We stayed at the hotel in December 2023. This is the perfect place! Beautiful, very well maintained territory, sandy beach, smooth access to the sea, large modern room with access to the pool. There are 7 a la carte restaurants, many bars, snack bars, coffee shops, and an ice cream pavilion. One of the restaurants is open 24/7, I had to eat at three in the morning - well done! Dear management of the RIXOS hotel in Hurghada, please pay attention to the conduct of employees accusing guests of theft and demanding refunds for items that were initially missing from the room! There was a completely egregious situation that negated all the advantages of staying in this place. Up until the last day of rest, the rating was 10/10, everything was perfect, from the food in the restaurant to the service level by the pool, she literally left with tears. But I never thought that you could spoil the impression so much with just one action by the hotel administration, a premium hotel.: Unfortunately, the rating is 1 out of 10, and I'm leaving with tears of humiliation and baseless accusations.
They accused us of stealing a bathrobe. A bathrobe that was not originally in the room (there was 1 at the entrance). We were not confused by the fact that the robe is 1, since we never use them. The robe was safely put away in the closet. At the check-out, they reported that the employee could not find the robe, I pointed out its location with complete confidence, without extraneous thoughts, I thought it could not be found on the shelf in the closet where I put it. But after our explanations, they didn't believe us, they billed us $50 for stealing a bathrobe. Exactly stealing. That's what the manager called by the employee said, and he rolled his eyes at our explanations, was rude, rude, and claimed that we were lying in front of other guests. After all, they have a quote: "There are standards, and it is absolutely impossible for a bathrobe to be one. If you don't want to pay, write that you lost it." The offer to check the suitcases was also refused. Although this very offer from us was already humiliating, we were so discouraged and wanted to clear our names. Of course, on the form, I wrote it the way it really was. To which the manager got even angrier, became even more rude, naturally brought me to tears, my hands were shaking. As a result, with contempt and condescension, he let the car go to the airport, because "You will miss your flight, we would not like that, but everyone will remain of their opinion, for us you stole this robe, period."
I've NEVER experienced such humiliation, my husband and I are doctors, candidates of medical sciences, it's just a mess. It's not about $50, it's a matter of principle. The staff did not even allow the idea that there was a human factor, there were mistakes, they forgot to put a bathrobe on or someone took it before our check-in. We didn't accuse anyone, we stated it as it is, and we certainly didn't steal anything. And all this pleasure for 400 thousand rubles in a premium hotel.

The most interesting thing for the hotel is in the stop: there are always a lot of free places on the beach, by the pool, and in the restaurant. Whenever you come, there will always be places. During the day, the air temperature is about 25, it is warm, and the water in the sea is good, cool, but you can swim absolutely comfortably. The villa consisted of two rooms (living room, bedroom with toilet and shower). A premium hotel by Egyptian standards. The food is normal, especially the passion for grilled steaks was well done. His scent caused doubt. We asked to change it, pour a new one from another canister, which was taken out of the refrigerator with us, the smell was fresh and pleasant, without a sour taste. They began to pay attention after poisoning with this drink and indigestion ((( There is a large selection of food and desserts in restaurants. The waiters are very attentive, partially speak Russian, try to please. We lived in a building next to a playground and a vegetable garden where vegetables and fruits grew. You could come there and drink tea on the open veranda. The room in our building did not have a bathroom door, but the bathroom itself had frosted glass doors to the shower and toilet. It was inconvenient to change clothes, since there were no clothes hooks in the shower. I had to leave my clothes outside on the door handle and get dressed after getting out of the shower. If children with parents are of different sexes, this is inconvenient. The children in the room were afraid of two-tails. They were white and constantly running on the floor in the shower and could also run around the room. My daughter was afraid to go to the toilet alone. Waiters come up on the beach and serve drinks (although we were offered only once))), but I remember))). The hotel does a photo shoot at the request of vacationers. We chose a photo shoot with a tour operator, but then we regretted it. It's better to do it at the hotel. Photographers offered different points for pictures in the hotel itself, including on horseback (there is a horse farm, rabbits, turtles, chickens on the territory at the entrance).

At the moment we are resting in this beautiful hotel. We read a lot of reviews. That the cosmetics were put on the wrong one, then the room is tired. Yes, there are such moments, but the cosmetics are quite pleasant, even the body lotion came in. The mini bar is replenished every day, but we took juice and a chocolate bar from there a couple of times. Now it's the second week of rest and we haven't been everywhere yet, we haven't visited all the restaurants. By the way, the coffee here is very tasty. I really like that they help with umbrellas and sun beds on the beach, even a baby stroller will be brought to the shore. Of course, it's all for a lot of money, but nevertheless. The waiters from the bar are also busy, they remember which cocktail you drink. We are also not picky about nutrition. We eat everything and everything is quite tasty. The only thing missing are watermelons and some exotic fruits. Fresh fruits are also very tasty. Mango, strawberry, orange guava. The kids' club is said to be weak, but the child likes it, and this is the main thing. If there were more water slides, there would be no price for this hotel at all

We have been vacationing here for the fourth year, this year everything is terrible.
There is no such variety of food as there has always been! Queues for meat!!!There is no red fish, baklava is tasteless and in general the range of food is 2 times less. Fruits are the most common, there used to be watermelon, mango. Always. during dinner, the chefs came out, greeted each other, and watched everything. Now there are 2.5 waiters who practically do not serve. The service is terrible, we checked into the room, then found out that someone had torn it out before us and everything dried in the toilet on the door, they never cleaned it, although they called twice.
There were always a lot of delicious cocktails, juices, fresh drinks on the beach and near the pool, they always came up, offered, now until you tip, they won't even look at you. The freshly squeezed juice is diluted, the staff does not smile at the word at all.
In general, to give 700,000 rubles in 9 days and receive such service is the bottom (The
only person who really works is manager Natalia, for which I am very grateful to her.

We went to Egypt for the sake of our daughter, to show the pyramids and Luxor. We did not expect any special emotions from staying at the hotel, but Rixos in Hurghada pleasantly surprised us. A very decent lovely hotel! Gorgeous, large territory, a sense of privacy, privacy, no crowds of people. The territory is clean, very well maintained, green. We lived in building 44 with a sea view, the room was spacious, on the day of departure we had a late check-out after 20:00 and instead of extending the room we were provided with a villa. The rooms in the buildings and in the villa are cozy, beautiful, stylish and clean. The hotel staff is friendly, all issues were resolved immediately. The food is varied: strawberries, pineapples, grilled with various types of meat, fish, shrimp, mussels, cheeses, pasta, pastries, freshly squeezed juices, delicious tortillas and a detox bar on the beach, ice cream and movenpick sorbets. Alcoholic beverages of good quality. I remember the dinner at the fish restaurant with tables by the sea, it was delicious and very beautiful. Live music is everywhere (reception, restaurants). The stable on the territory of the hotel was my daughter's favorite place, the horses are beautiful, well-groomed, while the child is riding, parents can relax at the tables. The only negative is the cleaning in our room, not the entire set of towels was provided periodically. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and this hotel is excellent!

We just returned from a vacation at this hotel. Briefly… Advantages: territory, gorgeous sea, clean beach, beach service, animation, spa, fitness room, a la carte restaurants.
Minuses: an old shower that leaked and a fungus (the problem was eliminated with us), a monotonous menu in the restaurant: it is impossible to eat porridge for breakfast, it is the same every day. At lunch and dinner, everything is in sauces and again the same thing. Garden Station helped out with omelets and kebabs. And there were always dirty plates.
Who was at Rixos in Turkey, get ready that this is a completely different level, so I lowered the score.
