The hotel prohibits Uber from entering its territory. My pregnant wife and I had to leave the hotel with our suitcases. When the Uber stopped, the Rixos hotel taxi driver asked him to cancel the order, which he did so that we would take a hotel taxi. As a result, they ordered a new one and left in an Uber. We will never return to Rixos. And the hotel itself is like from the 90s.

A wonderful hotel for a holiday in the off-season. It stands at the beginning of a 7-kilometer beach. So long walks along the sea are provided. There is a wonderful archaeological museum nearby. It takes 30-40 minutes to walk to the Old Port in a couple of minutes
Positive:
The pool is heated by one bowl, but the water is very warm. The pool is located next to one of the entrances to the rear of the hotel, so even at +12-14 swimming is not a problem)
Food: fresh fish, seafood (especially on the day of the themed dinner) fruits. The food is good and varied, well, the only thing is, tomatoes are not very
Own taxi company on the territory. We can negotiate with the lego driver on the price of the trip as in a Bi taxi, but the plus is that the driver can still come for you at a decent distance (we went to Termessos and the drivers were not in a Bi taxi on the way back)
The staff is polite and attentive. They solve all issues quickly. It is convenient to communicate via whatsapp
Great. Free, in good condition, there are a huge number of bike paths around the hotel, including along the embankment

We arrived in Antalya on the evening of 03/29/24.
We bought an All-inclusive tour around the clock, including imported alcohol.
IT's ALL lies.
We stopped by at 10 p.m.
1. The restaurant is open only one until 21 :00.
We were left without dinner.
2. You can have dinner at another restaurant, BUT for euros. One dish from 45 euros!.
3. They charged 75 euros for prosecco!
4. The room faces the street-the noise is like in formula 1.
5. The air conditioner in the room does not work, as it turned out, before the summer the Turks generally turn off the air conditioners in order to save money.
I do NOT recommend it at all.

Please note, who comes with children, that the warm pool is only +16, and children are not allowed there. This information is nowhere to be found on the website and the reception does not warn about it either.
The fact is that children have been swimming in this pool all week, and at the end of the rest, children were no longer allowed there. There is zero work with objections, they answered my claims that the water in all pools is the same +25. (This is assuming that it was +23 outside). This greatly spoiled the overall impression of the hotel. We wanted to come back here again, but now we definitely won't set foot.

The hotel is for those who do not have enough pool and beach
We were at the Rixos Downtown Hotel in early November. The hotel itself is, as they say, "tired". The food is not bad, but not something supernatural. Every day there was grilled sea bass and beef, sometimes lamb. Good fruit. Very tasty ice cream. Salads are so-so, in my opinion. Themed dinners are not expressive at all. The service in the restaurant does not shine, no one is in a hurry.
An important nuance is that the hotel is located on a large highway, a third of the rooms overlook it (for example, our room 488). It's very noisy there! Especially audible at night. Sleeping with an open window is impossible, closed windows + blackout curtains make the noise level more or less acceptable, but it all depends on the sensitivity of your sleep.
The beach is made of medium-sized rolled, non-stick pebbles. To get to the beach, you need to leave the hotel, go down by public elevator (it feels like 7 floors) or by stairs, walk a little along the city beach along the embankment and there will be a "beach club" of the hotel with a bar, sun beds, etc. Towels are also given there. In November, it was not difficult to find a sunbed, but in general, the number of sun beds is not enough for such a hotel.
There is no indoor pool, one of the outdoor pools is heated.
There are sports grounds, you can play ball. There is also a children's club, it is located in a separate small building.
At the same time, the hotel has several huge unique advantages that make it my favorite for future trips:
- Like all Rixos, the accommodation includes a transfer and entrance tickets to the amusement park Land of Legends. Every day at 10-00 departure from the hotel (the road in the morning is about 45 minutes), return from the park at 17-00. There is also a trip to the evening show. The number of trips is unlimited - at least every day. But you need to make an appointment in advance.
- Within walking distance (walking distance of 20 minutes) there is a medium-sized shopping center, where there are Zara, Mango, LS Waikiki, Adidas Media Market, Nike, supermarket, pharmacy with a Russian-speaking employee and much more. NM no. The pharmacy operates according to its own schedule, which is shorter (!!!) than the opening hours of the shopping center. I needed to buy a six-month supply of a fairly rare medicine (but over-the-counter in Turkey). It was not available, but it was brought to order in 2.5 hours, it is very convenient.
- There is a nice park with bike paths near the hotel, the hotel gives bicycles to ride. You can also walk or ride a bike along the embankment.
- The hotel has its own Starbucks, free for hotel guests, but with a limited assortment. Although pumpkin latte is present.
Conclusion: if it's not easy enough for you to cruise between the beach, pool, bar and room, this is a very good option. It is ideal for relaxing with a hyperactive child who needs to constantly provide some kind of activity, and the time in the tablet has to be limited. From a week's rest, we spent 2 days in an amusement park, and on other days, in addition to the standard bathing in the sea and the pool: we went to the shopping center, rode bicycles, left the ball in the basket, walked along the embankment, etc.

We arrived at the hotel on the morning of November 2, 2023 for 4 days, to celebrate a friend's birthday. A girl greets the guests (sorry, I don't remember the name, she helped us a lot to solve various issues), directs where to go, from 10-30 welcome champagne, sweets, lemonade. They sent me for breakfast and immediately gave me a room, although I had booked a room with a direct view of the sea, with panoramic windows. Earlier, I asked to be settled next to my friends (they paid for a room with a side sea view), so we were given both rooms with a side sea view and a nearby hotel. I asked to change the rooms so that the mountains and the sea could be seen, well, I paid for the room. Changed without any problems, only also both rooms with a side sea view on the 8th floor. Yes, it is convenient that the rooms were nearby, but the sediment remained, that my room turned out to be of the lowest category (the difference in the cost of rooms is 30k). There are very friendly employees at the reception, several Russian speakers, all questions are solved quickly, without nerves. Respect!!!
In the room: kettle, tea/coffee/cream/sugar/water. In the mini bar: gas.water, drinking water, juice, chocolate bar, replenished daily. Earlier it was stated: beer in the mini bar and a coffee machine with capsules, during our stay beer and coffee machine were absent. Sadness) Spacious wardrobe, with shelves, drawers, hangers, safe for free. Shower room: a good hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo /conditioner for hair, soap, towels for feet/hands / body, toilet paper, waffle robe (it's very hot and heavy, it's time to replace it with new bathrobes, because these are already very tired: we got torn, some without belts). I had to ask for a toothbrush and toothpaste, they were given out without any problems. Room: a large bed with a good mattress, 4 comfortable pillows, white linen pleasant to the body, two bedside tables, LCD TV (not included, Russian channels are TNT, 24)), a sofa with a table in the recreation area. Balcony: plastic table and two chairs.
The hotel has 4 panoramic elevators. Bracelets are not worn at the hotel. During the rain, the hotel provides umbrellas, a great feature. Wi-Fi works well throughout the hotel and the hotel beach.
The food in the restaurant is good, there are a lot of things, but monotonous, but I think this is because it's not the season anymore. In the morning, porridge, salads, sweets, lots of greens, vegetables, sausages, sausages, smoked tongue, fruits, omelets, pasta, etc. Prepare pasta and omelet, wish: cook not on one pan, but at least on two, so that there are no queues). There are two types of soups for lunch, several types of meat: beef, chicken, cutlets, fried Dorado fish every day, salads, sweets, salties, fruits: apple, plum, pomegranate, peach, grapes (my opinion: it doesn't taste very good, as if it's not ripe fruit), French fries, pasta, rice, bulgur, mashed potatoes, etc. For dinner, almost the same))), once they gave salmon fish. I didn't like the coffee from the coffee machine, again, this is for whom). The tea in the teapot is good. In the restaurant and bars, alcoholic beverages are of high quality, everything is poured from bottles: champagne, martini, cognac, vodka, whiskey, etc. You can eat both in the hall and on the outdoor veranda. Unfortunately, the waiters during our stay were not prompt, I had to take water and appliances myself. I'm not stressed))) This is me, maybe we were just unlucky)))
The hotel is located in the city. At the exit from the reception area, there are many shops to the right of the hotel, a pharmacy. We walked to Migros (exit from the hotel towards the beach), walk 40 minutes through the park. On the territory of the hotel (it is not large) there are bars, two worked, the pool is heated, sun beds are very comfortable and interesting, large round soft sun beds with umbrellas, towels are given by the pool, you can also take drinking water there, there is a SPA, a gym. The territory is being cleaned, at this time of the year the autumn foliage looks beautiful.
The hotel provides bicycles for free. You can ride in the beautiful park, which is located right outside the hotel, drive to the Old Town…
On the OTHER hand, the hotel congratulated with a cake, fruit and a bottle of wine. Nice.
The hotel takes you back and forth to the Park of Legends for free, admission is free. We did not go, I will not say how it is there)
Evening shows - live music, grand piano in the lobby.
Descent to the beach by the city panoramic elevator or by the stairs outside the hotel, walk across the road through a beautiful park to the right of the elevator for 5 minutes, there is a beach area from the hotel, beach towels are given at the entrance, there were enough sun beds. Drinks and food can be ordered at the bar from 9:00. It is very convenient that the sunbeds have a QR code attached to each table, by which you enter the application and choose drinks (alcoholic, alcohol-free, cocktails, water, ayran, tea, coffee), snacks, lunch, make an order and within 5 minutes the waiter brings you an order. Perfectly!!! You can order a shuttle to the hotel.
The beach is pebbly, I advise you to take corals with you. The entrance and exit to the sea is inconvenient, the embankment is made of small pebbles, the legs fall through, the feet are a little sore. I would like the hotel administration to somehow provide for this, for example, a pier, or some kind of flooring in the sea was made. Almost immediately it is deep (for me this is not a problem), the sea is warmer closer to the buoys. We were lucky with the weather, it was warm and sunny, the sea was warm, at times cold water jets were near the shore, maybe underground springs were there.
Summary: a good 5-ka, but not a Rixos! On the website Booking.com I read the title of the presentation of the hotel: "Feel like a celebrity thanks to the excellent service at Rixos Downtown Antalya - The Land Of Legends Access", unfortunately I did not feel it!!!
The hotel requires urgent renovation!!!

We had a rest with the whole family and we really liked the hotel! Everything is fine in it - the building, the infrastructure, the kitchen and of course the human factor - these are the people who work at the hotel - everyone tried to make our stay wonderful and comfortable, which is extremely pleasant!!! I would especially like to mention guest relations Kamila and Victoriia, as well as the sorceress - housekeeping Tenerife, who, without our requests, created a miracle - washed the stains from the children's blouse (the son ate pasta with tomato paste and got very dirty). The second day of staying at this hotel , and already so many disappointments .And now briefly and to the point :1.Room (superior with sea view)dirty and after cleaning, it's scary to touch the curtains, they haven't been washed for at least 2 towels!!!(what are 5 stars, when at least there should be 4), a torn headboard, pillows are knocked into one cotton conglomerate , furniture opens with difficulty (chest of drawers and bedside table), a persistent smell of dampness and mustiness, lack of bathroom accessories (only a cap and cotton buds are available ), everything else is on call to the number 3.000🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ That's exactly what I wanted to do after the flight.A separate topic is night orgies under the window of people who are good))We rested .I have the fourth floor, near the swimming pool and recreation areas, where the night wanderers rest, where the security service and the like are unknown, 5 am was marked by the fact that the vacationers left the territory and it was possible to start sleeping.There is a staff at the counter with a look on their face as if this is their hotel and we asked them to spend the night with them and for nothing.Questions and requests were left without feedback (proficiency in English did not help )The personnel policy is at zero , there is no smell of customer orientation here .One thing pleases that there are many hotels and the choice is always not for those who stand on the other side of the reception desk (with respect to any work).

Good location, $5 taxi to the old town.
The hotel is not new, but the service is excellent.
We were at the end of March, the pool is heated.
Descent to the sea by elevator or stairs (length 80m).
Visiting The Land Of Legends Park is free, 45-60min drive. The transfer from the hotel is also free of charge.
There is a good gym, there are horizontal bars on the street, a playground for football, volleyball, basketball. There are two tennis courts and a small golf course.
Children's room, bicycle rental. On the back side of the hotel there is a park with bike paths.
There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff.

The hotel is not suitable for young people and those who like to hang out. Most of the families, including Muslim ones, rest here.
Someone wrote in the reviews that the hotel is boring and was under a different brand a couple of years ago. So, in 2011, we were here at Kalina Bar, celebrating a birthday, and the hotel had the same name, it was Rixos.
If your travel agent has chosen the wrong hotel for you, the hotel is not to blame for this, do not confuse warm with soft.
I'll mark the food. Not monotonous!!! Everything is delicious. There was a gorgeous table for the Victory Day holiday (August 30th). Such an amazing lamb on a spit has never been tasted before.
They also bring you fruits and drinks all the time, both by the pool and on the beach.
I recommend the hotel, and I am glad that we spent our long-awaited vacation here❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

A very old hotel. Service is not from the word at all. There are a lot of not well-groomed cats that climb to you where you won't sit. Food with little choice and not tasty. Even in November there was a queue for food. Of the advantages, only the location (the embankment and the city center). We were in November, maybe they didn't want to work anymore, but the hotel doesn't even pull 3 stars, although the prices are big claims.
