The hotel is very decent, 10 minutes by car to the airport, good quality food, excellent rooms, cleaning, service in restaurants, bars, everything is at a decent level. It is comfortable with children, there is a children's table in the restaurant, heated pools in winter, rescuers everywhere who really look after the safety of vacationers. There are several important points that management needs to pay attention to. The main point that caused serious discomfort and is traumatic is the coating near the pools, which clearly requires repair / restoration. Splinters and injuries are highly likely for children. In general, we were satisfied with the rest and the level of the hotel. And it would also be good to tighten the power supply to the level of Turkish Rixos, if possible. But in general, it is very worthy for Egypt, probably the best thing to choose in Hurghada.

So, for example, food: the main restaurant (buffet) will certainly not leave you hungry, but I can't say that the food is delicious. There are also several ala-card restaurants in the hotel. We managed to visit three. I liked the Grill the most. If you are meat lovers in all its forms, then you definitely go there. The Salt fish restaurant is also good, but some items on the menu did not correspond to the actual ones. So, grilled squid on the menu, in fact turned out to be squid in batter. The third Peeples restaurant, positioned as an Italian cuisine restaurant, in fact has nothing to do with Italy. We ordered risotto with shrimp and brought rice porridge.
The range of alcohol in different bars and restaurants is also very different. Cocktails are terrible on the beach. But the lobby bar has excellent cocktails and a decent selection of alcohol.
As part of the entertainment program: every evening in the lobby of the hotel, a pianist girl tortured an out-of-tune piano to the end until her ears bled. A very strange solution of the room is in the part of the bathroom door - it simply does not exist. At the same time, the walls and doors in the shower and toilet cubicles are made of frosted glass. In addition, in our room, the door to the toilet cubicle did not fully close. Shampoo, shower gel, body lotion from the same (unknown) company and have the same smell - vanilla tobacco, a strange choice for a hotel, because the smell is quite sharp and I'm sure not everyone likes it. At the same time, locitane solid soap. For a hotel of this level, it is customary for all funds to be of the same company, but apparently not in this case.
The supply of drinking water in the room was replenished daily. I can't tell you the rest, because the minibar was not used. There is a kettle in the room, but there is no coffee machine. But there are packets of instant nescafe. Shock.

They get offended when you went to get a drink for yourself or for a towel, I don't know if they scold them for it, but sometimes we just wanted to go ourselves, it wasn't difficult, but maybe it was perceived as the fact that they weren't doing their job. The waiters on the beach carry drinks, cocktails, juices, ice coffee and will bring whatever you want. The juices are delicious- mango, strawberry - it's just a bomb.
Our room was 40103 huge, everything was fine, everything worked, but the mattresses are sagging, you fall through and your back and lower back ache in the morning - this is a huge minus. The linen is clean, the room is clean, the cleaning is excellent.
Before leaving, I ordered lunch boxes by 12.00, they were brought to the reception only by 12.30. Our transfer was delayed and therefore we managed to pick up the lunch boxes, if the transfer had arrived at 12 we would have left without them - which also left a not very pleasant impression. Lunch boxes are scarce, although it seems to be Rixos.
To sum up: we liked everything, for Egypt it is a great level of hotel and service. We would recommend this hotel and go there ourselves. But the check-in, the reception and the beds did not leave a pleasant feeling.

Children are brought snacks, juices and water are always available.
The animation is weak, but maybe it depends that it's not the season (March). In general, everything is OK. The children are happy.
My experience of staying at the Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas 5* hotel (vacationed from 2.11.23 to 12.11.23 with a family of 5 people) left the worst impressions of this grid and the staff.
When I booked this hotel, I was offered an Executive Family Suite(170 m) with two toilets.There were such rooms only in buildings 40 and 44.The 40 building is located in the middle of the hotel and has good views from it, and the 44 building is located on the outskirts and overlooks the wasteland.
I agreed to the proposed room only on the condition that it would have a sea view in the 40 building, they promised that they would do everything so that I would live there, promises were made by Natalia's sales manager (photo attached), however, upon arrival I was settled in the building, referring to the fact that the 40 building was renovated.
All my attempts to see Natalia and find out how it happened that they promised to move into the building where repairs are underway were unsuccessful, she just promised the impossible and began to hide.I refused to move in, asking for an equivalent exchange in other buildings, which I was refused by moving to a cheaper Lagoon swin up suite (130 m) and with one toilet in my room for five, setting the condition that if I want to improve the condition, I must pay extra for one more room.
No compensation for the fact that they gave a cheaper room, no apologies for the shoals of their employee who sold a ticket and disappeared, NOTHING!!!! And this is only the first negative moment when checking in.
This hotel has a great concept that there are many pools, but that's why there is unsanitary conditions. Physically, they cannot or do not want to keep track of such an economy, the whole family has been ill.The doctor was called 3 times, all in turn.Doctors are not allowed to enter the hotel by insurance, they are forced to say let's come and take your child with a fever to the hospital, and if you do not want, then call the hotel doctor, but he needs to pay $ 130.

On the positive side, there is a good barbecue area in the shared restaurant, which pulls out the rest of the not very chic cuisine, a good Panorama Bar and a sandy beach convenient for bathing children on which towels are made themselves and waiters periodically go serving drinks.
