The perfect hotel and location. The whole staff is polite! Delicious cuisine! A great spa area, I especially recommend a facial massage - the best I've tried.
Well-maintained large and beautiful territory. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Evening room service with chocolates and nice postcards.
We took a tour at the hotel - perfect timing, relaxed, and interesting.
I recommend it 100%.

## Rixos Borovoe
I spent a wonderful weekend at the Rixos Borovoe Hotel and I want to share my impressions.
Positive:
* Location: The hotel is located right on the shore of the lake, with stunning views of the water and the pine forest. It is an ideal place for relaxing and walking in the fresh air.
* Room: My room was spacious, bright and comfortable. It had a large bed, a modern bathroom and a balcony overlooking the lake.
* Meals: The buffet in the restaurant was varied and delicious. The menu featured many dishes from different cuisines of the world, including fresh seafood, vegetables and fruits.
* Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to help and do everything possible to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
* Infrastructure: The hotel has a variety of activities, including a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, fitness center, tennis courts and a kids club.
Minuses:
* Prices: The prices at the hotel are quite high, especially for some additional services.
* Noise: Sometimes there was noise from the street and from neighboring rooms, especially on weekends.
Generally:
Rixos Borovoe is an excellent choice for those who are looking for a luxurious vacation in nature. The hotel offers comfortable rooms, varied meals, excellent service and plenty of entertainment.

We visited the Crimean baths with friends under the Team Building program. I liked everything very much, the program is rich: steaming, salt correction, contrast pouring, visiting the Scythian bathhouse with swimming in the lake. Special thanks to the team: Denis, Alexandra and Mikhail, for giving their best during the procedures, explaining everything clearly and telling interesting stories. Our friends and I were delighted and now we have plans to visit other programs of the Crimean baths.

We stayed at the hotel from July 1st to 9th. My children took tennis lessons from Milan's instructor every day, she is a cool professional, a sincere teacher with a great sense of humor, charges with her positivity. I fell in love with the younger one in tennis, we decided to continue))

The hotel is located in an incredibly beautiful location, includes a large territory, the coast and even a casino. A visit to the SPA is also nice (for some reason, the hammam does not always work in it). There is a jogging or bicycle path from the hotel, along the lake shore in the forest. At the other end of this path there is a training center where you can take the IELTS exam (it's a pity that I didn't know about this in advance)

The rooms are spacious. The furniture is a little tired, but still decent. The most incredible SPA area: swimming pool, Russian sauna, Finnish sauna, steam room, hammam. A sitting area with sofas and curtains. There is free water with a lemon on the bar. A huge, incredibly beautiful and well-maintained territory. Walking paths. A terrace for watching the sunset with benches. Yoga terrace. There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities - bicycle rental, catamaran and boat rentals, tennis court, etc.

Well, Rixos is certainly difficult to comment on. This global network corresponds to the stated positions. This is excellent for Kazakhstan! Super cool place! A chic hotel with a wonderful assortment of breakfast dishes and if full board, then there is always an excellent selection of hot dishes and salads. The service is good, the territory is well maintained. There is a babysitting service for a child. In summer, a cool choice of leisure. We were in different 5* hotels, but Rixos Borovoe maintains a high level.

A beautiful and well-maintained park with good landscaping, an excellent swimming pool and baths! Beaches, gazebos, sports equipment, games for children - for every taste. And the restaurants "Chalet" and "Silk Road" are the places where the masters of their craft work! In the Chalet, even during a large number of visitors, all the waiters have time to pay attention to everything and satisfy all requests quickly and professionally. In the Silk Road restaurant, a waiter named Alibi is beyond praise! Attentive, courteous, perfectly communicates and at the same time unobtrusive - this is a rare combination of qualities. The food is delicious, the nature is awesome (we were in the golden autumn), there is something to do, the pool pleased both children and adults, clean and cozy, who needs a sauna-spa-hammam and other baths. There is a children's room, karaoke, a lounge in a cozy atmosphere, workshops, fishing on the street, bicycles, catamarans and boats, gazebos, a beach, kebabs and Crimean baths..
You can live for a week and there will always be something interesting)

Definitely need to go. The hotel is a solid five. Clean air, lake, tennis… A great option for family or sports holidays. There are bike paths in the forests around the lake. If you get completely bored, across the lake there is an excellent hotel "House by the Lake" with a cool bar. You can get there by boat or by bike.

Плюсом или минусом может показаться отдаленность от основной тусовки. Достаточно неплохие завтраки. Территория располагает для самостоятельного уединенного отдыха. Достаточно высокий ценник на баре и кафе. Не хватает какого-то лоска в отеле. Отдых в нем получается немного старперский. Озеро достаточно тинистое, купаться возможно только в парочке мест. Спа центр с необоснованным ценником. В выходные дни налетает большая толпа с ближайших центров и атакует бассейн. Мног детей, шумно и не всегда есть возможность найти свободные лежаки. Номера чистые, уютные, хорошая вентиляция. Пастельное бельё свежее, уборка каждый день. Все хорошо в отеле, но нужно постоянно придумывать как себя развлекать.

My God, this is heaven!!! What a gorgeous nature there, what cool rooms, the coolest spa area, I have never seen this anywhere. Cool baths, a large swimming pool, a good gym. And how delicious the food is there and a huge selection of all kinds of food, it's just a masterpiece. Lovely and friendly staff. We specially came there for three days and did not regret a bit. Отличный отель, красивая большая территория . Бассейн, спа. Пляжная зона не большая , но ухоженная . Еда на высшем уровне . Отель на крепкую 5 . Оплата проживания Россиян только наличными по месту kz.
Казино на территории отеля , но оно не относиться к отелю , 3 зала , один большой минус курят беспощадно . Дышать нечем, от слова совсем .
Для детей анимация, для взрослых Караоке бар , катамараны , сабы .

Прекрасная природа: озера, горы, хвойные деревья. Хорошее ресторанное питание: много вкусно приготовленного мяса, выпечки. Маловат выбор свежих овощей, совсем не было красной соленой рыбы (и селедки). Не хватало на ужине алкоголя, хотя бы пива, а лучше - вина.

Обслуживание не очень. Номер был отличный. Чисто. В ресторанах вкусно. В СПА был конфликт с сотрудниками, не стали пользоваться услугами, поэтому оценить качество не могу. На что обратили внимание: нигде не встречала таких неудобных шезлонгов на пляже🤦🏼♀️ Есть предложение ген менеджеру денек поваляться на них. Он кстати милый, всегда среди гостей, здоровается со всеми)

Всё на высшем уровне! Территория большая и ухоженная, парковочных мест много, стояка оборудована. Еда разнообразная, есть всё- и для веганов, и для мясоедов, для детей блюд большой выбор. СПА отделение оборудовано со вкусом, бассейн большой и теплый. Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый. Номера шикарные. Всё для спокойного семейного отдыха!
