A great hall in the city center, always when I walked home across the bridge I saw these panoramic windows and had a great desire to go! And so the dream came true, I bought a subscription and began to actively engage with a gorgeous coach) The specialists are qualified, competent, make good training plans and really noticeable results) There are a lot of choices of exercise machines and sports equipment, there are treadmills (cardio zone), as well as arm/leg/body zones and separate halls that are also at your disposal if available! There are coolers with water, which makes it easier to carry water with you) Spacious changing rooms equipped with a shower and toilet, in the women's room there is even micellar water with cotton pads and chopsticks, a hair dryer) Everything is equipped with a bang. The prices are quite reasonable, but the only thing that the air conditioner does not work and it is unbearably hot in summer (Other people in the hall do not hesitate, there is enough space for everyone (it also depends on the time and day), I recommend it to everyone, I want to return to this hall every time! And I want to mention a very polite and sweet girl at the reception desk, who always smiles and gives positive emotions every time the hall comes and goes)

Open windows on the sunny side, where the institute and the air conditioner are not working, do not allow comfortable exercise, it is too hot, and there are just all the strength simulators
There are no weights of different weights, there is only one 16 kg

If the simulator is broken, it takes a long time to repair, the weights leave much to be desired (the fasteners are poorly fixed on the leg). I only attend because of the coach

Nice pleasant spacious gym, strong coaching staff. The simulators have everything you need and even a little more. There is no rowing machine, from cardio - there are treadmills , an ellipsoid , bicycles.

A good gym, competitive prices and a flexible pricing policy. The gym range is exhaustive, the technical condition is maintained at a high level. The coaching staff is qualified, I would single out Dmitry Sumich for myself, but the rest of the guys are excellent.
Of the minuses, this is a shower room with a 10-year-old yellow lime coating on the walls and on the floor.

The simulators are not in the best condition, the shower is dead and often you have to wait for hot water. No one monitors the presence of water in the coolers in the hall. I will be glad if the coach moves to a better gym to also change the place for classes.
