Nice and calm 5* Resort. Well maintained and focused on relaxed and cosy atmosphere for travellers. Good beach, restaurants (albeit only two and the main opened only for breakfast)

A great family-friendly hotel on the shores of Maikhao Beach. Not far from the airport. There are 4 restaurants on site. There is a Russian-speaking employee who can help resolve all issues. You can rent a bike for free and take a ride to the local market. There's not much to take from the market. Only fruits were brought back. There is a bus to the shops every 30 minutes from the hotel. A gorgeous beach and the clearest sea. Deck chairs, towels, water are available. Good room facilities, comfortable pillows. Air conditioning, refrigerator. Everything for a better holiday

The hotel is really great!! ❤️
The territory is large, cozy, pleasant, secluded. Direct access to the clear sea, you can put a sunbed directly on the beach, the sun beds are light, move on the easy. We had breakfast and dinner, a buffet breakfast (also gorgeous), a la carte dinner, if you take it separately in a restaurant (there are two of them), it turns out to be quite expensive. All the staff is just wonderful, really, this is the best team I've met in the last 10 years. The rooms are cleaned daily, even my jewelry was folded neatly, just a miracle bee girls from cleaning.
Everyone at the reception is very responsive, friendly, and the reception itself is open, I rarely meet such a person, it is very cozy.
The territory is quiet and cozy. I recommend a massage, I was only at the spa, I was not on the beach, but you can do both, it will be cheaper on the beach.
We really dream of returning, the most pleasant memories remain, if we are in Phuket, then to them

I am currently staying at the hotel. Everything is fine!! The hotel is located in a secluded location away from crowds and roads. The room is large, with a view of the garden. The room has a large double bed, bedside tables, a sofa, two tables, a good TV (you can download and watch what you want via Wi-Fi via the phone), a refrigerator, a kettle, a safe, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, an umbrella, two wardrobes, a large mirror, a clothes dryer. The bathroom is large. There is a shower and a bathtub, a large mirror, one sink., a toilet. Lots of towels (soft, snow-white). They provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. The bed is soft, 4 pillows, a large blanket, snow-white bedding set. Only bottled non-carbonated water is provided in the room. A mini-bar is available for an additional fee. The territory of the hotel is green and well maintained. There are many sun beds. The towels on the beach are snow-white. They provide drinking water for free. 2 swimming pools (one large with a children's area, and a separate children's pool!)
On the territory of 3 restaurants. One for breakfast, the second in the large pool area is open until 12 at night, you can eat in it at any time. There is also a bar. The third restaurant is open during dinner. You don't have to reserve tables (they cook very tasty). We go to dinner every day, we were satisfied.
I want to thank the hotel employee Katya!!, she told us everything in detail about the restaurant menu and gave us recommendations (it is very nice when there is such an employee to whom you can always contact). Katyusha is kind, positive and responsive❤❤❤!!!

An amazing place, silence, peace, a beautiful ocean, no people, no shops, just you and nature. We had a very good rest in November 2024. We took breakfasts and dinners, quite decently. I was lucky, the card was working at the time of the rest.

We are having a rest in this hotel now! We like everything here! And the hotel room and the territory itself! There is a separate pool for children with a slide and various attractions and sun beds. There is also a children's playroom. For adults, there is a swimming pool where sun beds are covered with snow-white towels for everyone and ice water and lemon are served, and they are distributed as soon as you run out of water. There is a large green lawn with sun beds in front of the beach. Beautiful beach and azure sea! The very territory of the hotel is surrounded by greenery. The feeling that you are on a tropical island among the thickets of the jungle. There is also an artificial lagoon/lake with fish, water lilies and beautiful flowers. A place where you want to return!

We arrived on September 21, 24. I wanted to please myself on Dr. At the time of booking, they kindly warned about the renovation work on the villas. OK, I thought, and my wife and I arrived. The reception area inspired optimism for the Luhari format, and while waiting for the room, we were allowed to walk around the hotel. It turned out that 2/3 of the hotel is under renovation. The buzzing of the drill mixed with tapping and so on from 9-17:00 (so they warned). Ok, we went to the pool by the sea, and it is about 10-5m in size. Those for the entire huge hotel are an insignificant space. Okay, let's go to the sea, and the parish is fenced with tape (do not pass). We look at the beach, and there everything is in the trash (as if a garbage truck turned over) see the photo.
After everything we saw and heard, we returned to the representatives of the hotel for explanations ... to which we heard that you were warned about the noise, and the beach is cleaned every day at 6:00 (I can't believe it).
We decided to stay for a day instead of the planned week. But they immediately recalculated the price and another penalty day for cancellation. A total of 14600bat (about 450d). We went to our booking for booking and canceled at the price indicated there (6400bat). And they moved to another hotel in upset feelings.
Yes, you can say that it is not the season and that the noise was warned in a reply letter, but the holiday was spoiled. And a hotel of such a global network can maintain the life and decoration of the hotel in a more appropriate quality. And even more so, try to make extra money in the situation described above.

The hotel is very nice, everything is well maintained, excellent service, excellent breakfast, there are two restaurants and a coffee shop on the territory, very expensive.
The hotel is as secluded as possible, right on the beach, but there is nothing around, no city, no village, no markets, no shops, only other hotels along the beach and the forest. Hotel in the middle of nowhere.
Once an hour, a chaise (shuttle) goes to the nearest shopping center.
It has a gift shop, two creepy-looking resticks, an exchange, a massage parlor and a store with jackets 🤷♀️
If you walk 100 meters along the side of the road from it, there will be a second shopping center more lively, there is a Sevenleven, a pizzeria, a Korean rest, a Thai, a Mexican sports bar and a noodle shop.
We've been almost everywhere, everything is tasteless : (and almost losing hope, we went to the Thai Basil rest, it's delicious and not expensive, but the soup does not reach my favorite )

Beautiful hotel, magical nature, beach. The breakfasts are just wow, everything is there, the restaurants on site are also beyond praise, there is also a starbucks on site. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is tired of the hustle and bustle, wants to relax in complete relaxation. There is practically nothing nearby, if you want entertainment and cheap food, then you need to take a taxi.

Amazingly white and soft beach towels and helpful, caring staff ready to help you get settled for relaxing/sunbathing in the place you like. The delightful Ekaterina (Katya), who will answer any question, will arrange the best place (table) for dinner in the hotel restaurant and recommend dishes that will please you! I recommend staying at this hotel.

I liked that there is no stupid animation, a quiet place. The territory is green, there are ponds with fish and monitor lizards. Lots of birds, squirrels. There is clean sand on the shore, they clean up the garbage that the sea brings. The rooms are spacious, daily cleaning.

I have vacationed in many countries and in many
expensive hotels. This hotel matches its price. It has a good design, made with taste and individual style, there is a polite staff, there is a good repair, the location is on the first line by the beach. The only thing I can't figure out is how such a good hotel organized such terrible service in the restaurant on the ground floor of the "Sand Box". Every time we went there for lunch or dinner, the staff managed to mess up. Not the kitchen (the kitchen is fine, as is the quality of the food), but the staff and it is in the Sand Box. Ask for a glass of water, they'll forget, ask for the bill, they'll be dumb for 15 minutes. Extremely disappointed. In this regard, 4*.

Great hotel. A wonderful beach for social phobes, just for me. Probably even perfect)
The rooms are spacious. They are cleaned every day. It seemed to me that even the linen is changed every day.
The only disadvantage, with full board, is that it is better to book a table on the second floor of a Thai restaurant for the evening. One of the rest days we could not have dinner at a convenient time for us, we were fed after an hour and a half.

Cozy territory, lots of greenery, a lagoon near the breakfast restaurant. A wonderful breakfast, lots of fruits, juices, smoothies. The staff is very friendly, cheerful and responds quickly to requests.
The rooms are clean, the linen is fresh.
Of the minuses - for some reason there are 3 towels per person in the room, including a very small one for hands. But on request, they brought more very quickly.

The Renaissance is not the same anymore! I was there about 8 years ago. Heaven and earth! Now the hotel is already old and in need of renovation . Rust, the smell of mold in some places, non-working plumbing. The kids' club is just crazy! They expressed their indignation about the broken toys and taped ones, to which the manager replied that they had not changed since the opening. There was a stone in the fried noodles, and a rusty iron pin of 20 cm was found in the sand on the beach. Very slippery tiles (smooth) in the bathroom (shower), be careful. The hotel is outdated. Of the advantages, only the beautiful vegetation on the territory and the average breakfasts ( from crumpled pans, which, apparently, like toys, have not changed since the opening. The beach of Maikhao is beautiful, but it is almost always with a wave.

Vacationing together at the end of April, Villa 509 with sea view. A quiet, secluded vacation. Everything is wonderful, the territory, the beach, cleaning, food, polite staff, free bicycles for the whole day. We were pleasantly surprised by the board games in the room.
Thank you Pablo for the warm welcome. He advised us to rent a good car - an ogapde car phuket (enter into Google, we booked directly on the Internet), took a Mercedes, everything was fine.
