The room is bright and cozy. But there is no closet, there are only bedside tables and a hanger with hooks at the entrance.
And here is a bathroom for three. Small, uncomfortable. There are only two hooks on which the robes hang. It is unclear where to hang the raw towels. The plumbing in the shower is worn out, there are problems with setting up the water.
Given the cheerfulness of the price tag, the flaws are too obvious. But) the view from the room overlaps everything

We stayed at this hotel in August 2024. He was chosen because of the presence of a dog (first of all). As I understand it, this is the best hotel in Kazbegi (Stepansminda).
The hotel is generally not bad. I was a little surprised by the concept of the rooms.
There are no TVs or cupboards anywhere. If you didn't come for 2 days, then you just want to unpack your suitcase,
The shower cabin also caused inconvenience. It has no glass or curtain, and because of this, the whole bathroom is full of splashes and water.
And now for a pleasant one. A huge terrace overlooking Kazbek is something! A fascinating sight!!

Very good breakfasts. Just whatever you want!
Although the same restaurant for lunch and dinner is quite mediocre, albeit very expensive.
Not a bad SPA. It's expensive, but if desired, you can do massage and facial care.

There is a sauna and a warm swimming pool. Also quite pleasant.
Not very high-quality cleaning. Towels were changed whenever they wanted and often small ones were put instead of large ones.
The Marriott chain has now bought the hotel. I think they will partially adjust the hotel to their standards.

This eco-friendly hotel has captured my heart! It is built of solid wood, rooms and interior are also made of solid wood, very eco-friendly and atmospheric. The breakfasts are great! Polite and caring staff. And, of course, the location is at the foot of Kazbek, at the highest point relative to other buildings. There is a pine forest nearby.

There is a beautiful atmosphere around, but when you start interacting with the interior, you immediately realize that everything is made of fairly cheap materials, the furniture is already very outdated and has outlived its usefulness, the wood creaks, and the finish falls off.
A separate horror is THE MOST DISGUSTING SOUND INSULATION. You can literally hear every movement of the surrounding guests in other rooms, even conversations in whispers.
The rooms are made as if for the "stay for one night" format, because even in the suite there is not only a closet, but even a rail, there is simply no place to hang things)))
A special torment is taps and plumbing, the water temperature in which it turns out to be adjusted precisely not the first time, the quest "get burned or take an ice shower".
I did not notice a biased attitude towards Russian citizens. Not all staff knows Russian, but those who do, calmly switch to it and help.

We had a double room for 20k+ a day with a view of the forest. Despite the fact that the view was not on Kazbek, it was still quite picturesque. Of the advantages, this is probably all.
And now the rest of the impressions - they begin immediately upon entering the territory. Apparently, the hotel was full, because there were no parking spaces at all. We drove back and forth several times on the terrible asphalt in an area where the pits were knee-deep, we only managed to stick very tightly between other cars, so it was difficult to even get out.
Usually, hotels of this level have staff who can help with parking, show places, etc. There is no such thing here.
At the reception we paid for the room, they gave us the keys, told us what time breakfast was and that was it. No other information about what options the hotel has. Well, OK, we thought maybe there was some information in the room. (Looking ahead, there is no information about anything).
Then the room: it was larger than the standard, stylish.
But I was already tired enough: there were no handles at the closet, the parquet board was all swollen in the shower area, the sink was clogged.
There was someone else's hair in the toilet.
By the way, there is no door in the sink and shower area. Thank you for at least having a toilet)
Pleasant and delicious-smelling cosmetics (shampoo, gel, creams, etc.), no bathrobes.
As already mentioned, it is quite dark in the room when all the lighting is turned on.
We arrived in the evening with the expectation of having dinner at the hotel restaurant (we chose the hotel, including for the sake of the restaurant), we were refused, the hostess said that everything was booked, but you can sit in the lobby. We were in the lobby at that moment, and people were sitting there almost on the floor. That is, there were no seats there either.
We were not offered any option to sit on the terrace, although it was free there, nor, in extreme cases, room service, nor to try to look for an empty seat for some other time, the girl just left. We didn't have a goal to sit there all evening, we just wanted to eat.
As a result, I had to go down to the road, where all the main restaurants are, and have lunch there. The road there to the descent / ascent is also not a fountain. Very cool and fucked up. I had to take a taxi back to the hotel (because it was impossible to walk back in the dark and after dinner) for GEL 27 for 3 minutes on the trip 😅
The breakfast is generally decent, despite the small Swedish line, there is almost everything: fish, croissants, khachapuri, fruits, champagne, etc.)
But after breakfast, another disappointment awaited. When booking a hotel for 23 thousand, you naively think that a visit to the pool is already included in the price. On the spot, it turned out that there was no. It is necessary to pay GEL 80 for the whole day. But I didn't want to spend the whole day, I wanted to swim for half an hour after breakfast and take a couple of photos on Instagram)) but there is no such option there either.
Why not just talk about it at the reception when checking in, maybe we would have planned our stay there differently. And so an hour before the eviction, they offer to pay for the pool for the whole day, well, thank you)
As a result, what we were going for (a view restaurant and spa) could not be visited. It turns out that they spent such money just for a huge bed.

They have a view of the same mountain and a terrace.

I visited this hotel in September 2024, the hotel is considered the best in this region, but I think maybe it was before, now it's a complete failure in many ways.
- we checked in in the evening, the hotel was full, we sat down at the restaurant on the ground floor, there were not enough waiters, half of the dishes were forgotten, half were confused, we waited for a very long time.
- the room was overlooking the courtyard, there is no sound insulation at all, you can hear everything. There is a catastrophic lack of light, everything is like at dusk.
- the hotel itself is already very shabby inside.
- the most unpleasant thing was that the staff at the reception were absolutely not friendly, it surprised us very much, compared to the whole of Georgia.
- the road in front of the hotel is all broken up, it's not even clear how you can keep everything like this.
In general, definitely, I do not recommend it and I will not go a second time myself. Perhaps others had different feelings.

We ended up staying in a small family hotel and were delighted: we found everything that real Georgia has (delicious, warm, hospitable). And not a foot in this hotel. And I don't advise anyone.

In general, I liked the hotel, the view is gorgeous, the interior is very lamp-like and cozy! We rented the largest room on the third floor - there was not enough entourage, as in other rooms (there are no paintings and interior items) . In general, everything is fine - except for the service in the restaurant. The waiters are not very friendly, they constantly forgot to bring something, then ice, then bread, then a dish. If not for the service , I would have put a solid 5 , and so probably 4 points ! But it's definitely worth visiting here! But the management should work on the service :)

Шикарный вид из номеров.
Номера без изыска в стиле лофт, но всё есть, розеток, правда, реально очень мало.
У нас был завтрак включён, на завтрак шведский стол.
Кровать большая и удобная.
Сыну дали доп раскладушку-кровать, удобная.
В номере было всё:
тапочки, шампунь, гель для душа, полотенца, чайник, чашки, очень вкусный чай в пакетиках, кофе и сахар порционный.
Влюбилась в кресло и вид с балкона, так бы и сидела.
Персонал вежливый, по-русски и по-английски понимает и говорит.
Расположение удачное рядом с центром, но не на дороге, так что спали в тишине.
Вид на гору Казбек.
В кафе цены высоковаты, но очень вкусно.

Отель спорный. Да, лобби внутри красивое, современное. Вид на горы красивый. Но если подняться в церковь которая напротив отеля, там вид еще лучше. И за отелем есть маленькая церковь. Там тоже вид супер. Но не понравилось мне в отеле то, что вместо карточек тяжелые ключи. Дверь нужно постоянно открывать и закрывать ключом. Со стороны отел похож на сарай. В номере моем отсутствовал телевизор. Ну и деревянный детали внутри пора обновить. Спорт зал очень маленький. Оборудования для занятий не хватает. Но вот кухня-это восторг. Заказывал борщ, стейк и десерт. Борщ шикарный. Стейк блестящий. Десерт прекрасный. Да, отель этот лучший, я не спорю. И если буду там еще раз, жить буду только в нем

We had a great time here for two days during the New Year holidays, then we were in Gori, Borjomi, Mtskheta, Tbilisi. Georgia is beautiful!
We arrived in the evening, and this hotel has a gorgeous view of the peaks of Kazbeg at night, and even during the day-delight. The hotel welcomed us with a beautiful living room, with a live Christmas tree, candles were burning everywhere.
The hotel has excellent rooms, comfortable beds, a very varied breakfast, good cuisine in a separate restaurant, a wonderful SPA complex. Russian Russian. The staff is friendly, they speak English, but then they switch to Russian if you ask for it, although many people don't seem to really know Russian, while there were many Russians, there were also French, and the Georgians themselves, it seems this hotel is among the favorites.

I read the negative comments of other guests and wondered how it was possible to remain dissatisfied with something in such a magical place and atmosphere. Especially because someone (hypothetically) forbids someone to speak Russian. In the end, the owner of this hotel has the right to do so and probably took into account the risks associated with the fact that there will be fewer Russian-speaking guests (I did not notice anything like this related to Russian-speaking guests). There is also a Ukrainian flag in the lobby - was that supposed to upset someone too? Personally, I don't care who has what political beliefs, as long as it doesn't affect communication and interaction in any way in everyday life. The interior design is very stylish, the perfect fit under the mountain landscape, the breakfasts are incomparable, the service is unobtrusive and very courteous. Yes, there are nuances with sound insulation, but it did not spoil my impressions of the visit at all. Will I come back again? More than once. Thank you very much for such a hotel. Prosperity!

Ну это вообще сказка 🤩 отель расположен в очень красивом месте Грузии. Были огромной кампанией. Понравилась веранда и ее вид на Казбег. Номера очень уютные, но по мне немного темновато. Есть балкон и все необходимое. Все чисто. Пользовались бассейном и сауной. Тоже все понравилось, но жалко, что не работало джакузи ( завтраки отличные, все вкусно и все свежее. Йогурт домашний вообще- пальчики оближешь 😍Отель рекомендую.

Прекрасное место. Завтраки шведский стол, большое разнообразие. Отдельно работает ресторан - очень вкусно готовят. Есть бассейн, сауна, джакузи. Удобные номера, но отсутствует телевизор (для меня это не минус). Слышимость хорошая (звукоизоляция не очень хорошая).

Хороший отель с классным видом, но цена слишком высокая, на мой взгляд. Спа зона небольшая, джакузи на улице одно на всех, каждый вечер туда была очередь. В стандартных номерах нет ни сейфа, ни шкафа, вещи приходится складывать на кресло.
Из плюсов: завтрак суперский, вид действительно неплохой, а персонал отлично говорит на чистейшем английском. В номере очень классные гели для душа и ароматизаторы. Была бы цена около 100$ за ночь - можно было бы поставить 5 звезд и закрыть глаза на все недостатки.

Я прекрасно провела время. Из номера вид на Казбек, что может быть лучше. Завтраки отличные, кухня, бар - вкусно. В этом отеле свой вайб, особенно вечером, когда везде горят свечи, камины, музыка. Обязательно вернусь, скучаю ❤️

Описывать красоту гор и видов не буду, это все понятно. Хочется сказать про сам отель - выдержан в эко стиле, но за оверпрайс вы не получите ни телевизора в номере, ни сейфа, ни шкафа для одежды. Вся сантехника болтается на соплях, фурнитура дверей балкона аналогично.
Завтраки шикарны - это факт.
Ну и об отношении к русским - если у вас паспорт РФ, то готовьтесь к тому, что с вами принципиально не будут общаться на русском и будут делать вид что не знают русский.
Отмечу еще один момент - такое поведение практически повсеместно в степанцминде. Что даже в аптеке якобы не знают русский, однако, практически все упаковки лекарств на русском языке.
Природа потрясающая, но русофобия постоянно висит в воздухе и не дает полноценно насладиться этой замечательной страной.

Пожалуй, лучший отель в Грузии. Вид на Казбег - потрясающий. Сам отель очень стильный и уютный. В стоимость проживания входят: бассейн, сауна (2 шт), купель с горячей водой на улице, очень вкусный и хороший завтрак.
При отеле есть все необходимое.
Очень рекомендую!

Отель хороший,вид обалденный!
Плюсы-вкусный завтрак,приветливый персонал все подскажет,бассейн,вид из окна,вкусно пахнущие гели для душа,чистота,большая кровать,мини бар со всякими вкусняшками и алкоголем
-Слышимость в номерах и правда слишком хорошая,мало подсветки (как в номере,так и у самого отеля),нет шкафа для одежды
