We booked a room at the booking office. There was a written agreement that there would be an early check-in at 6 a.m. for an additional fee.
Upon arrival, they said that there were no rooms.
We paid for 2 days , arrived at 3 a.m. , they say there are no rooms, somehow we checked in at 9 a.m. The mattresses are dead, it's a little dirty in the room. Breakfast is one name.

1. They were rude on the first day. We were in a couple with my wife and booked a room for two through booking. They didn't give me a second towel. They took the soap.
2. Very dirty. The bathroom is mildewed.
3. There is a buffet in the dining room, only one name. The glasses are dirty, it feels like they haven't even been washed. The hair is black on the food. The food is cold and tasteless.
4. The cards are demagnetized very quickly and it is not possible to get into the room. We changed the cards 3 times. At the reception, they just laughed and said go try again, maybe it will work out now. In short, the horror.
5. When we were evicted, they counted us some kind of snickers chocolate from a bar that didn't even exist. Well, okay, not that much money. It's a complete horror.
6. We came for breakfast, some drunk people are sitting there, smoking right in the restaurant, horror. The stink is not real. They scream and swear. Where is the administration looking? In the room next to the toilet, the neighbors were smoking, even we had smoke in the room.
In short, this is a hotel that would not have been given even 1 star. The horror is complete. I do not advise you to come here, and if you have children, then run away from here.

I was on a business trip, the secretary ordered a hotel, confused it with a network one. My colleagues didn't have hot water in their room, it's the end of October. And the first two days of heating!!!! The smell of cigarette smoke is all over the hotel. I do not recommend it!!!
There is a night restaurant in the same building, a showdown under the windows at night, and a sofa badly wiped from vomit at the reception in the morning. There is dirt and construction around.
My husband and I were on a business trip to Nursultan on June 12-13. Upon check-in, they were not warned that there was no hot water. A hotel without a boiler. The restaurant is generally very upset. Despite the fact that there were no people except us in the restaurant, the order was waited for 40 minutes. Although they warned me that the train was in an hour. As a result, I had to hastily absorb what was cooked up in five minutes. And we arrived right next to the train. The situation is mitigated by the warm attitude of the receptionist (at the reception).
We were in the sauna with friends in March 2018. In the VIP spa salon, as they position themselves, a face mask with an expired expiration date and very questionable quality was used, as a result of which one of us instantly had allergic spots all over her face. When calling and ordering a sauna, they warned that the main criterion for choosing was the pool - they wanted to swim. The water turned out to be so cold that it hurt our legs and we couldn't swim. The administrator refused to resolve the situation. We left a review in the book of complaints and suggestions, no one contacted us, which can only mean one thing: the owners are completely indifferent to the opinion and impression of customers, just to rip off the money, and then we paid 75,000 tenge for three.
We arrived in Astana back in August, we came to their spa salon Elixir...And they stepped on the same rake again. We waited for the massage masters until they deigned to take care of us for an hour. When we arrived, it turned out that there was one peeling table, and there were two of us, which we notified when we called. We thought, "It's okay, we'll wait." The next procedure was a massage, and my friend and I were put on the same bed, although there are two treatment rooms. At the end, they asked me to lie down for five minutes. The third procedure was waiting for us - a Jacuzzi. We lay there for ten minutes, went to see if they stayed in the second treatment room, and there was a girl sleeping on the bed (it became clear why they put us on the same bed) and we decided to look for the administrator, she was coming to meet us with the words that the time was over. We asked, what about the third procedure? As a result, she suggested that we wait until the Jacuzzi was filled and they would provide a service. This is after three hours spent in the spa, instead of the planned 2.5. Moreover, when calling, we clarified which and in which complex it is better to take procedures. When paying, the administrator refused to recalculate. After all, this is her direct fault, she does not control or organize the work of the staff (I remind you that the masters started performing procedures only after an hour of our arrival at the salon and one of the girls was sleeping in the treatment room). As a result, for your own money, a spoiled mood, wasted nerves and money for services not rendered. And the owners still don't care, tk. leaving a review in the book of complaints and suggestions, we saw more than one outraged review from our "brothers" in misfortune, and since the situation with the quality of services provided has not been corrected, I have all the reasons to declare that this network of spa salons is apparently only interested in ripping off money, fraudulently I DON'T CARE about the client!!!
The hotel is cozy with modern furniture. The staff is very responsive, all issues were resolved promptly. Among the disadvantages - a meager breakfast menu, instant coffee, Wi-Fi does not work well. 4 out of 5 points.
Large room (35-40m?) Clear. A normal breakfast . There are no simulators (although it is stated on the website). Spa (small swimming pool, hammam, sauna) is paid for hotel guests. It is open from 8 to 20:00. The reception is tiny without a waiting area. The staff is friendly, not in a hurry. There is a Turandot restaurant with karaoke in the basement - it is important not to get into the room above it.... or sing in chorus until morning with the guests :)
