The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, the breakfast is buffet style. The elevator was not working on the floor, it was inconvenient. You can smoke on the balcony of the floor.

There is only one elevator that works. The whole house is residential. It took 22 minutes to get from the room to the street. We were late everywhere.
The room is great.

Polite staff, however, upon arrival, they asked for 10,000 tenge of a deposit on Caspi, which was not mentioned during booking and repeated conversations. The deposit was returned, but in cash. It is a very strange decision to make glass partitions between the bathroom and the room itself. Overall, not bad.

Overall a pleasant hotel, but I didn't understand the window between the toilet and the room at all. Maybe it's a trick, but then they would have given you the opportunity to at least close it with a curtain. In general, we went to the toilet on the reception floor :)

A very passable hotel. Breakfast for 4. There are problems with the elevator, it's not critical. The TV sucks, it hangs. The reception is super.

Very nice view from the balcony. The interior is stylish, European-style.
I was unlucky with the hookah there, but the guy in charge apologized so much that it was aired, he's worried himself.
We didn't have time to try the kitchen, but the tea was good.
I think I'll come back here.
