AN INTERESTING STORY.
I note that I am not a hater, I always try to solve everything respectfully and amicably. I leave good comments to places whose service has pleased me, and I think this is important.
The story began with the fact that the business owner Artyom asked to come to support his business "The only and best sneaker workshop in the National Assembly", for a discount. The truth about the only one.
He didn't give me a discount, but he said that if I brought a third pair, he would give it to me.
The price was announced at 4,500 for 3 pairs.
The first sneakers are just dry cleaning (there is nothing to do) - clean, but they changed their shape a little in the end)
The second sneakers are premium leather. I needed painting, but I was assured for 1000-1500, and they will definitely write to me if it is more expensive. The master had to specify the price. The amount of 3000 is with dry cleaning, which I clarified.
The third pair of sneakers, which he was not going to give away, promised to throw 500 dinars to plug a small hole. To the question "is it possible to do this unnoticed?" I was assured that it was easy.
An important point is whether it is possible to pay by transfer to a card - no problem.
It all started a week later, when I was fed "tomorrow-kami" 2 times. It should have been done in 4 days.
At first, they counted the total amount to 9,000, and they would have counted 11,000 if they hadn't refused to close up the backdrop. I was assured for a long time that 2000 for sealing the back of sneakers at 5500 is the norm.
They could count 4700 for 3 pairs for a "complete restoration " (5500 in the store after 300 meters). We discussed the price in 2000, but we wanted 4700, then 2900, then 2700
Until recently, they assured me that they had come up with the prices, they agreed after the screenshots of the correspondence.
I asked for a discount, as two couples were delayed for 4 days, I was able to pick them up after 8 with 2 false starts. It was refused and the volume discount turned into a loyalty discount
But what was my surprise when the restored new belances looked like unsuccessfully stitched) (photo below).
It was only 2 days later that I was told that I could pick up the premium, the price for which had turned from 3,000 to 4,000. Although it was supposed to be returned first after 4 days, then after 8, then after 10. They still haven't returned it.
My request to meet with Artyom, with whom we discussed the price, the offer to come up when he is in the workshop, was refused 2 times. I was bombarded with messages from 2 phones. With a request to pick up the sneakers. 0 attempts to hear the client who went to the meeting.
Result:
1) The sneakers have lost their shape
2)Ruined sneakers
3) Please pay by cash, although there is an agreement for the transfer
4) The delay in terms of 4 days and a hypothetical 6.
3)Sneakers are being HELD HOSTAGE! (I do not know the result, I suspect that I do not need such sneakers)
5) Artyom, whom I tried to meet myself, at first avoided meeting, now it is above his dignity to meet with me (he does not deliver sneakers)
