Terrible hotel. Very dirty. A very sad choice of food. It's almost the same thing every day. The toilets in the common area are always dirty, there is always no paper.
It takes a very long time to respond to requests. The managers at the reception don't care about anything at all. There is no animation. In general, I definitely do not recommend it.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. The staff do not speak Russian (only the manager of the Ghoul, who will help in the mood or not), are not hospitable, do not even greet. Cleaning for 2 (all dirt is thrown under the bed, all furniture is in large layers of dust, the shower and balcony are never washed), the smell of sewage from the bathroom, very weak Internet, noisy all night, a view of the neighboring building, which is 2-3 meters away. The kitchen is just a nightmare: dirty dishes, the food itself is not the first freshness and monotony. There's nowhere to even leave your bike. If you arrive at night, they won't even pour you tea. This is a hotel of no more than 2 stars.
Pros: the location is good, there is a private beach (although you can't swim there, but you can use sun beds), good furniture in the room and an excellent mattress. And a couple of employees who know how to smile.

I ordered it through tutargen. I chose a new room at the travel agency, and at the hotel they settled into an old shabby room (the van needs repair, the carpet is all stained, the furniture is shabby). The condition of the room certainly spoiled the mood. Just for this deception, I will not visit this hotel anymore.

I don't understand why the elevator doors aren't being washed.

We had a rest with Troy from 16.07-07/24.21 In Turkey for the first time, so there is nothing to compare it with, but so to say, we did not feel much delight.
1. By hotel: The hotel is new, not big, the territory is small, rather it does not exist at all. Cleaning was carried out every day, even without a requirement. Shampoo and shower gel were replenished every day. Water was accumulating in the toilet near the shower. The room was small, you could only walk between the beds and to the balcony. You won't get bored with the smart home system. There is one key for everyone, electricity works only when the key is in place, it is worth removing it, as everything goes out, including the refrigerator. You open the balcony door, the air conditioner turns off.
2. In the kitchen: The food is average. For breakfast there were pancakes, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, various cheeses, sausages, French fries, omelet with vegetables, oatmeal, butter, honey, jams, breakfast cereals, halva, dried fruits.
For lunch: Chicken, turkey, various salads (not all edible). Salads are filled with it is not clear what, there was something like olivier, but it is not possible to eat. There are a lot of monotonous vegetable salads. A lot of pickles (all spicy and with an incredible amount of vinegar) from edible olives and olives.
For dinner: everything is also chicken, turkey, sometimes grilled fish, mushrooms, stewed eggplant and everything that was not eaten at lunch was cooked for dinner. I didn't like the desserts. There were various fruits.

We got to the Eid al-Adha holiday period, there were a lot of Turkish families in the hotel, there was often not enough space in the dining room, the water was running out in the coffee machine. Maybe the hotel was not prepared for the arrival of so many guests.
There was no place to spit in the pool from the number of people. I didn't like that they smoked in the dining room, sometimes there was nothing to breathe. The sea is two steps away from the hotel. There is no bar on the beach.You can't take towels to the beach, we went with our own. The sun beds are paid, we did not take them.
There are shops and cafes near the hotel.
wi-fi catches everywhere and well. Only Gulya speaks Russian at the reception, thanks to her for her help. A very pleasant woman, meets and sees everyone off with a smile.
We had a good rest for our first trip to Turkey. There are pros and cons

The mattress is terrible, anyone with back problems is immediately rejected. The dishes and appliances in the dining room are dirty. The reception is very sluggish. Everyone has one common problem, who came by the company, they give out one key for everyone. The beach is spontaneous, the deck chairs are not cleaned overnight, everything is set up and everything is standing. It will take a very long drive from Antalya airport, with traffic jams for 5 hours. Advantages: proximity to the sea, free Wi-Fi, beach towels (to receive them, you need to give $ 10 as a deposit at the reception). I would give the hotel a maximum of 3 stars.

But they went overboard with cleaning the pool. Apparently they add a lot of bleach in the evening. Even in the morning, there is still a persistent smell of it. The rooms were cleaned well, but sometimes you need to remind them to put the bathroom accessories.

We were at this hotel from 10/25/21 to 11/01/2021. At first, everything was not bad. The food is more or less. The room was cleaned. The season was coming to an end, but we felt it not the deterioration of the weather in Alanya, but the work on the complete closure of the hotel for the winter. We paid for an absolutely full all-inclusive tour, as usual, but the all-inclusive ended 3 days before the end of our vacation. The bulk of the tourists left and the administration, neglecting the remaining tourists, began to prepare the hotel for closure. The choice of food was sharply reduced, drinks in the vending machine and coffee ran out even earlier. Then we were just brazenly transferred from Swedish to what they called the "standard". They brought a plate with a breast of pasta on one side and a plate of rice on the other, there was some meat. I'm not full, your problems, there will be no additives, instead of a bunch of salads, a few pieces of tomato and cucumber and that's it. Sweets were not served at all. In no terrible dream could I have imagined that such a thing was even possible. There is no place to complain. Nobody cares about anything. Well, they couldn't see off the remaining guests in a human way, and then they would close up anyway. You go to the dining room, there are kitchen tables being washed in the aisle, there is dampness all around, soap is spilled, and outside as well as inside. In general, 4 days are fine, and 3 are a complete trash. The owners came, you see everything in the context of this lawlessness. So ladies and gentlemen, not for any rugs. Let's be in solidarity and teach these boors and thieves a lesson. They really stole part of our paid vacation from us.

Отель выбирали по отзывам. Были в середине июня. Даже время тратить на отзыв не хочу. Несколько плюсов, куча минусов. Весь «отдых» перебился тем, что мы с мужем отравились едой в этой антисанитарии и провели 3 дня в номере, тк постоянно приходилось ползти до туалета по разным делам (кстати, я беременна, никакими лекарствами нельзя было лечиться, боялась, что произойдет что-то ужасное)👎🏼

We have just returned from a vacation on 29. 07. 21, 3 people had a family vacation. We chose a hotel for a long time, decided to stay at this hotel because it is new - we did not regret it! The photos in the search engine about the hotel FULLY correspond to reality! the staff is friendly, they will always prompt and help - Gulya helped at the reception, spoke Russian very well and could just tell everything)) the pool is warm, the rooms are cleaned every day, even when you don't ask, the beach is 2 minutes away, the bar is cool, the food is very tasty, everything is always fresh, fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, etc. The beach is equipped. there is a bus stop nearby, on the 1st flight you can safely get to the Alanya fortress, bazaar, clubs) everything was cool! I highly recommend it!

We rested from 08/31.21 to 09/10/21 the rooms are not large but clean.
Upon check-in, the room was dirty, at the request of the employee, they immediately cleaned up. After that, every day we washed the floors, bed linen and towels, and on the 6th day we had to ask for a replacement.
There is no private beach, sun beds are paid $ 4 for 2 pcs per day, the beach is not well maintained, sand + pebbles. There are a lot of stones at the entrance to the sea, it's such a pleasure to go in. It was saved by the fact that there was a pier nearby, you could jump calmly and swim to the buoys.
Excursions are sold on the opposite side of the hotel. There will be more attention: we took diving for two for 60 € , according to the seller: we are provided with insurance, diving for 15-30 meters (for beginners)? Seriously? Let's look at the fish and the sunken ship. As a result: we were brought to the ship, there was a Russian instructor who immediately gave us forms where it was written that they DID NOT BEAR ANY RESPONSIBILITY, THERE WERE NO CLAIMS AGAINST THEM. Confused , then we were told that there would be two dives. The first is five meters long, the second is ten meters long. (this calmed us down) there is also a shooting, they immediately charge 30€ for two people. The photographer paid with you, no, no. The first dive was with the fish, they were fed, took pictures and swam on, the instructor was 1 for two, kept on bringing. And yes, the most important thing is that all the weight is about 25 kg.
The second dive turned out to be much more interesting, the instructor was individually for everyone and dived 10-11 meters, this is enough for the first time, I looked at sea urchins, rocks and shells, of course there was no sunken ship.
Let's go back to the hotel, a taxi ride to the city center, 40 lira, I advise you to immediately change to lira, since they take the course according to the Central Bank.
The food at the hotel is monotonous breakfast Idaho, lunch Idaho, dinner Idaho, noodles and pastries are not yet pasta, chicken and turkey meat are the main thing, beef, fish, soy products were 1 time. Fruits Watermelon, oranges, Apples, plums, etc. The staff of the restaurant and bar are SUPER thanks a lot to the guys. Everything was really cool.
The pool is very small.
Bottom line:

Porridge with milk, in the morning with incomprehensible flakes, half the time it was bland. They forgot to put sugar in. What we didn't eat at lunch, they mix with each other and give us for dinner. Maybe they do the same with lunch. I'm shocked. For example: We didn't eat the corn or drink the milk. We just had it mixed together for dinner and given to eat. Ahah, that's funny. Or they didn't eat the potatoes and some green things (nasty grass), they mixed it up and put it on a ready-made new dish.... Fried chicken too, either burnt or peppery or spicy. The fish was edible once. There's only seasoning everywhere. One kind of seasoning!!!!! Everything has one taste! It's tinny how I want to eat delicious.... To remember something else... Oh, desserts! Two delicious ones! The rest is an incomprehensible wet substance of different colors. It tastes like I don't know what, it looks a little like semolina porridge, only nasty. I love semolina porridge if anything. Tea!!! Tea is just disgusting. They put a tea bag in a teapot. There are no complaints about this. And the water that is in a large samovar or thermos or barrel, call it what you want, they pour from the tap. It stinks of sewage, or sewage. And the tea stinks of you know what. The rooms are cleaned normally. The renovation of the hotel is very good. The sun beds are very comfortable, the slides are cool, the pool is normal. We stopped by Femeli's room on June 17. There was no water for a day. And the bed was broken. We were dynamited for a day. They didn't even give technical water for the toilet. On the second day, they offered to move to a room on the sunny side without air conditioning. The room is above 40 degrees.
