Wifi works very poorly. Details such as chairs, sockets, they need to be repaired, it is better to fix them before arrival in order to avoid problems.
At prices, for example, those hotels that are cheaper in the city center, but for Kazakhstan it is still expensive. The staff and service are of a good standard. One of those good hotels near the airport, especially if you are connecting to Almaty.
The most stressful thing is the contrast shower in the morning, which you do not control. Plumbing in need of repair. I repaired the toilet drain myself. Modest breakfasts. The indifferent staff at the reception. They sleep at an early check-in. Irons, it's just a topic for the talk show "How to hammer a nail into an anvil." The socket on the board does not work. I would have fixed it, but I couldn't unscrew the screws with a knife. But there was no instrument. Take it easy.
A good mini-hotel, a good breakfast, warm, cozy, a working shower and sauna, clean ironed linen, responsive staff, the location is not fancy enough, not far from the airport
The rooms are nice and large. The service is also not up to standard. There are the nicest people at the reception, but the food leaves much to be desired, so ****
The shower pours every other time. The towels are old. The Wi-Fi doesn't work at all. The breakfasts are terrible. Some staff offer hot meals for breakfast (scrambled eggs or omelette), and some sit on the phone and show with all their appearance that they don't care....The price tag has become a horse. The price for the Standard room is 29 thousand tenge.
A good and inexpensive hotel. Not far from the airport and from the railway station of Almaty_1.
Clear. Good staff.
We didn't get to breakfast, we overslept)
Everything is fine. The dollar exchange rate is unchangeable, and inflation somehow acted, in an incomprehensible way it doubled in 1-2 years. THE FRIGHTENING PRICES OF THE HOTELS ARE HUGE and so clean, tidy, quiet. The staff is polite and friendly.
The rooms are normal and clean, but it's expensive 32 thousand for two people, and breakfast is a credit!

A one-night hotel. We were in December, we had room 222, it was cold. The windows are large and let in cold air. The breakfast is good, there are fruits, porridge pies, and scrambled eggs. The room has bathrobes and slippers.
A good hotel, some rooms need to be repaired and replaced with worn-out chairs, small windows 1/5 of the entire wall, meager breakfasts, an annoying lock alarm that can be heard even at night through a door that is installed with a huge gap.
Nice sauna and hammam.
I like. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The price includes a sauna. There is a wide choice for breakfast. There is a restaurant. The prices are normal. If you don't like it, there's a Magnum supermarket nearby.
Clean, cozy and quiet. A buffet breakfast is served. Half an hour from the airport without traffic jams. The staff is polite, there is a gym and a SPA (if I'm not mistaken). But I didn't use it
The special feature of this hotel is the high quality of staff service, pleasant and responsive administrators. 👍

A great place, I regretted that I had not discovered this hotel earlier when I was in Almaty. The rooms are clean, the breakfasts are good, the sauna complex included in the price is just a great solution!
Tired rooms, scratched furniture, stains on the walls. The towels are thin and old, no longer white. There are few tables at breakfast, guests from different rooms have to sit at the same table.
The staff is pleasant and hospitable.
It totally sucks. I rented a suite. It feels like I was sleeping on the floor. The bedding is ancient. The mattress is hard. Pillows for change were probably taken at the market. The only thing I liked was the delicious cuisine.
