This place is the real embodiment of uniqueness and style. The design is thought out to the smallest detail, which makes it special from all the salons that are in the city. I think RNK is the best salon in Minsk. The most important thing is, of course, the high professionalism of the craftsmen. I got my hair cut several times in other places closer to home and each time I realized how cool they cut and dye in RNK.
In addition, the cabin has a very pleasant atmosphere. Everything is stylish, the interior is decorated with taste. Coffee and other drinks are served in beautiful dishes, not in plastic cups. The staff is very nice. You come and rest. I definitely recommend it

I want to say with confidence that despite the reviews about the incomprehensible "pricing" on the cost of services in this salon, they really cost every penny!
We also went through my home care superficially, discussed all the nuances and Alyona gave a couple of recommendations, which I am sure are as constructive as possible
I have never felt an obsession or the idea of "selling, stuffing", despite the fact that in the salon itself there is also an opportunity to purchase home care products)
In general, it is impossible to leave this place without a sense of satisfaction (the master absolutely fell into my request), and a smile on his face

I was at Alexey's hair care procedure. An excellent craftsman, I really liked the result and the atmosphere in the salon. I will definitely come to repeat the procedure.

Unfortunately, it's a complete disappointment.
I signed up for a haircut, hoping to give my hair a neat and well-groomed look. Hair is difficult to keep styling, so the request was to do something so as not to bother too much with styling. The haircut lasted about 15 minutes.Styling was also done for the haircut. It turned out to be beautiful and voluminous, the master did it for about 30 minutes. The overall impression was good. After shampooing and drying my hair, I found that my hair was sticking out in different directions, the strands were not even or symmetrical, they just hung down.After trying to put it on, it didn't work out, it looks pathetic, as if I cut my own hair. For such a price, it's very disappointing and annoying. For styling 5, for haircut 1.

I want to share my extremely negative experience at the RNK beauty salon. I approached them with a specific request – to get a certain shade of red. To do this, I signed up for a paid consultation in advance, as I doubted whether this shade would suit me, because I have always been in the light. At the consultation, all the nuances were discussed in detail: I showed the references, the master explained that the shade may initially be darker, but it will become lighter over time. Everything sounded convincing, and I decided to color it.
Three weeks later, I came for the procedure. We discussed the references again, because I was very worried about the result. During the coloring, the master tinted the ends twice, explaining that the paint does not fit well. The procedure lasted until the evening, and it was not immediately possible to evaluate the result in natural light.
The next day, I was shocked: the color turned out to be completely different! The hair was brown at the roots and maroon at the ends. No redheads, not even close! I immediately wrote to the salon's Instagram to describe the problem. After a while, the administrator contacted me and, instead of a constructive solution, he began to accuse me: allegedly, the master warned about damaged hair, which could cause the color to go differently. But that's not true! If they had told me this at the consultation or before coloring, I would have abandoned this idea altogether and stayed with the usual light color.
The bottom line is that the hair didn't just differ in shades – it was completely different colors! After a long conversation on Instagram, I was offered to redo the coloring from another master, but on a paid basis. I wonder how they were going to fix the "damaged hair" and make it the perfect red color, if they initially could not achieve this with a natural base shade?
I should add that I also had to wait 20 minutes for both the consultation and the coloring, although I always arrived on time. This moment also leaves an unpleasant impression.
I refused their "offer" because I no longer want to risk my hair. According to their logic, maroon is red, and it's my fault, of course. I was extremely disappointed with the level of service and the attitude towards customers. Now, before the New Year, I will have to fix this horror at my own expense in another salon. Such an attitude towards customers is simply unacceptable!

The reason for the visit was the Advante brand client day. The place is very stylish, the most stylish of all that I have seen in Minsk. Stylish and very soulful . Along the way, the master answered all the questions of interest, gave recommendations on how to style a haircut and choose a brushing. I was at Vlada's today for grooming and haircut. No one has ever approached my slice so tenderly and scrupulously!Vlada did everything so that not a single "extra" hair stuck out.
A very nice and receptionist girl, unfortunately, did not remember the name : (she called me back literally 3 minutes after the online recording!

A visit to the salon left a double impression.
On the eve of the visit, the administrator called me to confirm the appointment (I was scheduled for 19:00). I confirmed it. Then the receptionist asked if I could arrive half an hour earlier. I decided that I could adjust my plans and agreed to reschedule the time.
On the day of the recording, I arrived at about 18:26. I was asked to sit down. I noticed that the master was still busy, but I did not attach much importance to this, since there were still a few minutes. When it came time for my recording, the master was still busy. And then it became unclear to me: whether the staff had forgotten that they had asked to reschedule my recording earlier, or whether one of the previous clients was late and the master was about to finish. However, I had to wait for about 20 minutes, and the master was able to receive me only at 18:51. I could understand and accept such a situation if the client with whom the master worked in my time was just a client of the salon, and not its founder. It turns out that if one of the salon's visitors was late before her, then she should have realized that her time would also shift. In such a situation, it would be nice to check if the master has any more records. If all the salon staff forgot that they themselves asked me to come earlier and, seeing an empty window, decided to occupy it by providing services to the founder of the salon, then from the outside it looks very ugly. Moreover, if everyone understood that the recordings could not be accepted on time, then at least they could have made a call and warned about it. But I did not receive a call, and when I came to the salon, neither the administrator nor anyone else from the staff warned me that the records had shifted and I would need to wait. I just sat and watched as the master worked with the founder of the salon during my recording and no one notified me about the delay. The master, of course, apologized for the wait. Thank you for her work, there are no questions for her.
As a client, it's cool to know that the business owner uses services in his own salon, this indicates the high professionalism of the staff, however, I would not want this to be done at the cost of personal time of salon visitors and specifically mine.

I have been to many salons in Minsk, but I have never seen such a disgusting service anywhere.
Firstly, there are problems with recording to Master Kristina. The salon advertises her work, while recording through the admin, who constantly forgets about you. And when you call yourself, it offers 1-2 time options (either agree, or wait indefinitely for new dates).
Secondly, the expectation. You come at your own time and wait 15-20 minutes steadily. At the same time, no one even apologizes. And this is not an isolated case.
The tiniest thing is the prices. I specified beforehand how much a haircut costs. I was told the price of 150BYN.
What was my surprise when 195 was announced at the checkout. How is this even possible?!
And yes, it wasn't just me. Several of my friends have encountered the same interesting pricing.
I'm already silent about the constant staff turnover. It feels like no one stays in this place for long. Probably because of the owners' policy.
Initially, I was very inspired, but after going several times, I don't want to come back anymore.
