In general, the hotel is good. It is located in the center of Echmiadzin, next to the Catalysis. Good breakfasts, friendly staff. There is no language barrier. The room has everything you need (except a safe). Cleaning every day, changing towels. Among the disadvantages, poor noise insulation, audibility, what is happening in the neighboring rooms. The room sizes are different, there are very small ones (312, 415) that you can't turn around.
The rooms are equipped for everyone! From ear sticks to dressing gowns. There is a kettle and mugs in the room. Breakfast is included. The hotel has a swimming pool! Everything is clean and pleasant to be in. The view from the window is great, especially in the evening. The temple is visible. There are all necessary shops, banks, cafes nearby. The staff is very polite. Thanks!
Unfortunately, we found ourselves here at the mercy of the airline whose flight was delayed.
It was the worst decision.
The rooms are falling apart.
The food is like in a school cafeteria.
If it costs like a hostel, then it may make sense to put 4 stars, but it was better to sleep on the floor at the airport.
A cozy, clean hotel. Friendly staff. The room is neat and perfectly clean. We enjoyed our rest after a hard flight. They are fed twice a day for lunch and dinner, very tasty and satisfying. Only good impressions and mood remained after a rest at the Richmind Hotel!!!
The hotel is good. Of course, it's a little worn, but not critical. The beds are normal with mattresses. The bed linen is fresh and not tired. The staff is amazing.
One of the advantages is the location.
We got to the hotel by accident due to a flight delay during the transfer, flyone hello
We expected the worst hotel from the airline, but in fact it turned out to be better than expected. On the whole, we are satisfied.
I recommend it!
10 out of 10. Clean, cozy. The staff is friendly, I liked the breakfast. The view from the window is amazing, right on Echmiadzin. Very convenient location, in the very center, everything is nearby. In the bathroom there were sets with a zebra brush and
paste, a comb, slippers, a disposable shaving machine, cotton pads and chopsticks, very cute. I recommend
The rooms are clean, not smoky, the beds and bedding are even very decent. The repairs were not done very carefully, but if you do not look at it, then everything is normal. Plumbing problems, the room was changed due to the fact that the shower switch did not work. In another room, the faucet switch did not work. The administrators were told about the problem about six times, but there was zero reaction. Understood, we will send a master, we will fix it and silence. Once upon a time in Soviet times, this building was a post office. There is a kitchen, you can cook by yourself, there is a laundry and ironing room, there is a restaurant where you can order breakfast, lunch, dinner on request. The sound insulation leaves much to be desired.
A convenient hotel for transit flights.
Close to the airport.
In addition, it is located in a historical place that is interesting in itself.
Nearby is the religious and cultural complex Echmiadzin with the residence of the Catholicos and the church of St. Gayane. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.
The hotel staff is very friendly.
The disadvantages are poor sound insulation and no restaurant.
A good hotel, clean linen, hearty varied breakfasts, inexpensive delicious lunches, courteous staff.
The disadvantages are the thin walls in the rooms, you can hear perfectly well what is being done in the next room and in the corridor.
A slightly shabby hotel in the center of Etchmiadzin, everything seems to be there, but aging is felt. It is very convenient for those who want to see the Echmiadzin Cathedral and the Gayane Church, we stopped by at 8 pm in early November, and left for the airport at 8 am, so in the morning we managed to look at it in daylight.
Not a bad hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast in the restaurant is quite monotonous, but there is a choice.
Everything is clean, neat, water, detergents are added as they are consumed. One problem I have is the composition that is used to wash the carpet. The smell is not to fall down.
They wash it regularly, it seems to me that the carpet does not have time to dry out.
A good hotel. Polite and helpful staff, clean and cozy rooms. A good sufficient breakfast, there is a small selection.
It was quiet, but the hotel was sparsely populated.
A good hotel for your money. I got a room for two, even though I was alone. There were all the necessary amenities inside.
They cleaned my place only when I hung a tag on the door so that they would clean it (I am completely satisfied with this). Overall, the hotel is very clean.
The staff are very polite, they speak Russian well. Questions are answered willingly. I was told how to get to Yerevan by public transport.
The hotel is also conveniently located in the very center of the city, opposite the Echmiadzin Cathedral.
The sound insulation in the room is good, nothing prevented me from sleeping.
A pretty good breakfast (buffet). The rooms are clean, the linen is fresh.
The repair is cheap, but as an option for STAYING the NIGHT it is quite suitable.
Unfortunately, the hotel completely failed to meet expectations. The room has the smell of an old building, cobwebs on the curtains, the toilet was obviously not washed before my arrival - there were greasy spots on the surface of the water and a rim of dirt at the water level. This is the first time I've encountered this. But the most terrible thing is audibility. With the windows closed, it felt like they were wide open, and the hotel was located by the road. I only needed to spend 1 night, but I barely managed to sleep. It was a late check-in, and at three o'clock in the morning I heard a noise in the next room, and the man was just walking, moving something and talking in a normal tone, but it felt like he was in my room. In the morning, I could hear music from the store, which was under the windows... It's a pity that I booked in a hurry and did not read the reviews, but they are almost all the same as mine.

A good hotel. Considering the price/The quality of the hotel is excellent. Double rooms are about 2400 per room. Everything is clean. The furniture is quite new, the mattresses, pillows are all pure white. Breakfast is normal, the cons are cotton sausages. Dinners and lunches in the hotel restaurant are really delicious, huge (first course, salad, main course, bread basket and drink for 520 rubles). One of the disadvantages is the road under the windows of the hotel.
We rented hotels in Yerevan. At this level, they are three times more expensive. By the way, there is something nearby to see.
Great hotel. Clean, quiet. Close to the airport. There are ancient Armenian monuments nearby. The room is simple but cozy, there is drinking water, tea, coffee.

The rooms are large, there is a tea table, cosmetics and slippers. What's wrong: 1) the hotel is a bit old (although the location is gorgeous); 2) the child is stuck in the elevator (the elevator is old and does not distinguish between a load of 40kg, so it just turned off and did not respond to pressing buttons inside the cabin. Imagine an 11-year-old child in a cabin with the lights off, in complete darkness, who calls you and shouts that he does not want to die); 3) there is simply no sound insulation. A dad with 2 children stopped by in the next room, any of their screams seemed to be 2 meters away from you; in general, if they invest in the reconstruction, it will be a great place
I had to spend the night at the hotel because the flight was delayed for almost a day.
Everything is old and cheap. The dining room is generally terrible, 3 dishes with no choice.
But the most unpleasant thing is the lack of air conditioning in the lobby and dining room, in the heat it is unbearable.
The location of the hotel is convenient, there are several cafes nearby where you can eat.
Friendly staff, convenient location. The food is modest, but you will not stay hungry.

Pros:
- cheap (but angry)
- in the center of Echmiadzin
Minuses:
- the audibility is like cardboard walls. I heard everything that was going on at the neighbors'. earplugs help only partially
- if the windows are facing the street, then the noise of cars interferes (they also honk at each other on the circle) and the bright illumination of the building shines through the windows. If it's in the yard, the sun is hot. the curtains cover the window very poorly, for a maximum of 2/3
- the bathrooms stink of bleach everywhere
- breakfast is very dull
- the single room is very small, the conde is directed directly at the bed
- WiFi is malfunctioning
The story of my stay: I booked a room for a week, but for the reasons described above, I decided to move out after one night. There was a question about a refund. Booking support has essentially merged. The hotel did not refund my payment in full, in fact, they withheld a fine for the fact that I had to leave this place

We were sent to this hotel during the delay of the plane due to the fault of the airline red Wings. It's a quiet horror - the hotel is literally falling apart. The walls are "cardboard" - you can hear everything the neighbors are doing. The restaurant is disgusting - the food is not edible. The rooms were stuffy, the bed linen was wet.
I highly recommend it
