We liked it, we took a right-hand drive Lexus. The condition is good, everything is fast and without problems. They do not ask for a deposit, which was somewhat surprised, but pleasantly pleased. The guys are always in touch . The only thing we used to give and take the car with a full tank, but it's different here: how much you took, so much and return, we had a little less than half a tank, it was not very convenient to calculate how much to fill up before giving it away. And you also need to return the car after washing the body and interior, or pay 1000. We washed and vacuumed ourselves at the self-service car wash.

Despite the fact that the rental looks "purely Abkhazian", namely: fence, parking, cabin, I would like to say that we were very satisfied with the service!
For those who plan to use it, I will tell you a little more:
1. Very attentive, polite and friendly staff. The whole process is well-established, guys with good humor.
2. IMPORTANT!!! Cars are only "right-handed"!
It wasn't a problem for me, but it might be difficult for someone to get used to it.
3. The car park, although not new, but the cars are well maintained and technically in quite decent condition.
4. When receiving a car, be extremely careful: the specifics of the ride are such that it is very difficult to avoid minor damage (the employees themselves warn about this), so it's better not to be lazy and take a detailed video review so that you don't have any complaints later.
5. It is better to return the car with a full tank in order to avoid unnecessary costs (for an unfilled car, a fine of 1000 rubles + the cost of fuel). But it's easier to wash the car at the rental - and the price is adequate, and you will save time.
And most importantly!..
Contrary to warnings, if you are an experienced driver, I recommend, after getting used to it a little, not to drive "like a tourist", but along with the flow. Otherwise, you will constantly be beeped from behind, blink your headlights and overtake so close that sometimes mirrors catch on.
Moreover, the license plates on the cars are local, and traffic police officers are completely indifferent to them.
In general, I recommend a rental, but be extremely careful and careful on the road!

I booked a Chevrolet Camaro, but upon arrival I did not understand with the girl before my friend (she wanted a convertible) but the girls helped us without problems and pretensions and transferred the reservation to the cab for a free day. Everything was explained and told at the briefing. We went for a ride to Dovol. To the ritz in the mountains, only by convertible. This is fat, no buses, jeeps, etc. High and pleasure. We handed over the car without problems, drove carefully without jambs, but the 4.3 engine. Dear mom, after 1.4😅, one day is not enough for ritsa and other locations. The registration took about 20 minutes, but it's better to book, because the time of distribution and reception is scheduled, I was just lucky, because it's not the season yet. In the office, during the issuance and acceptance, everything was as comfortable as possible and without hassle. The workers talked over everything and told incomprehensible moments. The rental office immediately warned me to be careful on the roads. After a short trip, I realized what they were talking about... driving culture, compliance with traffic rules, is an empty word for local drivers... The car had local license plates and the traffic police never stopped. The lease came out with the purchase of insurance, the lease itself, refueling a full tank in the region of 15 thousand. Maybe less, I don't remember exactly anymore. You can pay for the car wash from the guys on the spot when returning the car, which is very convenient.
