel and shampoo and that was it, there were no slippers, bathrobes, or other disposable accessories.The bed has not been changed, towels are changed if only you throw them on the floor.They gave me two room keys.The houses are 2 storeys high, the lighting in the room is not very bright, but it is quite enough.The only thing I didn't like was the window from the bathroom opposite the bed, in the morning the sun shines through it directly into my eyes and you can't close the window from this side.Our room was not far from gazebos, a small pond and an entertainment area where mini-discos for children and shows for adults are held, there is also a bar that is open only in the evening.They prepare good cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic.The beer tastes good too.The rest of the alcohol is for the amateur.There is ice cream, but it is practically made of water, except that it is suitable for summer to cool down.The food in the restaurant is good, there is seafood, although not a large selection, but almost every day.Fish, meat is also available with and without sauces, boiled for children without seasonings.Every day, 3-4 types of pizzas are prepared, bread made from different flour, macaroni with minced meat, cream, and vegetables.The food was always fresh, there was nothing sour.The fruits were apples, bananas, oranges, tangerines, melon and several times strawberries.A large selection of desserts for every taste, we did not have time to try everything, the choice is very large.The territory of the hotel is all in greenery, almost everywhere is clean.There is a small bus without windows and doors around the hotel-it is free, you can ride it in the evenings and explore the entire territory of the hotel.The sea is clear, the fish were seen even without a mask, but the approach is rocky, although sand goes further.There are many areas with a Jacuzzi at the top, everywhere there is a shower, umbrellas and sun beds, there was enough for everyone, although there were a lot of people in the hotel.The tourists were from different countries -Germany, Italy, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, etc.The views from the main pool to the sea are wonderful.In April, the pool was already without heating.The water is cool, but you can take a dip for a short time.It takes about an hour to drive from the airport to the hotel by transfer.
The staff speaks English more, very few people spoke Russian.In general, I liked everything, there are small comments, but more pros than cons.

One of the best hotels in Charm. The best thing here is of course the REEF! Food, beach, infinity pool, the area is large and well maintained. Happy birthday was congratulated in the restaurant with a beautiful cake. We didn't eat it, it was delivered to our room. Rooms must be taken in the fourth building, otherwise you can get into noisy places (water park, show arena, road).
A bus runs through the territory, takes guests to different parts of the hotel (such an open one, with tuk tuk benches) In general, everything is great. Animators don't bother (we just didn't notice them)

A great hotel!
The food is at the highest level. A separate bow to the chef.
The staff is attentive, neat, and helpful.
The rooms are decent, for different tastes and budgets.
The reef and the beach require special mention - a VERY STEEP reef!

There are 16+ Pools (without children))))
The hotel is suitable for different ages and preferences!
The territory is huge, well-groomed and interesting!
An internal bus every 4-5 minutes.

Rocket - bomb - pyatarda - cannon. Animation is better than in the Turkish fives, wow effect.
The food is at a high level, there are crabs and other seafood, high-quality ice cream, fresh juices in the morning, pastries, mangoes in the evenings and much more.
Egyptian alcohol is certainly so-so, you can drink beer, cocktails for an amateur, and it's probably better not to try a pure product at all. Connoisseurs of good drinks should take everything with them from duty free.
The hotel is no longer new and it is visible everywhere, although in general it is not annoying, but it is there.
The sea, reef and diving centers add points up to 5 out of 5 to the rest. By the way, the service is very good for Egyptian hotels, but do not forget about tips. 1 dollar a day to the waiter, 1 cleaner, 1 on the beach and everything will be fine with you gentlemen.

We liked the hotel very much, we rested from 04/24/2014 to 05/24/2024, this is the best service that we had, they are pleasing in everything and everywhere.My friends and I were given rooms with a balcony nearby, we lived in the 5th building. The food is delicious, take dates, guava, watermelon, melon, apples, oranges, alcoholic beverages with you.The reef is super, pools, slides, gym, animation ,everywhere is clean, the territory is very beautiful, from anywhere to the reception 5 minutes on foot, but every 7 minutes. There is a bus running. They came to the pool at sunrise, they didn't scold. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Soho, Naama, Old Town by taxi only. There is no smell or construction, the furniture is almost new. There is a potency for the legs and 2 more for each guest. Shampoo,gel,water,tea,coffee, as much as you ask, there is a kettle. You do not need to carry beach towels, they are changed on the beach and at all pools. Gastrulation Oksana, a very nice responsive girl will help if you have any questions. There was nothing negative at all. The guests are welcome and this is evident from everything. Thanks for the rest.

A wonderful vacation! The coral reef is like in the best quality movies!! I especially recommend the Italian restaurant. If the staff is not rude and does not bend their fingers in vain, then they will serve perfectly and tasty. For some reason, the fish food restaurant did not leave such a favorable impression.

So what? The hotel is big and beautiful, the reef is gorgeous. There are a lot of locations for photos, but the staff, especially at the reception, is terrible! There is no customer orientation. Food - you'll die! Cook 10 out of 10! The room stock - if this is the standard, then it's a real dump! I am attaching a photo. To live for ten days in normal conditions, I had to pay an additional $ 140. I've been to a lot of places, and always, mostly in the standard, I've never seen such horror! Even in hotels with a lower rating. Unpleasant. The beach is big, there has always been a place. Especially the thrill of the pools-Jacuzzi and Charcot overlooking the sea! We sat there for an hour or more. The animators are great. Everything is great, and unobtrusive. In an a la carte restaurant, a friend was poisoned by panacota, and this is before departure! In general, there are many advantages, but there are also enough disadvantages.

We stayed in hotels from 03.01.2025-10.01.2025.
- the room was standard in building 5 (5112), slightly in the recess from the corridor. Everything was working in the room, a large comfortable bed, very good sound insulation, excellent cleaning, there were no mosquitoes. The standard rooms at the hotel are in buildings 5 and 7 (I do not recommend building 7. The generator is noisy + there is a strong smell of sewage).

Our main argument for going to the sea at that time was swimming. Of course, it's difficult to enter the water (it seems cold), but I don't want to go out. Like fresh milk. The wind blows occasionally, not strong, but not particularly pleasant. Of course, the reef itself is not very rich in variety, you can watch it for entertainment.
- We've been to animation several times. I didn't like it.
- I would especially like to mention the reception bar, where musical evenings are held every other day. We were at a concert of a cover band with a saxophone. I liked it very much. And I would like to thank the waiter (I don't know his name-with glasses), a very attentive, professional staff member from the entire hotel for the entire stay. I did my job 100 percent without tipping. At the end of the vacation, they thanked me.
In 2022, we visited the Picalbatros 16+ hotels. The hotel was a solid 5+.

Great hotel! We were in December 2023. There is a coral reef near the hotel itself, you can swim with a mask and observe marine life, of which there are many: beautiful colored fish, crabs, corals. Those who dived deep saw moray eels and stingrays (I personally did not see them). But the fish are good, you don't need to touch them, there are dangerous ones. However, they do not attack themselves. The beach is clean, no one fights for deck chairs. Towels are distributed on the beach by cards. Egypt, but no one was poisoned!) Food for all tastes, everything is available. A large selection of dishes: appetizers and hot dishes, desserts. The hotel grounds are clean, the cleaners constantly rub everything with mops. The staff is friendly, they learn Russian, some speak it perfectly. There is nothing to do outside the territory, too, to buy, even if you really want to, they sell one pale yellow. There are no shops as such. The merchants are very sticky, although they are very funny. We do not recommend taking a taxi, they do not give you change. The magic word: dollar. Opens doors literally. If you walk from the hotel for 10 minutes towards Naama Bay, minibuses run there for pennies. On the way back, for a couple of dollars, turn around to the hotel gate. Taxi drivers spend money on everything, and this leaves a very unpleasant impression. Taxis from the hotel are much more expensive. There are free carts in Mango. There's nothing to buy there, it sucks, only if there are souvenirs and mangoes.

For me, the main criterion for choosing a hotel in Sharm el Sheikh is the coral reef. I have been to two hotels of this chain - Beach Resort and Blue Bay and I can say with confidence that these are the best reefs of Charm)) Just 100 out of 10! At the Beach Resort, there are always boats with snorkeling tourists at the buoys. It's sooo beautiful there. The reef seemed even more colorful to me than in Blue Bay. But in Blue Bay you can meet huge and rare fish, for example, the meter-long magnificent spotted Eagle ray, two-meter barracuda, huge Napoleon fish))) all these finds are waiting for you to the right of panton, but the blue abyss awaits you to the left of panton.. at first it scares, and then it beckons)
At the diving center on the beach, I recommend taking a night snorkeling tour)) the red sea is unexpectedly different at night!)

The food here is stunningly delicious, both in the main restaurants and in the buffets on the beach. With regard to ala-restaurant maps, nothing special, but you can go to unwind: in Italian, the choice of dishes will be on the menu (everything with shrimp did not seem particularly tasty to me, but risotto with mushrooms was very good), in Indian - a buffet. It is better to sign up for ala maps in advance.

There are greener hotels, there are more fun animations, probably a cooler restaurant and bar (although it makes no sense to compare with Egypt 8 years ago, the food is worse everywhere), but I liked everything in terms of price / quality ratio! Clean, cozy, calm, and of course the reef, especially before sunset.

- let's start with the main thing. Although there is a word reef in hotels, the reef itself is very poor, I know what to compare it with, since there are 3 times in Egypt. There are frankly few fish.
- the pier does not allow people to enter the water, you have to stand in line and jostle. In the water, near the pier, it's easy to either elbow or kick someone, or expect them to fly in, since there are sooo many people, but there is only one pier.
- rooms with old furniture that has been killed, which creaks, and some of the paint has already cracked. There will definitely be something not working in the room. I bought 2 rooms. The refrigerator didn't work in ours, the kettle was changed 2 times in the other, and the air conditioner was repaired so it didn't work for heating. By the way, for some reason there are no slippers and a bathrobe in the standard, although a 5-star hotel)
- room service. In short, they won't clean properly until you pay. We lived in the 7th building, after the iron was returned (it comes for free on request), the cleaner said, "thank you, you can't put it in the closet." After that, he always walked with a sad face and stopped mopping the floors in the room. But! As soon as I gave 5 dollars, the attitude immediately changed) and a smile and 8complex cleaning. - food. The food is normal. 2 restaurants with a buffet. The smaller one is on the second floor from the beach, there are fewer people there. The second one is bigger and it's often packed.
- swimming pools. Do you see the beautiful pictures from the pool? I'll disappoint you, it's not heated. All pools except one are not heated. The pool with a slide is also not heated. They're perfect for getting up in the morning, but you won't spend more than a couple of minutes in them.
- now about the main thing) there were cockroaches in our room, and the hotel administrator immediately started accusing us and saying that he didn't know exactly where I got the cockroach and in general it was because of the food. The problem was that we didn't have any food in our room. And after the administration processed the room, the cockroaches reappeared a day later. I'm attaching a photo.
- mosquitoes. I do not know how it is in other buildings, but in the 7th building it is just a mosquito hell. It's like you're not at sea, but in the woods. To all my comments to the hotel manager that it was necessary to treat the area around the 7th building, he replied that mosquitoes were leading. So apparently they're everywhere. The fumigator they give doesn't help against mosquitoes.
- distances. Many people write that the hotel is big and there is a bus that runs every 5 minutes, that's right. But! If you have a stroller with a small child, you will not get on this bus normally, as the stroller will need to be thrown to a height of more than 1 meter.
Resume. The hotel is not worth the money. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars. The level of service and the attitude of the hotel administration do not stand up to criticism. It's better to buy 4 or pay extra and spend your vacation in the best hotel. Don't get caught up in the rave reviews.

They take you on shuttles if you're too lazy to walk. Everything is poured and most importantly there is a bar that is open 24 hours. You come in the morning and you're good. The main thing is the reef. I swam both left and right for 1 km. The best reef is on the right. Enter from the pontoon and swim to the right to the stop on the buoys. Ignore the buoys and swim another 100 meters. There's beauty there. And in the beach area, the reef is mediocre. On the beach, it is better to occupy the sun beds with care, almost to the end.
