I wasn't inside, but I wasn't particularly impressed. Not a big parking lot, a Georgian restaurant and, oh my God, a shopping center. And it's all in one building. So it seems to me it should not be. The service staff is friendly and responsive. A solid three.

BITTEN BY BEDBUGS!!!!!!!. People, think a hundred times before booking a room!!!!!
I will not give any estimates to this place. This is a hostel, not a hotel. 6.07 at night we stopped at a standard room for 6-7 thousand rubles to spend the night for a couple of hours after a long flight. There were no expectations from the hotel, it was important to get enough sleep.
They were obviously not ready to meet us, they checked us into a room with one towel and no bathrobes. The faucet in the shower was running on leave me alone, hot water was pouring. the room was renovated in the same condition. Or rather, it wasn't there, the ceiling was stained and the wallpaper was peeling off. We stopped for the night tired after a long flight. It is a pity that they did not immediately find bedbugs in the room, they realized only when they saw traces on the body.
The complaint is already being written to the right place. Warm greetings to the owner and the hotel administration. I hope you'll look into YOUR BEDBUGS at least once. Running a business on the principle of "it will do" is a lost cause. This way you spoil the impression not only of your hostel, but also of the city as a whole. WHY DO I BRING BEDBUGS HOME FROM YOUR HOTEL FOR MY OWN MONEY? It's just disgusting.

The administration knew about this in advance, as it was a planned shutdown, but they did not say a word about it when booking. No alternative was offered. at the reception, the girl did not know what to answer, stuttered, was silent and embarrassed. The heat was at its peak and it was terrible to be unable to wash . They asked for at least a basin and a ladle to make boiling water in the room, fortunately there was a kettle in the room, to which they received the proud answer that there was still a 4-star hotel here and they did not have any basins. There are no mats in the room. It's cold in the room. In the refrigerator, a 6-centimeter layer of ice in the freezer is frozen. Low lighting (5 lampshades in the chandelier, but dark frames). 3 of the 4 lamps (table, floor and bedside) have burned-out lamps. Furniture with knocked-down corners and edges. A sofa with a worn surface and a torn armrest. For 1.5 days there is only 0.5 liters of drinking water in the room. For comparison, in Hampton - a liter per day. I do not recommend visiting this hotel:
There is no breakfast from the word at all, the maximum that you will eat is fried eggs.
In the same karaoke building, if they put you in the right wing, then you will listen to the bass until 5 o'clock, even on the 5th floor…
The rooms are not cleaned every day, one of our rooms was cleaned 1 time in 2 days, the second room for 3 days of stay was never cleaned.

First, they moved into someone else's room 402, terribly frightened a sleeping couple in the night. They gave me another key, and I went to check in.
We didn't have time to prepare the room for an early check-in, we didn't put toilet paper, that's okay. At least they let me in.
They also didn't put water in the room, they throw up their hands at the reception - there is no water, wait for the morning (water is 10 meters from the reception in the lobby bar, guests are dying of thirst, but they can't give it to you or sell it, because it's late, no matter how you beg).
The BOTTOM service. Wipe yourself with a towel, drink from the tap. In response to criticism, the admin said, write what you want and where you want, I'll write to you too.
In the morning, of course, both water and paper were brought, but I fulfill the wishes of the administrator.
And so the design is pleasant, the furniture is good, the staff is not proactive only, hence the whole impression of the service.
