Terrible service. Sleek boys with pasted smiles. They never know anything and cannot clearly and unambiguously answer the question. Including giving advice on the car. It was serviced a couple of times under warranty - the parts are never available.
Normal service. However, prices, as in all service centers, are overpriced. But no one here will tell you what they didn't even change or do. All work is coordinated with the client. If you can't, don't pay.
The staff is like everywhere else, there are literate and polite, and there are mediocre ones who just came to work a shift, but you can buy a car ...., for some reason only for cash, and this was very surprising in our electronic age....

We bought a Renault premium. The sellers modestly did not mention
that the program installed by Renault in the Republic of Belarus does not work. The price is also more expensive than in the world. We will file a lawsuit. That is, this is not a premium car, but an ordinary car
The sellers are well done, the repairmen... they are there, but 8 days to replace the nozzle of the MO guarantee is beyond good and evil... I raised my rating because the car is driving...
Renault knows how to make cars, but the service from the Belarusian dealer suffers so much that only one star.
It's fashionable to take a car, but you need an eye for the service.
Future owners are groomed and cherished! And the service is lame, the "masters" confuse the configuration (because they call the wrong prices), the issuance of Cars is delayed. The repair area is not visible (at least something is visible on Svislochskaya), there is no warehouse for s/h really, only for Dacia cars (Logan, Sandero, Duster), but not for Renault models.
Terrible cars and terrible service. The biggest mistake is buying a car from them. A business car is in service for 2-3 months a year. Some losses. The doors, the hood, the trunk lid, the hood plate, the arches have rotted. Now the roof has started to rot!!! Not cars, but scrap! Cans don't rust like these Renos.
We have to wait until the car is accepted into service, the speed of work of all employees leaves much to be desired.

The service is disgusting.
The service is better in the most remote garage.
Suspension diagnostics lasting 3 hours raises a lot of questions. The footman who took the car needs to be caught all over the car center. Certain malfunctions do not correspond to reality.
They scratched the trunk lid and put the car closer to the fence, so that it would not be visible.
I do not recommend it.
