The food is more than edible, the sea is beautiful, alcohol is not as bad as in Egypt. You must take earplugs! If they put windows on the road, it will be very noisy. I bought earplugs at the pharmacy across the street (and overpaid! It was very expensive, they cost almost $ 5, although they were silicone and almost stupid).
Alanium shopping center is a 25-30 minute very leisurely walk along the sidewalk (from the hotel to the left).
I recommend it to experienced, adequate and unassuming travelers (such as me).

We rest at the Hotel 5 days out of 10, we have already managed to catch E. coli or rotovirus or something else…
To activate the insurance, you need to pay. 30 eur. , and it is not a fact that your disease will not be let down by sunstroke, overheating or something chronic!
The hotel rooms are normal, small of course, but clean. They clean it every day, if you don't want to, they put a ban on it, they won't clean it. The sockets and switches are all falling off, the TV is not working! But there is a kettle and a refrigerator and they give 2 bottles of water a day!
We have a room with windows to windows to other rooms, all videos, the window cannot be opened, you will meet people from the next balcony with your eyes! This is a big minus! The location is not thought out! But not all rooms have this, perhaps there is also a good location.
Another of the cons: the music is screaming almost around the clock! Why, is it not clear? And day and night!!!
At lunch they also turn on the whole reel! It is not possible to sleep!
How do people deal with children, I don't understand?
There are a lot of people everywhere! There are queues in the dining room, local children on the slides, the pool is teeming with them!!!

I took a star for a small room for two, for the beach of the hotel where it is impossible to swim, plates. I'll start over.
We arrived, checked into the room immediately, the time was after 2, the hotel beach is not suitable for swimming, we went left and right, the water seems cleaner and warmer. Alcoholic drinks flow like a river, gin, beer, vodka, crayfish, juices, ice, water gas, although the glasses are cloudy, not very clean, they are washed, I saw it myself. The food will go. There are sweets, honey, fruits, meat, and a grill. They return it at the reception if they forgot or lost something. There is practically no animation. We spent 9 days with my wife, we have pleasant memories. The sea is warm. Migros is nearby. The pharmacy too. My stomach hurt for a couple of days, but lopedium helped. The elevator is working, the pool is cold, the slides are working. The hotel is for 4 people. The rooms are cleaned every day. There is water in the room. Soap gels, shampoo. Not a bad hotel. There is everything you need to relax. All amenities in the room, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV are all there.
One of the advantages. The food is delicious and varied. The staff is polite and attentive. All problematic situations were resolved promptly. There is an underground passage directly to the beach from the hotel. Own sun beds, umbrellas. The beach bar has water, tea, and coffee for free. There is a private swimming pool on site with several swimming areas for all ages. There are water slides. Cleaning was carried out regularly and with sufficient quality. Drinks, including alcoholic beverages, are available at the bar for free.
Of the cons. There were power outages several times during the stay. At different times. Of the three water slides, one has never worked. Two worked, but every other time. It is impossible to ride in elevators, it is very hot.

The room was given a terrible view from the balcony to the iron staircase...You can't even see the sky... Like in prison... Grids.. I don't understand who writes a positive review, have you ever eaten anything sweeter than radish in your life?? And this is another 4 star hotel.. This is not even a hotel, but a bedbug nickname. Cockroaches are crawling on the tables, I didn't have time to take them off.. Apparently shy of the camera. Don't try to fly here.. The main advantage is the tunnel connecting the hotel area with the beach. Good location of the hotel, close to the center of Alanya. There is a bicycle rental nearby. In general, the hotel is 4. I don't know who writes positive reviews about this hotel. I have never seen anything worse either in Turkey or in other countries, although I consider myself an experienced traveler. I will try to be brief, although they are outraged to the limit. We decided to visit Turkey with a large company of relatives of 12 people. The hotel was offered by a tour operator, so I did not read much reviews, besides many of them are positive, but do not flatter yourself. Today is the last day and I can summarize:
1. On the beach of the hotel there is no opportunity to go into the sea, you go to a depth just below the knee and stumble upon mountains of building slabs, I suspect thrown out during construction, they are already slippery, it is not realistic to step over them because there are a lot of them, so everyone swims on the beaches of neighboring hotels. This is a very important point for those who swim in the sea and not in the pool. By the way, there is a lot of chlorine in the pool, and the entire courtyard of the hotel constantly smells of chlorine.
2. The food is just something! I expected it to be modest, but it's not just modest here, 4 main dishes at lunch and in the evening, everything is overstuffed, it looks and smells not appetizing, if the meat is only chicken, they gave mackerel fish once, we were all so happy, but it turned out to be inside and on the slices all rusty with the taste of old fish, those who did eat it felt bad for about 2 days. The bread is only white, no pancakes, fritters or croissants for breakfast, only eggs, bread and sausages made of toilet paper. The dishes were dirty, cockroaches were regularly seen at the racks with cookies and jams, I wanted to take a photo, but I did not turn my vacation into an investigation and I did not always have my phone with me. In the evenings, they grilled the same rusty mackerel, the sickening smell of old fish all over the territory, or some kind of, sorry, "soles" I don't even know what, like a burger. Tortillas for afternoon tea were not made by a friendly Turkish woman, even to children, which is surprising, Turks are always very friendly to children.
3. The hotel is clearly overcrowded. My brother was offered to stay in a room with his aunt and uncle, although a separate room was paid for, when he did not agree, they said then wait, in the evening they literally threw the keys and did not even offer to take him to the room and help with luggage, when my brother demanded to take him to the room, they did it defiantly aggressively. The entire courtyard is lined with tables and there was not enough space, the queue for the restaurant was lined up in 30-40 minutes because not all dishes were brought again, and tables were also occupied in advance. There are just crowds of people and children around the pools (there are two of them).
4. Very aggressive staff, just boors at the reception and in the restaurant and on the beach. Of the cleaners, there was one nice girl who also cleaned well, it's a pity she only got caught once, before that only water was brought into the room and tips were taken away) I had to call to clean the room, change towels, take away the garbage. In a restaurant, to take a table, you need to come in 30 minutes, if on the second visit, then the assortment is poorer and the tables are all dirty, it takes a long time to ask to clean the table and they will also defiantly show their dissatisfaction, throw the appliances or snort in your face. Any outrage was answered: Calm down!" or something like that.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

Relax beach hotel . my review. The rooms are renovated, everything is fresh, the plumbing is new, the air conditioner is working properly, there is a thick blanket in the room so as not to freeze. The bed linen and towels are white, not old. There are 4 hot dishes to choose from in the restaurant, the rest are snacks.As for snacks, there is nothing to eat except gozleme, there is a long queue behind him, I haven't seen ayran for a long time. If they give you nuggets, onion rings, then it's just breadcrumbs. Drinks are given in disposable cups. Plain bottled water is given 2 pieces, if you want to drink plain water, then you type in the vending machine where yuppie is, but this water tastes disgusting. There is no tea in the bags. The pools are crowded with people. There are no changing cabins on the beach and by the pool. The beach is being looked after, it's clean

You can put a solid 3 to the hotel....The beach is almost not equipped with a stone slab in front of the sunbeds in the sea..to enter the sea, you need to move to the right or to the left by 50 meters....the water is clear and clean , the fish are clearly visible ...t° on 10.11.24..~23°...from the hotel to the sea is 50 meters, through a tunnel under the road....the food is like everywhere else in Turkey in 3,4* hotels...You won't be hungry...for unassuming tourists...to the city center by bus 10 min..........

The hotel is not worth its 4 stars at all. Of the advantages, only the first coastline, its own approach to the beach, a sufficient number of sun loungers and umbrellas (at whatever time you would not come, there will always be free ones).
Of the cons: terribly dirty dishes, glasses do not seem to be washed at all, plates seem to be simply rinsed under water, you need to work hard to find a clean one. You can only eat quietly at breakfast. For the rest of the main meals, you need to stand in a huge queue, since people are already starting to occupy tables and queue for distribution about 20 minutes before lunch or dinner. Under such conditions, rest ceases to be rest, since you always need to think about how to grab something to eat. You have to stand in line for 20-30 minutes, and when your turn comes, the food itself does not always remain. There is a feeling that the hotel cannot cope with full occupancy in the season itself. Room cleaning also leaves much to be desired, they do it mediocre enough, the dust is not cleaned (floor lamps are all in dust, and they are at the head of the bed ...), the floor is poorly washed, as there was sand all the time. Thank you that the bed linen and towels were changed regularly.
At the end of the vacation, the hotel left an unpleasant impression. You can find options many times better for the same money.

We took a tour to this hotel for the new year, we really liked everything!! the staff at the hotel is friendly, everyone is always smiling, the maids also cleaned the room always at our request, brought water to the room every day. Cooks are just fire 🔥 the food is always delicious , fresh and varied . There are salads and vegetables , meat and fish , I'm not talking about desserts at all , there are a lot of them !! The plates have never been dirty, as I read in the reviews. It is convenient to get to the beach through a tunnel, there are shops nearby, a bus stop, you can get to the fortress or somewhere else. I have something to compare it with, I'm not traveling for the first time and I definitely recommend this hotel!!

Those that go out into the yard have a strong smell of food in the morning, since one of the braziers is in the yard and in the morning they always fry eggs in butter and sometimes sausage. The smell is already awakening. The pools are clean, not re-chlorinated. The slides are open until November. Access to the beach is right from the courtyard of the hotel, very convenient. The beach itself is pebbly, you need flip-flops or corals for quiet walks. The entrance to the sea is sharp - large slabs and stones, it is very difficult to enter a storm, but it is worth going to the left or right of the pier, and it is already better there. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. You can take a towel for the beach from the hotel, leaving a deposit of $ 10. The food is normal and varied. Meat (mostly chicken or turkey), fresh fish, fruits, desserts, everything is there.

I'll start with the pros!
New room stock, everything was fixed, there was a clothes dryer on the balcony, the room was cleaned every other day. Shampoo, gel, everything is understood.
The beach line is wide, there was enough space and sun beds for everyone.
In general, the handsome guy catches Wifi even on the beach! That's all the advantages!
Cons the big problem in this hotel is the food!! There's not enough for the whole hotel. We arrived at 21.30 dinner was over and, accordingly, the food was knocked out at the reception so that we would be fed, given two sandwiches for three! There were days when there was nothing to feed the child, even there were no empty pasta, all the trays were emptied at the speed of light and did not fill, boiled chicken from meat, (like stewed) with fruit vegetables apples oranges for dinner watermelon.There are no buns or croissants for breakfast ! The plates are broken, and you'd better look through one dirty one! The waiters are trying to clean up. In the bar, the bartenders work hard, one of them said I'm not in the mood today, i.e. we still have to come to the bar when he's in the mood! There were days when there was no elementary ice, and people were waiting for beer all evening! They brought a football team, I counted 18 people, it was like in China in the pool! And before leaving, they brought a whole bus of teenagers who could not pass through the reception through the store and entered the hotel! In the morning, the transfer arrived at 7.20, the canteen is open, at 7.30 and so we got food for our money on the fingers of grandma looking in the canteen that we were flying away and wanted to eat.so she followed us around, so that we wouldn't take too much! There are a lot of slabs in the sea, be careful, I hurt my leg and it took a very long time to heal! No one is particularly watching the beach, the faucet was broken for two days, the queue stood in the shower, all the drains were clogged with pebbles, no one cleaned! 2 days have passed and we fell in love with it. 2 pools for adults with slides. 2 paddling pools for children. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, including air conditioning. The staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned daily. I especially want to highlight the Turkish bath. Yura will tell you about the services, answer all questions, both about the hammam and all the others. I went to Sadi's for a massage. If you're going to be here, be sure to go. She became 15 years younger. I have worked every muscle competently.
The beach is clean. There are enough sun beds for everyone. The entry into the sea is smooth, but it is better to have rubber slippers (small pebbles and larger stones on the shore). Wi-Fi is weaker than in the hotel, but it is there too. By the way, the Internet is free. Of the cons: the toilet at the restaurant from the reception area and by the pool is often not cleaned. The room was given on the third floor with a view of the city and it's great, because I didn't want to look at the room opposite at all. I really strained with food, bulgur and chicken, not very much with fruit either, once oranges, one hard melon, today they gave me some peaches (people snapped up in 3 minutes), the rest of the time - green plums. On the beach, the entrance to the sea is pebbly, we went to the right of the stone, without any problems, without special shoes. The sea is great, warm, and we came for it. The beach bar was not used, but I see that everyone brings drinks and drinks without problems. Umbrellas are really some kind of bullshit, they need to be stuck in the sand on their own. Today, bed linen and towels were changed (it turns out on the fourth day), cleaned daily, two bottles of water are brought. Wi-Fi is free on site. Oh, well, I would say that there is no restaurant as such, these are tables in the aisle between the buildings of the hotel. In general, if you need gastronomic delights, then this is definitely not here. And yet, three buses of teenagers were brought, but they screamed only one evening and that's it, they never saw them again either in the restaurant or in the hotel.

There were a lot of dissatisfied visitors.When we checked in, we saw a woman at the reception who was screaming that her things had been stolen.Another day we met a woman who was with a child and also told us that she was unhappy with this place.
They also have dirty dishes.They wash it by hand and wash it disgustingly.When the dishes run out and you ask the staff to give you a plate, you may be told that there are no more plates.The room is very poorly cleaned.If you run out of shower gel, then keep in mind that you may not be able to put it when cleaning.The maximum that they do when cleaning is to fix the bed and update the towels.This is the end of their cleaning

- moved several times because for the first time they were sent to a room where someone lives, and after that they were moved to a room with an air conditioner that leaked all over the wall; few people speak English (p.s. there are no Russian-speaking employees, but they don't have to)

If you want to spoil your vacation, go to this hotel. There is dirt in the hotel, they clean it up so that they only smear it, the floors were washed themselves. There was no cleaner for three days. The staff is rude, not friendly. Ice in cocktails can be put with bare hands without gloves. The pools are small, local sections with children come and stay there, so you can't swim normally in the pool. The food is just disgusting and there is no variety from the word at all. We were poisoned by food, and we were not the only ones, all the Russian-speakers who rested at this hotel were also poisoned by many. The hotel says that it's because of the sea that they caught an infection there, but they didn't take into account that we didn't go to the beach, draw your own conclusions. Devices with drinks are electrocuted very often. Of the entertainment in the hotel, they are not there and do not hope, in the evening they will turn on the light near the bar and turn on a hackneyed playlist with terrible sound quality. I do not know what the problem is with the equipment or in the recording, but it's just tin. When we stopped by the room just smelled of smoke, we were asked to change the room and were refused. There is nowhere to walk near the hotel, you need to go to the center. The embankment is not completed. After returning home, my daughter and her wife went to the hospital. We had a great rest.

There are just a lot of people. The dishes and glasses are dirty, there are not enough appliances. If you come 10 minutes later to eat, then be prepared that nothing will really happen and it is unrealistic to occupy the table.
The slides are turned on 2 times a day and turned off ahead of time. You will wait for 30-40 minutes, but you will not see the fries, the children fly like locusts😃
Of the fruits, only apples and grapefruits. The side dish is only rice and that's not very good. Only chicken and turkey are made of meat. You definitely won't see the fish. The soup for 4 days was the same)
The Internet works well only on the 1st floor and by the sea. In the rooms above, it freezes.
It is better to take sun beds at the sea and by the pool at 7 a.m. after breakfast, then there will be no place. In general, it's not bad here, but at this rush hour I wouldn't come back here, and there's nowhere to walk here, it's still not the center of Alanya.
The room cleaning is good, with chlorine as it should be. Minus one - if you open the balcony door, the air conditioner turns off automatically.

We had a vacation together with my husband in July. Upon arrival, the reception said that there were no available rooms in the hotel and therefore they would temporarily move to the 0 floor in a room without windows and a balcony for 2 days, and then, as an apology, they would move to a room with a sea view (that same night we went to the reception and a lot of people arrived and they were all settled somewhere and there was no place for us..). We agreed, because we were tired from the road and wanted to rest already. When we were shown to the room, it was not cleaned after the previous people and they said that it would be cleaned in 30 minutes. The room was cleaned and we guessed that it was most likely the maid's room.. there is no other way to call it. There was a cafe across the wall from our room, there was silence during the day, but when we went to bed, they turned on very loud music, we could hear very well in the room, we went and asked to turn it down, because everything was very audible + the plane was delayed and we did not sleep the whole previous night. There was no reaction from the cafe, then we went to the reception, they also said that they could not help in any way. The music stopped around 3 a.m. only. Also at 1 a.m., the police came to us and checked our documents (we were in a misunderstanding, no one explained anything to us why all this, only then the guide said that a man who was hiding from the army lived in this room before us and the police were looking for him). The first day spoiled the impression of the attitude of the staff towards the vacationers. After 2 days, we were indeed moved to a room, but not with a view of the sea, but with a view of the fire escape between two buildings. We've come to terms with it.
The hotel itself is nice, beautiful, room cleaning every day, high quality. There are 2 swimming pools, on the 2nd floor near the pool you can always find free sun beds. The sea is very close and you can always find free sun beds there too. The only drawback is the check-in. For some reason, they abruptly ran out of rooms (we booked a two-room one). They can't answer how it happened. They offered to move into a triple room. Who should sleep standing up, there was no answer. We agreed that for now we will go to two one-room apartments. And then I had to wait 1.5 hours for them to be put in order. And this is at 12 o'clock in the morning with a small child.

We have 2 mothers and 2 children. They settled into single rooms with single beds, after our indignation they brought mattresses, threw them right on the floor (although they allocated linen) and said that our children would do just fine! There are no other rooms and there won't be any-the hotel is full.
You don't have to ask about the air conditioners at the reception, in the elevator and the so-called dining room (where there are dirty tables with ashtrays, and smokers right there in common places) - there are fans in some places, well, sometimes there is a breeze.

3. A week before departure, the cleaner stopped cleaning. I haven't cleaned for 3 days in a row.
