A very cozy hotel, the location is convenient. Clean, tidy, friendly staff, cleaning every day. We lived with a cat, he also liked it, especially the armchair and walking in the hall. Good varied breakfasts, delicious juice (which is rare), liked the restaurant administrator. Technically a beautiful view from the windows when there is no haze.
One of the disadvantages is that the elevator is not always reliable, once in 1.5 weeks I had to walk up to the 12th floor. And one of the elevators was often shut down. And key cards are often demagnetized, but they were given to us with a margin :)
There was only one blanket at check-in, but you can easily ask for a second one.
Curtains were just hung on the glass walls of the bathroom with us, hooray :)
There is an ironing board with an iron in the lobby.
A great place to explore the city.

I recommend the hotel for business trips: the rooms are large in size, the service is good, the reception is always ready to help. The restaurant is located on the roof of the hotel and the views are absolutely spectacular.

We stayed with my husband at this hotel in early December for 5 nights. We were very satisfied!
Large, comfortable rooms, a queen size bed, fluffy white bathrobes, slippers, disposable toiletries in the bathroom, good towels. Breakfast is included in the accommodation, a great buffet! The hotel itself is located only on the upper floors of the building, sometimes you had to wait for the elevator, but only during rush hour, when everyone leaves in the morning or returns in the evening. The windows overlook the mountains, it's amazing! The hotel staff is very friendly. When we find ourselves in Almaty again, we will definitely check into this hotel again!

Great view from the room and location. The room is super for you, it has everything you need, modern, comfortable. The reception service is excellent. What I didn't like: if you come for breakfast after 9.00, there is almost no food, you have to wait for it to be brought. But this is compensated by the view from the restaurant and you can forgive everything) it happens that during rush hour you have to wait a long time for the elevator, because the hotel is located on the upper floors, and the business center is below. I still have questions about clearing, because a couple of things were missing that they could have mistaken for garbage (for example, a boarding pass that I needed to return to the accounting department). But, again, the hotel is great and I would still stay there

Not a bad hotel. The rooms are large and clean.
The rooms are equipped with everything for a comfortable stay - disposable dental cleaning kits, cotton swabs, disposable combs, even shaving kits. The breakfasts are good. The staff in the lobby is polite. There are places for smoking.
Among the disadvantages is a somewhat inconvenient "logistics" - the hotel is located on several upper floors of the building, there is its own elevator, sometimes it takes a long time to wait. And they do not accept any cash currency except tenge.

The hotel is located in the residential complex, there are also offices. Just a virgin elevator. And I worked alone for the whole week of my stay , stopping on each floor and opening twice. It's such a pleasure to go to the 17th floor.
The room is quite comfortable, although cleaning is after 15.00, which is very inconvenient, since I have already returned to the room to rest, and it has not been cleaned yet.
And breakfast is a separate topic . It starts at 7.30 . It 's too late !
When it's all over, they put it reluctantly. You can come there is no porridge , no vegetables , no bread !
You have to ask for everything.
But they give you delicious juice.
The only thing that pleases is the beautiful view of the city during breakfast.
But if you compare it with other hotels of a similar level, then in general everything is much better . The room is a good size. The shower flowed from all the cracks , really .

Good value for money, convenient location, pleasant rooms, breakfast in the rooftop restaurant with panoramic views.
Of the disadvantages, I had to wait a long time for the elevator. And a strange design solution is a transparent glass wall in the bathroom :)

Great hotel, I really liked it. The reception is only on the 17th floor, but it was sorted out quickly. Both the lobby and the rooms are very stylish. The room is simply gorgeous, large, everything is there that you need. The staff is friendly and very polite. Incredibly beautiful mountain view from the window and balcony (if the hotel was downstairs, this view would not exist). I highly recommend it.

Instead of the booked 3 days, they categorically offered to check in for 2!!! And on the third day, look for what you want! So we left and didn't regret it in the end! The hotel occupies the 17th floor in an office building. The elevator is only 1. The second guest does not have time to leave with his things - the doors are closing....

We stayed here for 4 days, there were some problems every day during our stay: the water in the shower is poorly regulated, all the water flows down to the floor in the bathroom, the decision to put transparent walls in the bathroom is generally a complete failure, waiting for the elevator for a long time is tiring, one of the two elevators does not work, almost all channels on TV they don't work, breakfast is a separate disappointment, meager, at whatever time you come, almost everything on the buffet is no longer there, and is not supplemented, decanters with juices are empty, the coffee machine is empty all the time, room cards are demagnetized all the time, you need to run all the time to the reception, which does not answer the phone call at all. The 4-star hotel does not pull at all. I do not recommend it, spoil your vacation!

Excellent room and service. I had a fabulous view from the window - of the mountains. Breakfast is standard, but you will not stay hungry: there are several cereals, scramble, chicken, vegetables and fruits to choose from.
I was a little confused that there was a transparent door to the bathroom. As I understand it, the curtains will be hung soon.
I would come back here again.

Booked through booking. I called the hotel to clarify the nuances. They replied everything is fine, come. The hotel has sent an offer with the specified price, similar to booking, we are waiting for you to come by. I canceled my booking (why pay a commission to the Netherlands, let the money remain in my native Almaty). Upon departure, I did not pay attention to the paid cost when calculating, for some reason it turned out to be 20% higher than for the reservation, I saw it in a couple of days in the Internet bank. It seems like nonsense, but it feels like someone has got into your pocket. I wrote to the hotel - they replied that they were very sorry and offered to pay them again - to rent a room from them again, although they promised to upgrade the category. Although there is a need to stay for another 2 weeks, I will look for an alternative. Check the money without leaving the cash register)))

The hotel is good, but the service is somewhat lame. There was a blanket and a half in the room for two. A separate "pleasure" is the glass walls in the bathroom without the possibility of closing them, if necessary, at least with a curtain. This is not a problem for living alone, of course, but if the room is not for one, not everyone is ready to go to the toilet in public. I think that the fire escape is extremely unsafe - there are such wide gaps between the bars of the fences that an adult can squeeze in there. Two elevators in such a building do not really cope with traffic, because the hotel occupies less than half of the floors.

For my money, I think it doesn't match. There is no parking, I had to drive several blocks in search of a place to park my car. There is a toilet in the room behind a completely transparent door, which is inconvenient when you do not live alone. The air conditioner is faulty, the room is very stuffy and on the floor. You need to ask the administrator for cosmetics. The windows are very dirty, although the view is very cool, but the impression is spoiled through very dirty glass. There was a dirty sink at check-in, someone else's hair was in it. On the first day, 1 of the elevators was broken, so a queue formed in the 2nd, which is very inconvenient, a small elevator is clogged with things. Wifi catches very poorly, not everywhere, and the impression is that it is turned off at night. There is a TV in the room, but apart from the screensaver there is nothing to watch on it. Of the advantages, I leave a star that is possible with animals for an additional fee. Breakfast is very modest, few things and ends quickly. The restaurant upstairs is very nice, friendly staff and delicious dishes with a good view, if you could rate the restaurant separately, then the rating would be higher, but the room left a negative impression.
