A top-class hotel, the first time we had a rest like this.Lots of locations and entertainment. We went to concerts and performances in the evening. Everything is at the highest level. During the day, you can play volleyball, tennis, ping pong, there is a zoo for children, a children's room with toys, and several playgrounds. Electric cars are moving around the territory. Peacocks and goats were pleasing. The food is like in the best restaurants, a huge assortment of ready-made dishes, fruits, meat, fish, including red,sushi, a butcher's shop, a cheese shop, several coffee shops with delicious coffee, elegant alcoholic drinks for those who love. There are always tables available.The beach has white sand, the sea is clean, there are several pools, including with a wave. It's hard to list everything. The G20 summit was held in this hotel in 2015, and our president was there. I highly recommend it, drive safely, met expectations by 200%.

I had a vacation here in January and March 2024, everything is at the highest level. The food is excellent, there is a huge selection of fish and meat, lots of greens, fruits and berries, and you need to write a separate review about desserts. The rooms are bigger and quiet (you can't hear the neighbors at all). Large beautiful territory, 2 large heated outdoor pools. The drinks in the bar are good, the alcohol is imported. Excellent fitness, there is everything you need. A whole city has been built for children. It is currently undergoing reconstruction and new buildings are being built, it is a pity not to get there this winter and spring, only in summer.

The Regnum Hotel is currently undergoing renovation. The opening is scheduled for April 2025. Regnum2, a new building along the seashore, will be opened first. The main building and villas will be improved. Regnum hosted the G20 summit in 2015. The level of service and prices correspond to the reception level of the Top officials of the states. Now it is a hotel for golfers. The owner's family owns the Opec oil and gas holding. Golf courses National, Carya, Regnum Bodrum are included in the structure of the hotel business. A wonderful golf hotel, especially for those who want to learn and don't know where to start in golf. You just need to arrive at Regnum, go to the Golf counter in the lobby of the hotel and sign up for a trial lesson. There's no turning back- you'll be playing golf. Everything is organized in a way that you can't help but like. The owner and his wife play golf, so they do everything for the hotel guests as for themselves. You can easily meet them at the Oliva central restaurant for dinner - there is no pathos around them and a crowd of guards. Their whole life and work is set up in such a way that you just want to come up, wish them a good evening and say Thank you from the bottom of your heart.

Delicious food in a variety of restaurants, but at the same time there was no service, for example, for breakfast I had to clean up the dishes for other guests and get appliances to sit at a table, since the waiters were busy with other things all the time. Drinks for lunch / dinner are brought only after repeated reminders. The sunbeds do not have QR codes, although this is the standard for such hotels, and there were no waiters, I had to go to the bar on my own. The glasses in the room were changed for 5 days of stay only after contacting the reception.
Well, I also can't help but note that these are prices for additional services and goods, they are simply inadequate - for example, it costs 600 euros a day to rent a pavilion on the pier, while in a direct competitor, which is completely higher, it costs 200 euros and another bottle of champagne is given as a gift. As a result, the pavilions were empty on every day of our arrival.
The conclusion is that the hotel is good for unspoiled customers, but if you compare it with direct competitors, then it loses to them to the nines.

The only thing is that there are no empty seats on the veranda in the evenings, and when there are a lot of people, the waiters often do not have time to serve. The hotel is super! A huge territory , green . There is a zoo, small but very cool. In the morning, my sister and I went out for a run.. even if the territory is huge, there is a buggy that can take you to the sea, for whom it is difficult to walk. On the beach, the white sand is very mesmerizing. There is a separate pool from 16 plus, where all sorts of fun activities take place. The food is very tasty, there is everything you want. Especially the pastry shop, it's a vanlav..what is not there, and Sebastian and pasta, and handmade chocolates..in general, the sweet tooth will definitely like it.

Regnum Carya is a hotel that has unfortunately lost its name and level. When reviews write about cleanliness in the rooms, and they praise it, the question arises: "What could be different???" Cleanliness everywhere is the norm, actually. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. But the people in the room spend a little time being on vacation. We're moving around the hotel. Being by the pool, we appreciate the convenience and cleanliness of the sun beds, the saturation of the water with chlorine, the work of waiters and bartenders. On the beach - the cleanliness of the beach, the work of the bartender, animators. During a meal- the taste of food. Yesterday we went to all the bars and, as usual, ordered 2 cocktails everywhere on trial - Mojito and Bloody Mary. In none of the bars have these simple cocktails been made for at least 3. There is no crushed ice for Mojitos and have not heard of it here. We were offered Nachos as an appetizer for cocktails. The bartender girl took a bowl from a stack of bowls, shook out the crumbs and poured nachos into it for us. An interesting approach. Drinking cocktails from plastic beer glasses is not pleasant at all. Beautiful disposable glasses have long been invented, and the tubes are simply the simplest. We passed this information on to a personal assistant. Let's see... I'll say right away that we are not picky guests. We always check the hotel for details. There is a large selection of food for lunch. Meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, meat delicacies, many types of cheese, desserts. But this is also the norm for 5 stars and a hotel that positions itself as luxury all. The children's mini club is large, animators work with children. The territory is large and green. In general, the hotel is not bad for a one-time visit, but as someone writes 20 times comes here, we will not return. There are many other hotels where all the indicators are higher and better. The hotel is moving out on the former greatness and service that was many years ago. The poor work of the management staff is now being felt.

After check-out, you can leave your belongings, wash and change clothes if you have a flight at lunch or in the evening. It would be great if there were drinks, snacks and tea/coffee. 2. Very sluggish waiters at the pools, the buttons on the sun loungers do not work (maybe it's not the season, early April). For drinks or snacks, drive yourself)) Not that it would be difficult, but sometimes it's really lazy) 3. There was no ordinary soap in the room. It seems like a trifle, but there are people who only use it. 4. Paid bowling - but it's very strange)) In a hotel where almost everything is free. Again, it's not about money) 5. We walked along a large hiking route around the hotel ... and regretted it) A lot of garbage, monotonous, unkempt and boring.

They heat up in the sun and the children get burned. There should not be such a thing in a hotel of the declared level.

Our family is a regular and devoted guest of Regnum, we have been to the hotel since its opening, about 20 times in all seasons. And once again we went as family guests, brought a gift from the bottom of our hearts to the owner of the hotel, happily anticipating the celebration of the 10th anniversary of our daughter on the 10th anniversary of the hotel!!! But surprises awaited from the moment of entry, when no one came up with a greeting, no drinks and no attention. Once again, they settled in the wrong room, not taking into account our wishes, they lived for a day in a state of comfort and unpacked suitcases. From the very first days, we marked an important event for us in the form of a 10-year-old daughter's holiday! We went to the guest relation for a week, reminding and trying to book the selected restaurant and gabana on the water. The changed rules of the hotel did not allow us to do this earlier than 2 days, we left notes, wishes and ... in the morning, two days BEFORE the scheduled date, they tell us that there are no places in the selected restaurant!!! From the evening before the holiday, already writing out an invoice for the desired large water gabana, they suddenly remember that it is busy and they refuse us! We book another restaurant only after swearing about the quality of service. On my daughter's birthday, we come to a small gabana, pay in advance for a lot of money (like 170 euros) decoration with 7 balloons. We arrive, all the balls are discreetly scattered under the ceiling, the inflatable figure "0" out of ten lies deflated on the floor, the figure of a foil deer with a hole and blows away before our eyes. And here is such a sad and miserable sight instead of a festive "fountain" of balloons as in the picture! On the day of the event, I poisoned myself in a restaurant on the shore of Alia, and in the booked Tepanyaki restaurant, instead of the prescribed 19 hours, the cook came and started cooking only at 20 o'clock, when the children were already walking on the ceiling from hunger and boredom! At the same time, the restaurant we wanted to go to initially and we were told that there were no seats, there were plenty of empty tables!!! In the children's club, where everyone had known their daughter for years of visits, they had previously congratulated the child on his birthday (we have a tradition of coming at this time), they did not say a word! My daughter waited touchingly, "as before", asked to congratulate, to which we were told that "all congratulations are ordered in advance through the guest relationship!!! (GR)"Firstly, we did not require any celebrations and gifts, but a simple human "happy birthday!", secondly, a completely inactive guest relationship led by their manager were also notified! Previously, balloons were brought to the room, now IT's COMPLETELY QUIET! Yes, there is a problem somewhere in our expectations, but this clearly demonstrates the collapse of the hotel's service for us!
If we ignore the theme of the holiday, then: our friends came with us according to our recommendations and stories, on this trip we had to apologize and justify ourselves for the service 10 times. They came to play golf, BUT the golf club was COMPLETELY closed for planting grass, which was not a word on the website!!! Apparently, they forgot to fire the two idlers at the golf reservation counter, because after a week of appeals they could not organize golf anywhere!!! It was only by contacting golfers in Russia that they were able to arrange a trip to play in neighboring Cullinan. The same GRS, when asked to clarify what privileges Ruby card holders have, instead of answering, say: "look at the hotel's website!" The concierge service is also incompetent! They asked about a visit to Land of Legend, where they organize trips. They asked how to ensure their comfort in advance: fast trek, rent a pavilion there, what you need… Answer: look at their website, you will find out everything on the spot!!! Bottom line: there are a lot of people, take a quick pass! Be puzzled by a towel from the hotel, the water park is only for guests of the Kingdom Hotel, or buy unnecessary disposable ones at the souvenir shop. There are comfortable pavilions that can be rented in advance! In short, you will all learn this from your own experience, but not from the Regnum service.
There is a catastrophic shortage of staff at the hotel, waiters have been reduced, all the sun beds are occupied, no one removes towels, the audience has changed, crowds of conferences have begun to arrive! 47 hardworking Swedish roofers "rested" with us, godlessly drank around the clock, then they were replaced by crowds of pot-bellied Russian men swearing and smoking non-stop! There is very little food in the dining room, just a little bit, you have to wait until they cook or take it out. And, most importantly, they do not respond to all our questions, requests, conflicts in any way!!!!!!!!! Silence and disregard. There are no responsible people, everything is done "for show", it's like a question with festive balloons: it seems to have been inflated, it doesn't matter that two have already deflated, and the rest have scattered, we have inflated, what do you need? Our friends, leaving the villa, asked to leave two hours later, were ready to pay extra and ... that's right!, they were refused, citing the lack of seats! Although all the neighboring villas are empty! No, we don't recommend it to anyone else!!! There is absolutely, absolutely no level of even a cheap five! Absolutely not worth the money! The atmosphere of complete indifference to the rest of vacationers, there is no desire to do better or at least "like before". Everything has changed!!! On the positive side, this is the opening of a mini zoo, a cute animal farm. That's it! Instead of charismatic sports coaches, half of Turkish housewives are now, but the main "rotting" is going on inside: a boorish reception, an inactive and stupid and feeble GR, a concierge and a golf service. It's a shame! Now we are still "resting" here and there are no apologies or attempts to fix something!

Regnum: the reality is much worse than expectations.

Nutrition: they manage to spoil good products. Meat is varied, seafood too. Everything is cooked either very mediocre or simply tasteless.
Service: good cocktails at the bar by the main pool and on the pier. It is impossible to drink what is cooked on the beach. Complete hack. Waiters in the main restaurant in 80% of cases work frankly carelessly and unprofessionally. The table is littered with dirty dishes - we had to clean it ourselves so that the table was neat and it was nice to sit at it. Catching a waiter and ordering a drink is an interesting quest. Then they often confuse orders or forget about them. However, in fairness, it should be noted that there are those who work very conscientiously. But there are not many of them. Garbage was also poorly cleaned on the beach. If you don't like sitting in the mud, clean it yourself. It's just awful.
And the main nightmare is an outbreak of intestinal infection at the time of our arrival at the hotel. Both children of 9 months and 7 years were ill. When trying to get some kind of feedback from the hotel on the information that the causative agent of intestinal infection may live in their pools or kitchen (besides us there were many sick people, we personally know three families with children who got sick, in addition, a child vomited on a mini-disco before my eyes, plus the guest relations themselves they confirmed that they were contacted by guests with an intestinal infection ) there was no clear answer. I also did not get an answer to the demand to provide official information that our case was registered and sent to sanitary control. We will never go to this hotel again. Not worth the money.
For the third time we are having a rest with the whole family in this hotel. Everything is so comfortable and harmonious, spacious rooms with large balconies, a variety of food and entertainment) cool performances, snow-white sand on the beach. The best hotel for families with children
We flew to this hotel for the first time, we fly to Turkey every year, we had a vacation from June 8 to 22, the hotel declares itself at the level of top luxury hotels, as a result left an extremely ambiguous impression:
Positive:
1. The children's club is perhaps the main plus of the hotel, and the main plus is the responsible and caring staff who not only monitors the children, but they involve them in games, activities, really control the entrances / exits, parents are always in touch, all events are very interesting, here is just gratitude🙏 and you can be calm for your child🙏
2. Friendly staff at the pier- everything works here too, as it should, everything will be brought, asked, not intrusive, polite, the waiters work with a soul, for which, too, special thanks
3. The pier itself has a separate atmosphere, even according to the weather.
4. Beautiful green area, but there are also disadvantages, see below.
Minuses:
1. at the entrance, they did not meet much, they did not tell anything about the concept of the hotel, about the restaurants, an employee just came out, quickly took him to the room, left, they sorted everything out themselves. Upon check-in, there is only a basket with semi-rotten fruits in the room: banana, pear, orange👎
2. Choice of alcohol: after the scandal at the reception (at the entrance they said that they wash champagne everywhere, also a question for the meeting staff according to paragraph 1), it turned out that there is one type of Italian wine that is drunk quickly in all bars, the choice of whiskey is completely scarce, Turkish champagne in all bars, except breakfast. For the level of such a hotel👎
3. Food: nothing special, everything is like everywhere, there are no strawberries (the hotel said that in June the strawberry season is over, but many times they lived in different hotels during the same period, they were everywhere, in parallel, friends lived in non-luxury hotels- there were plenty of strawberries), there is nothing to eat in restaurants at lunch by the beach and pool, it is possible to find something decent only in the main restaurant, which is extremely inconvenient at such distances; in addition, all restaurants have terribly uncomfortable chairs, all hotels have already updated chairs, and here in a top hotel you are sitting on an uncomfortable wooden chair. I was surprised that at such a cost, the hotel has a paid restaurant, alia, where it is just cold, draughty and a normal menu, but only guests with a platinum card who have been to the hotel more than 7 times can visit it for free :) or pay separately) you can have breakfast for free only in the shared restaurant, the food is regular at breakfast. There were only shrimp and mussels with rice on the fish bottom, and there was not even sushi on the Asian bottom, they were not seen once during the 15 days of their stay.There is no 24-hour restaurant, in general, as well as round-the-clock food. But this is the first hotel where I didn't want to eat at all.
4. I was surprised by the cost of individual wild boars for 800 euros per day, but with the opportunity to eat at the alia restaurant only for breakfast and lunch. But 800 euros - what is the price?
5. The territory: beautiful, peacocks are walking, there are no questions, but if a child is under 10 years old, taking him to a children's club and lying by the sea is just not being there, buggy buses rarely run, therefore it is extremely specific in the heat (when there was a holiday, a lot more buggy buses were put into operation, but then again, they were not there:(
6. Service: no one will even smile at you for that kind of money, waiters in all restaurants (except the pier) they also express their dissatisfaction, there is a big difference in attitude between Russian and Turkish guests, and guest communications did not even apologize for the bad meeting, the lack of strawberries and their "wonderful" service, they said that we have such a concept and period, if you want, move to Max Royal (this was an opportunity from the tour operator) we don't care, even the tour operator was surprised by this attitude, the hotel manager did not listen to the claims at all, just turned away and left, we were surprised:)
7. The shows are boring, there is no animation at all, animation is weak for children.
8. The slides are completely children's, it is not interesting for adults and teenagers.
9. Cleaning: disgusting- they forget to bring cosmetics, update the mini-bar, after cleaning they came to the room, the child climbed onto the bed from the carpet by the bed and pierced his leg, from the hotel only: sorry, accident, vacuum, have a good evening. Are you serious?? And this is again for the service.
10. Concierge service is general, he does not navigate the hotel himself, in fact, he is stupid, he does not know the menu of any ala-carte restaurant, he does not know the show program.
11. A separate wonderful departure story: they asked to extend their stay until the evening, at guest relations they said that they had a gorgeous departure room- as a result, 4 shared showers, like in a public pool, one changing room. They asked us to bring cosmetics to the shower - they didn't bring it, but why, if we're leaving, also spend money on us. The hotel ordered us a taxi (we asked them if it was definitely better to transfer, they said no, they had luxury taxis and knew where to go). As a result, the taxi took us to the wrong terminal 3 times. I had to take another taxi at the airport, it is strange that taxi drivers who take guests only to the cip terminal do not know where to go.
As a result, I can say that this hotel is an ordinary 5 stars, it has a wonderful kids club and an excellent pier, a beautiful territory, but there is nothing more to expect from the hotel. On the beach, we discussed with vacationers here more than once that, unfortunately, the hotel deteriorated, apparently they decided to save money on guests during the construction of the second building, but with such a cost of rest, this is simply unacceptable, so I give a low rating.
They meet at 3, arrived at the hotel at 10.30, did not check in, did not offer a waiting area, did not feed, in general, after the Mahx Royal hotel, the impression is very not very good. We waited for lunch time, food for 2 + 5 points ... walked around the territory, the assessment is the same. In general, if you are choosing between a good hotel and a Regnum, choose a good one. We haven't seen the number yet, but something tells me that it won't reach the high mark either)
