I recommend the hotel!
Excellent reef, very wide variety of fish. We saw both moray eels and huge stingrays, not to mention a huge number of different small fish.
There are several areas for adult relaxation, where children under 16 are not allowed.

We stayed at the hotel in room 5117. Our room was cleaned every day. Special thanks for the help with any requests to Mohammed Shaban and Hassan. They always changed the toiletries, cleaned the room, and always wondered if there was anything they needed to help with. We are very surprised that the staff already starts working from 6 a.m. until late at night. You can always find them in our building and ask for help. You guys are doing great. The hotel is very nice. Animation for children is generally a fire, thanks to Varya, Aya and Valeria. The girls are great fellows, the child had no time to be bored with them. The hotel grounds are very green and clean. The staff is very polite and friendly. We are very pleased that we spent these 7 days in this wonderful hotel

We rested at the hotel in November 2023.a large well-groomed territory,polite staff always helped us if necessary,the rooms were tired, the room was changed 2 times we had a view of the garden, they gave us a flowerbed with acorns replaced with another one so the air conditioner flowed and the light in the corridor went out and the kettle did not work,the food was good, everything was delicious alcohol no diluted cocktails, only ice, they drank heartburn pills, the location of the hotel did not like it outside the desert if you go to the old town or somewhere else, only a taxi a hotel taxi is 2 times more expensive than a street taxi.you can't change the money from the guide, he immediately warmed us up on the course .the hotel is for those who just want to lie by the sea or pool, but it is expensive and not very 5 *.there is only one bar on the beach and there is only beer and juices packaged in disposable glasses and that ended at 14.00 in the afternoon.(not 5* in any way)

Great hotel, everything is clean and tidy. The staff is almost fluent in Russian. There are 2 main restaurants with service, they bring you drinks, juices, wine, etc. on request. You can stay in additional restaurants for 1 time for free. I recommend. The beach is clean, the entrance from the boarding house, a good reef, there were enough sun beds. Towels are also provided on the beach. There is a swimming pool, towels are provided near it. There is a water park with 2 slides. We were settled earlier with a small surcharge and room upgrade. We stayed at this hotel in early July 2024. If you are thinking of coming here or not, then it is definitely worth going! The only negative is tired rooms. But! They are spacious and clean. All rooms are located in two-storey villas. If something doesn't work, then everything is repaired immediately. A hotel with a large and, most importantly, green area. There is a lot of green lawn, palm trees, different colors. There is a large cactus garden. The hotel is very beautiful! There is an elevator to the beach from the pool, no steps, as in other hotels. The beach is well maintained with fine sand, there is a small entrance to the water for children. For snorkeling and diving, there is a wooden pier (not long, you do not need to walk 10 minutes to swim with the fish). The food is varied and very tasty, a large selection of everything. Drinks are made from local alcohol, good coffee, natural juices. The territory of the hotel is very well zoned - there is a swimming pool for adults only, a separate pool with slides, etc. The staff is friendly, they do not bother with excursions, spa and photos, it's enough to say once that you are not interested. And of course the reef!! He's the best! We went to the reserve, but the reef turned out to be much more colorful at the hotel!

For people with poor eyesight (mine is 4.5), this is a special torture, even in lenses.

We asked other vacationers, there were no cases of poisoning among the respondents.
A buffet on behalf of a person without a gallbladder: I ate leafy salads, cucumbers, cabbage and came to the conclusion that the vegetables here are either clean or they are well washed (usually poorly washed vegetables give me bloating for 20 minutes).
There is a table for the injured / low-calorie - boiled rice on water and meat is the same, sometimes fish, but it looks so creepy that I have never seen anyone take it.
But just in case, take with you polysorbs, smects (two packs each), espumizan, rehydrones, enterofurils, you never know.
On behalf of a person in full configuration: there was constant flatulence (I mixed fish with meat and then threw desserts on top).

From what they overheard around them, they realized that someone asked for the 4th time for rose wine, which they could not bring (a bottle) in any way. Someone was served soup for more than half an hour. We were lucky - within 10 minutes, both someone else's and our soup were brought.
It was very unexpected with the mass of bars with free cocktails - there were only a couple of people who had a little too much.

It's very windy, but the wind is warm. The pools are icy, the sea is cold, it was at t° 28-39.
On the seashore there are places for children to wet their feet and gurgle deeper. Be sure to take coral slippers, it's very easy to cut the foot. I didn't go far, the man cut his foot in 2 places and stepped on a hedgehog, I had to pull out a needle.

You sign a disclaimer that if something goes wrong, you will feel bad, then you give up insurance and seal yourself. In general, I didn't like it very much.
According to the service: It's great that they give out everything - a bathrobe, slippers (they forgot to give us slippers xD), but they did not instruct us to what extent to undress and what to wear. I go to massages at home and generally guessed it, but there were also those who came for the first time in a one-piece swimsuit. this is not a problem, but it causes discomfort during the procedure.

Cleaning is a horror: the dust lived with us and no tips helped to solve it. The cleaner decided that the corpse of a mosquito should live with us from the first day of settlement (highlighted on the tile in the photo). We are unpretentious in food, but on the third day of our stay we realized that all the food was boring. There is no variety, it is the same every day. My husband has been taking tea and bread and butter for the last three days. The oil, by the way, is very good. My husband got rum and beer from alcohol. There were good cocktails, on the beach in plastic, in the Pub in glass.
The sea and the beach: the beach is clean, there were a lot of free sunbeds. The reef didn't impress me. However, corals were more diverse. There are not very many fish. Once we saw a shark's fin, we were all driven ashore. On the day of departure, a small one sailed. We saw a large flock of dolphins hunting, twice moray eels of 3 meters, twice turtles of different species and sizes, stingrays, large barracudas. But, there were strong currents every day, especially to the left. We saved people several times, we couldn't swim out.
I made a CONCLUSION for myself: I don't want to go there a second time. WHY: a large area and you need to immediately take a deluxe room (they are all within walking distance from the reception, restaurants, beach), which means the price will be more;
The food is not varied;
and the most important thing for me is not safe swimming (sharks, currents).
I forgot, there is an elevator to the beach, this is a huge plus. The Turkish manager, who could be seen every day, controlled everything.

great hotel. the rooms are clean, several pools, all pools are clean, it's nice to swim. the food is 4.5, but only because it is quite monotonous, BUT everything is delicious!
a private beach with a good reef, better than in Taba. I highly do not recommend an excursion to the canyon, the only good thing is a yacht in Taba with a 5-minute trial scuba dive. But the reef is boring there.

You can always find places on the beach, there are small coves for children, where you can also see corals and fish, where the fish swim right to your feet themselves. The reef is just a fairy tale, like in the movie "Avatar". An excellent diving center, where you will be taught everything and friendly staff. The food is not bad, but without frills, we all had familiar and favorite dishes: mashed potatoes (very tasty), all sorts of different cutlets, meat of different types, chicken breast nuggets (much tastier than in kfc), delicious pasta with different sauces (although I do not like pasta, but I also ate I liked it because they cook Italian pasta, slightly undercooked Al dente), well, the pizza is ordinary. There have always been different fish, especially sea tongue, pickled octopuses stewed or in a salad, shrimp quite often. There was even borscht. 2 times we were in the restaurant by appointment in Italian and Oriental, I liked the oriental more (we took everything ourselves, and it was very tasty), Italian does not hold up, but you can also eat fish and shrimp there, I took pizza with tuna - not bad. Many thanks to the gardeners, the territory is being watched with trepidation-well done!!!! The animation is live, you won't be bored in the evening, a great show always, then a disco and live music in the Caribbean bar, there are professional artists playing, singing and dancing with you, the soloist is just a bomb!(sings from the heart in English and Spanish and even Italian ).A big minus and even a fat one are the rooms, they are dirty, the staff either does not have time, or is not trained, they behave very aggressively, they can wash the windows and the toilet with one rag, everything is stained and mirrors and floor. After cleaning, you will find a lot of things. How, mosquitoes attacked us, they were merciless there, they killed us all night, no mood. They asked for another room, and a mosquito repellent. Jeanette from the reception helped us as much as she could, thank you very much for your patience. Oh, so everything is fine, all the cons have blocked the reef and the territory!!!! I stayed at this hotel in April 2024. I will be happy to share my honest review.
It is worth starting with the fact that the hotel is located in close proximity to the airport. We drove for about 25 minutes on the transfer (taking into account the transportation of other tourists). Upon arrival at 8 a.m., we went through the registration procedure at the reception, our company was given bracelets and invited to breakfast. Check-in was at 14:00, so we quietly left our things at the reception and went to enjoy our vacation on the beach.
🏝️The structure of the hotel:
The hotel itself is divided into two large parts. The first is restaurants, reception, club, swimming pools and beach (located on three floors). The second is a residential area, a stage and shops. The unusual thing is that the first part of the hotel seems to be located at different heights of the cliff. You can move between floors either on foot or by elevator, which is especially pleasing after a day of swimming in the sea.
Delicious and varied food and drinks. We found new goodies every day. If this is your first time going on vacation to Egypt, be sure to try Guava juice. There are several restaurants on different levels - everyone will find something to their liking. Two a la carte restaurants. The recommendation is to make an appointment as soon as you arrive (places are tight).
🐠🪸The amazing reef is full of everything from small fish and turtles to huge moray eels and stingrays. We spent hours swimming with masks and filming the beauty of the Red Sea. During my 6 trips to Hurghada, Sharm and Mars Alam, it was the best reef.
🏊🏻♀️The pool system consists of 10 pools. Some are very cool.
🗄️The room stock is different. We were not very lucky, we were settled in the farthest block (6th, I think). It was located 10 minutes from the sea. At first, we were worried about this, but a well-developed mini-transfer network eliminated this discomfort. 5 minutes - and you are at the reception. The room is ordinary, the renovation is standard, without excess, as in most hotels in Egypt. It's clean, there's air conditioning and everything you need to relax. If possible, request accommodation closer to the main building, or near the transfer stops.
🪩💃🏻 The evening show program of gymnasts, dance group and vocalists should be highlighted separately. Rare high-level professionals. The costumes are perfect, the masterful performance of various national dances and songs. We enjoyed going every evening. For lovers of nightlife, there is an opportunity to listen to club music on the premises.
The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Without intrusive suggestions and comments. Many thanks for creating a relaxing atmosphere.
🇮🇹 As the locals told us, this hotel used to be in high demand among Italians. After the quarantine, the hotel opened its doors to all tourists. Be prepared for the fact that Italians have their own recreation area on the beach and in restaurants. The staff is more attentive to them, as they receive generous tips.
In conclusion, I want to say that 12 days of rest will allow you to completely reboot. Prices have increased a lot this year, but I would love to go again with my family.

We stayed at this hotel in June 2024. The hotel is nice, but the service is terrible.. You walk up to the bar, you stand in line.. They either don't notice you or just leave.. Russians are not held in high esteem in this hotel. You should not take a taxi at the hotel, a very unpleasant man who organizes taxis and buses promises you that a taxi will arrive and pick you up in 5 minutes, but this will not happen. It's an amazing place. I was here with my wife in early July 2024. The first place in a while where nothing was annoying at all. Russian russians were almost absent, we met 2 people during a week of rest. The territory is very large, there is a place to relax, swim and take pictures. Everything is clean, the lawn is well maintained and always watered. The room was supposed to be cleaned every 3 days, but in the end it was cleaned every day) the bed was made, towels were renewed. There is also a doctor on site. Why do you need to stand in line for this?! Why not reinforce this point during rush hour with additional personnel?
The room was given a terrible, tiny one at all. with a rumbling air conditioner, overlooking the road along which the shuttles with tourists pass. God managed to change the words to a number in the farthest building. The refrigerator did not work in the new room. We waited several days after the application. The master came, left and disappeared. So far, after the next call, the refrigerator has been replaced with a new one. But, strangely, he barely worked either.

In this regard, there are a lot of drunken cattle. I am incredibly ashamed of my compatriots! Companies and single psychos, women, men, there are a lot of them, they yell, poke, rude to the staff, cling to other guests.
There is a dress code for visiting restaurants. But some ladies come to eat in clothes that belong in the bedroom. Thongs and a T-shirt on top are also bad form!
They break corals with their flippers, walk on them with their feet. For example, a man will go to the reef to fix his mask, then he pushes off and ... a handful of broken corals falls to the bottom. What nature has been creating for decades is destroyed in a few minutes. Is it really not clear that this cannot be done, and that our descendants, with this approach, will not see the beauty of the underwater world?
Despite all the warning signs, the fish are being fed! If you feed them, the reef will die, because the fish clean the corals! My compatriots feed me. Foreigners are not, they are more disciplined and take care of nature.
On foreign public sites, on Facebook, for example, people openly write about this and condemn our behavior.
Would you go there again?
