The impression was greatly spoiled by the fact that the manager was trying to sell additional services, insurance and car wash in such a way that there would be very bad consequences if this was not done. I wanted to get up and go to another car rental. Then it was also uncomfortable to drive, because the manager's words did not come out that he would have to restore everything on his own and very often there are accidents and the car must be washed and licked otherwise a fine. They usually get to know everything briefly and give you a car with a smile. Thank God everything worked out for us, but I won't come here with such problems anymore.

In April, we came to Gagra with a friend to relax for a week. We were not very lucky with the weather and the car has remarkably expanded our horizons of traveling around the country.
I took care of the rental in advance - I booked a budget Fit for 6 days, communicated via Whatsapp. They explained everything to me, told me, sent me docks and cheat sheets.
Getting a car was no problem, as the hotel turned out to be very close to the parking lot. 30 minutes - and we are already rushing towards adventures!
I want to note that after reading various forums, I expected trash and horror, inadequate riders and complete chaos on the roads of Abkhazia. but! It wasn't like that at all! I declare responsibly - those who have been baptized by the roads of Novosibirsk will feel like a fish in water on the roads of Abkhazia and admire the politeness of local drivers))
After 3 days, our Fit got a little sad. I called tech support and literally in 15 minutes they rushed to us, helped us get to the parking lot and gave us a replacement car. Moreover, the Fit was changed to a Honda Stream without additional charges and even a car wash as a gift! For which we are very grateful to the guys - we traveled the second half of our vacation with great comfort.
As a result, we drove 1000 km across Abkhazia - my best vacation in the last few years!

I took a fit for 3 days, I was afraid of everything before I rented a car: local drivers, traffic cops, bad roads. As a result, I regret that I did not extend the lease on time and had to hand over the car (at the time when I wanted to extend, all cars were booked). The roads are excellent, the drivers are mutually polite, the traffic cops are just there. We went for a ride with my mother to different places, stayed where we wanted. We handed over the car in 5 minutes, no problems. Excellent service!

I took a Honda Fit for 2 days at the end of April 2024 in Gagra. Everything is honest, as much as they said at first, so much I paid in the end. We drove 405 km, the car is in good technical condition, consumption is 6 liters / 100 km. My son's bike got into the trunk without any problems, and we were given a child car seat for free at the office. I almost got used to the right steering wheel at the end of the second day of the lease. The only weak point of the car is acceleration from 60 km/ h. This is required when overtaking, but the car accelerates sooo slowly.
The staff was correct, there was no waiting time at all, they responded very promptly to Whatsapp during working hours.
There is one subtle point that does not relate to the car rental service - these are Abkhazian traffic cops. As far as I understand, they are trying to raise money for all drivers from Russia, even if you do not violate anything. They have such a negative hospitality that they no longer make you want to drive in Abkhazia.

The next morning, the car was already taken away. They were issued quickly, the contract was already ready. We took out insurance just in case - 2600. Additionally paid for the car wash - only 400 rubles. We rode for two days: Gagra-Afon-Garga, Gagra-Sukhum-Gagra, we spent half a tank of gasoline! The car was returned in 5 minutes.
