We visited the renaissance spa in the aqua zone (swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, tea) — everything is neat, the pool is comfortable in size, it's nice to splash around in the sauna and drink after herbal tea. We had a great active time. After that, massage and tea ceremony. I really liked how the whole body was stretched, without any super painful sensations, as often happens with other massages. There was also a head and face massage, which was a great relaxation at the end of the procedure. Having a shower after a massage is very convenient and it is a base that most massage parlors confidently neglect. This is taken care of here. After a shower, wrapped in fluffy bathrobes, we drank tea with dried fruits in a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, we had a great rest, relaxed, and in some ways even rebooted. The staff is friendly but unobtrusive, which is also important. I recommend you to visit.

This is not the first time we have visited the spa. Great location and nice staff. A significant plus is that the aquazone is very warm and there is also warm water in the pool itself. Excellent SPA. We visited with a girl and were satisfied, first of all, with the service, polite, punctual, and beautiful.

We had a rest together on the Love story program.
I liked everything very much. An excellent Balinese ritual included a full-body and facial massage followed by a tea party. Everything is very comfortable and pleasant.
Then there are unlimited aqua zones, warm water, 2 dry saunas, a Jacuzzi and hot herbal tea.
Soft deck chairs
I would also like to have a boor.
Fluffy robes added a pleasant feeling.
We will definitely come back.

I really like this hotel. We stopped a second time, and again the service is excellent. The room is large, spacious, and well equipped. There are bathrobes, slippers, a kettle and everything for a tea party. Bottled water. The hotel has a SPA. We didn't use it, but we met quite a lot of people in dressing gowns. A very good breakfast. The hotel is close to the center. I highly recommend it.

We were at a spa program for two the other day, we really enjoyed it! For the first time in a long time, we relaxed so well and enjoyed the massage. It is also worth noting the rather comfortable spa area (swimming pool, hydro massage). The only nuance that was confusing at the entrance (by the way, this was our first time here and, accordingly, we are not familiar with this place) so this is the face of a girl running around with a phone in her hands, essentially talking to her mother and quite immodestly examining us in parallel from head to toe. Such a look makes you feel awkward, as if we came to visit her without warning. 😂
I work in the service sector myself and I can subtly feel and feel such views from a mile away) Therefore, it would be worthwhile to work with the face of the institution that directly hosts guests.😏

The first disappointment of the new year. We wanted to have a nice time with my wife in a beautiful and unsociable place, but we couldn't do it. The price for time at the SPA is quite high in Minsk. In the hope of getting quality service, you will end up with a dusty and tired SPA. We got the impression that they just don't do the cleaning there, or the hotel administration believes that this is the kind of service that hotel guests deserve. Perhaps the pride of the administration or the cleaning staff does not allow them to bend down and wipe the dust under the sun beds. Perhaps they just don't know that it is dirt and dust that guests see when swimming in the pool or while in the Jacuzzi. During the entire stay at the establishment, not a single SPA employee bothered to collect water on the tile near the Jacuzzi. Only once, an employee of the massage room removed the water near the door of his office. But it's probably easier to put up a "Slippery floor" sign than to remove the water. Saunas deserve special attention. Can't the hotel afford to replace the rotten boards in the shelves? At the joints of the shelf, where the peeling of the wood began, you can get injured in the form of splinters. As a person, I understand that peeling occurs due to high humidity, but hotel and SPA guests are primarily your "guests" and should not understand the difficulties of the hotel. I also happened to look at the hood grate next to the thermos flasks of tea. Is there really no simple vacuum cleaner with a telescopic tube in the hotel to remove the dust.
I hope that my review will be taken into account by the administration and the banal shortcomings will be eliminated later.

I won't forget the bed, I would lie on it and not get up. The hotel is good, the rooms are not very new anymore, but you can see that something has been renovated. In general, everything is clean, cozy, everything is working. We had a nice bar in our room, free and paid. We traveled with a large group of girls, recorded several numbers. My friends said that not everyone had such a bar set, I don't know what it depends on. There are disposable kits in the bathroom, except for a toothbrush, which can be taken at the reception. A wonderful place!! I was there with my family and my baby. It was clean, cozy, there were few people, the pool was warm. Massage was a separate kind of pleasure! My husband and I were delighted with the masters! I was relieved of the tightness in my back, which I have been suffering from for a very long time, the massage master felt everything very clearly and eased these unpleasant sensations for me. And also my mother was with us, who was at the spa for the first time and she was also completely delighted! Thanks to the receptionists at the reception, we were there for the first time, they showed us everything, gave us everything we needed (bathrobe, towels). I got a gift certificate (SPA + massage). This is the first time in such places, so there is nothing to compare it with.
The aquazone is compact, it has everything you need: 2 saunas, a 20-25 meter swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and many sun beds.
The massage (not therapeutic) was pleasant, and after it we were treated to tea.
In general, I liked everything, but if you are looking for something directly specializing in spa, you should not go here and not for such a price.

We lived as a family from January 3 to January 6. I liked everything very much. The spa is excellent, everything is clean, the water is good, there is no smell of bleach.
The breakfasts are very good, red fish is served!
There's not much dinner on the 11th floor in the club lounge... the staff is less friendly.
Overall, a great hotel, I definitely recommend it!

A ruined birthday or how my husband and I visited the "love story" spa program . The massage was just about nothing, stroking for an hour. Then we took a shower in a hurry, because it was time for the next customers and we were constantly getting knocks on the door. Next, a tea party in some kind of corridor, where other people go for a massage. We also had a visit to the aqua zone, but when we went there, we did not find a single free sunbed, or indeed any place to somehow settle down. And people were still walking and walking behind us. The mood was completely ruined and we just left. The receptionist came up at the exit, clarified everything, and when she saw how much I was upset, she tried to make it up to me. I presented a certificate for visiting the aquazone on another day.
These two points are only for the girl administrator. Overall, the impressions are terrible.
