The hotel is located near the city center. A large seven-storey building. There is a spa and sauna on the 1st floor. On the top floor there is a veranda with a view of the city.
The room is large with 2 single beds, a large work area with sockets. There is 1 upholstered chair and an armchair.
I had a view from the window overlooking the mountains, in the morning, it is very nice to see.
There is a kettle and 2 types of tea - black and green, as well as 2 0.5 bottles of water every day.
There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. There is an air conditioner and shampoo, as well as a dental kit and a hairdryer. The towels are large and comfortable.
In the hallway there is a large wardrobe with slippers and a mini safe.
I was very pleased with the buffet breakfast with a lot of local sweets, as well as fruits. 2 types of porridge, meat and cheese cuts, stewed and fried vegetables, as well as various pickled vegetables.
Overall a great place.

I liked the hotel. Yes, the rooms are small, but everything was clean and cozy.
The linen is clean, the furniture is in good condition. In the room: refrigerator, 2 bottles of water without gas, tea, cups, glasses, bottle opener. There are also bathrobes and slippers. In the bathroom: shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and paste, comb. Towels with the hotel's logo.
The prices in the restaurant are reasonable. The food is acceptable. Alcohol, of course, is heavily marketed.
The only disadvantage is that there is no convenient access to the hotel. In fact, just along the road.
In short, I recommend it.

I really liked this hotel. The staff is polite and always ready to help. My room was spacious, clean, and cleaned every day. A varied breakfast, I liked the porridge, very tasty. A wonderful hotel, located in a quiet, green place with a magnificent view of the mountains. There is a road nearby, but it is not particularly busy, even with the windows open it is quite comfortable to sleep, noise does not interfere. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to help. The cleaning is good, the breakfasts are for 5+. Important for parents of kids: there is a high chair and delicious porridge, And what a view from the window here!

I am currently staying at this hotel, staying here for two weeks. I would like to note the attention and tact of the staff, all employees are great fellows. They relate to a 5* guest. The breakfast menu is very extensive, there is a balanced diet to choose from, you will definitely not leave breakfast hungry. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful and quiet place with mountain views. There is a balcony and a private terrace with a beautiful view. The hotel is very clean, everything is functioning, the beds/towels are clean, a pleasant floor covering (carpet) will provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay here. The rooms are warm, there are ironing boards on each floor (very convenient). There is also a spa (an excellent hammam) and a gym (for morning exercises and fitness support, that's the thing). In general, my rating is a confident 5+.

I stayed at this hotel for a week during a business trip. A decent hotel in its price category with a cozy room. Great location. The hotel is located in the upper part of the city. The room has everything you need + slippers, bathrobe. Tea, sugar and water are put in every day after cleaning.
Breakfast is included and in my opinion it is excellent - I really liked it. various.
If you're lucky, but there are rooms with mountain views.

The staff is friendly. Kitchen, cleaning, reception - everything is fine. The biggest drawback is the poor sound insulation in the hotel - the street is audible , the sewer drain is audible. Very uncomfortable rooms next to the elevator : oversized people may have difficulty moving around the room. Bad Internet : constantly crashes and slow . And I was also surprised by the presence of Drunken guests already at breakfast . The location is good: there is a shop nearby. Taxis are not expensive and it takes 15-30 minutes to get to all the iconic places. The price is high, taking into account the noted non-amenities .

We were delighted! Very convenient location to all the sights of the city. Cleanliness, laconic design of the rooms, friendly staff at the reception! Free, delicious and hearty Swedish breakfasts. The room has a refrigerator, a kettle with service, shampoo, body gel, a set for brushing teeth. Everything is disposable and updated every day, cleaning and changing towels every day too. We will definitely come here again!!!

Good day! For more than 3 years, we have been staying at this hotel on every trip to Alma - Ata. I like everything : - friendly staff, good breakfasts, cleanliness in the rooms, towels are cleaned and changed every day, there is an electric kettle in each room and everything for tea. There is also a wonderful sauna and hammam, which is especially valuable for me! And also a super view from the room window of my favorite mountains!

It's cold, you need to wait 5-10 minutes for hot water in the shower. Literally 5-10 minutes. The restaurant is 3+, the room is tired, they give shampoo and gel in the shower, they don't give air conditioning. There are very dangerous structures on the balconies, I got hit on the forehead by one of them. They clean well, the mattress is comfortable. The plumbing is all tired, the sink faucet is in free motion. The TVs are not working.

A good option for business trips to Almaty. A small hotel, a quiet street. Breakfast is a solid four (not great, because it's a little monotonous - I got tired of it in a week). The kitchen is open around the clock, which is important at a late check-in, when you no longer have the strength to run around the city in search of dinner.
Not enough: there are not enough horizontal surfaces in the bathroom to place cosmetics - near the sink and in the shower.
