Pleasant hotel, helpful staff. What pleased me is that there is absolutely no compulsion on vacation, as in some eastern countries. Varied cuisine, delicious, with a fairly good selection, although not excessive. High-quality alcohol (for fans) and a selection of bars. The hotel is new and the animation and outdoor activities areas are well thought out - if you want to have fun and dance, please go to a separate area, if you want to relax, go to the room, the sound insulation is excellent. We stayed at this beautiful hotel in late August and early September. During the entire stay (2 weeks), we never had any problems with sun beds, we always found free ones and did not get up for this at 6 am. We have not found any drawbacks. About the territory, yes, it is small, but the hotel has a lot of cool locations where you can spend time, both inside and on the verandas. Especially the veranda on the 15th floor with stunning views of both the ocean and the mountains.
The room cleaning is excellent, the room was cleaned daily, towels and bed linen were changed, shower accessories were replenished. The food is varied, something new is always prepared for lunch and dinner, once there were crabs. We went to an Italian restaurant twice with vouchers. For two, 200 dirhams can be "burst", the portions are huge and insanely delicious. When we went to Dubai and returned to the hotel, they brought us a late dinner in the room, it was very pleasant, the attentiveness of the staff here is certainly on top. They drank mostly white wine and strawberry mojito from alcohol. By the way, the beautiful girl Asma makes incredibly delicious cocktails at the Ozone bar. I also really want to mention the employee of the seafood restaurant by the Haysam pool. He was always interested in how we were doing, was always very attentive and friendly, made cool cocktails.
As for the weather, we tolerated the heat easily, it even seemed that it was no hotter than in August in Marmaris. The sea was sometimes stormy, for 2 weeks there were 2 days of the red flag - it is forbidden to swim. The rest of the days I was worried, but not much. Cuttlefish and turtles were even seen near the buoys. There are a lot of emotions.
A Russian-speaking Ainura is sitting in the lobby, a very smiling, kind and attentive girl. She told us about the vouchers in Alaska, organized a late dinner, and was always interested in how our vacation was going.
I advise everyone to wake up early at least once and meet the dawn on the ocean, the beauty is indescribable.

A decent hotel. A cool beach, you can walk along the sand for a long time and with pleasure. Good animation. We went for a massage, but it's not cheap, but the quality is worth it. My back is gone. A wonderful hotel with the most gorgeous sea. Yes, it is far from entertainment venues, but who needs what, as they say. I was driving precisely for silence and remoteness, and it went straight to me.
There is animation in the afternoon and evening, the food is delicious, they clean often and well, the beach is clean, the rooms are large, change towels as much as you want, you do not need to borrow sunbeds in the evening :)
And yes, the host company in the UAE at Fun&Sun is many times better than Coral. Just keep in mind when buying tours.

The territory is very small and there is nothing beyond the territory, but the beach is gorgeous. A long stretch of surf and clean sand. There are a minimum of people. You can walk all along the coast and even go to other hotels.
You won't stay hungry in general, but this is not a great choice of dishes according to the VSK included in good hotels in Turkey. There is much less choice, although everything is undoubtedly delicious. Especially fish. Meat was most often stewed and in sauces. It's soft and delicious, but after a week it's already boring. It is difficult to find a pure taste of meat without spices and seasonings. A couple of times there was something on the grill, but more often chicken. there was always mozzarella pizza, right there in the oven they cooked. Salads are mostly hummus and babaganushi, those putties. There were sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, But tomatoes like ours in winter are plastic.
During the day, 4 types of ice cream were served twice, delicious.
During the day there was unobtrusive animation: stretching, aqua aerobics, darts, volleyball, bocce. There was a foam pool party twice a week.
In the evening, everything is a little more monotonous. Every day there was live music performed by a girl and a saxophonist. But by the fifth day, you can learn their entire repertoire. Two times after them there was karaoke (10 songs). Once a failed miss hotel due to lack of applicants, but we were not asked🤣
Because the hotel is family-run and calm, then all activity until 22.30, no music and discos after. Although there is a paid bar with hookahs on the roof.
The alcohol is local, but the all-inclusive cocktails make great!!! Here the comparison is exactly in their favor. Real mojitos, pinot salaries, gin and tonic or cosmopolitan. The evening bar even serves them in precisely those forms of glasses that are accepted all over the world. And they make you drunk.
The wine is French or Chilean. A very good rose is served at lunch and dinner, as well as in the evening bar.
On ultra all inclusive, you can go to 3 more restaurants, they are just all inclusive for money. We went to eat rolls once. 2 servings for 56 dirhams. The cook is from Nepal, everything is edible.
The contingent is mainly young families with children. There are no purely youth companies.
In general, I really liked it, if the infrastructure outside the walls of the hotel and more active evening entertainment were added, then there would be no price for it.

Basically everything is overcooked. The fish in the batter should be gnawed. Lasagna dough is raw, etc. Children can only eat for breakfast. I liked the omelet for breakfast. Vegetables, especially tomatoes, are plastic. The fruits are not ripe. Sour oranges, green melon, watermelon got 1 time delicious. I won't say about the booze, we didn't drink. But the coffee in the restaurant is made from overcooked beans. I must say right away that we are not picky about food. In general, you have to manage to spoil the food so much, you had to take everything a little bit at a time to find something edible. Maybe we were so unlucky, but communicating with vacationers, the same opinion. In general, while staying at this hotel, you will not feel that you were vacationing in the UAE, the rest is similar to Turkish.

A great new 5* all inclusive hotel. Most of the vacationers are Russians, the rest are local or expats living in the UAE. Excellent service, kitchen and kids club. The sea is a magical Indian Ocean. Get up early, and besides the beautiful sunrise, graceful turtles are waiting for you.

Your stay at this hotel turned out to be unforgettable! Excellent level staff who speaks English fluently and even a little Russian. The food is simply gorgeous, both in the main restaurant and in other Alaskan restaurants. The rooms are something huge, spacious, with an incomparable air conditioning system, when the room really has a super comfortable temperature and you don't get blown out. The coastline at the hotel is not bad, although small. At low tide, you can walk along the shore to other hotels. We had a rest during the January holidays. The weather was great, we just didn't swim for one day because of the storm. I'll start with the advantages of the hotel:
-giant rooms (the photo shows that this is an apartment, not a room)
-everything is new and clean
-beautiful pool
- the wines are good, all inclusive
-timely and high-quality cleaning
-proximity to Snoopy island (there are many animals here: crabs, octopuses, jellyfish, hedgehogs, cucumbers, colored fish, turtles, a whole family)) This is the biggest plus of the hotel's location, and we came here for it.
- the food is delicious, especially the fish. There are no questions about the quality of the food at all, everything is delicious.
Cons:
-the territory of the hotel is very small, very small Playground, little greenery. Based on the fact that there is nowhere to go in Fujairah, this is a significant disadvantage. I was also unhappy with the kids' club, we came to a master class, as a result, the girl was on the phone, and the children were just on their own, they definitely wouldn't have left the child there, and we didn't go anymore.
-unpleasant smell sometimes in the evenings (they say there are sewage treatment plants nearby)
-the choice of dishes is just small, plus you need to break through the crowd to put something on a plate. This is the most unpleasant thing, and the hot dishes were put in a corner, in one place, because of this, there are still queues. Because of the people, the service cannot cope, it is difficult to find a table with clean appliances. The child even asked why they didn't come up to us, before that we were at the Sheraton in Dubai, so they came up every time and asked what kind of wine you would like, even pasta was brewed separately for my son. There is no such approach here, we ate by ourselves, and it's better to hurry up and say goodbye. By the way, you have to stand in line for wine too.
From the conclusions: the luxury rooms are captivating, but because of the small territory, uncomfortable and crowded in the restaurant, we will not return here a second time.
There is a Sandy Hotel to the right of the hotel, simpler, but it is clear that the territory is huge and beautiful, like a park, next time we will stay there. We came here for Snoopy Island, and we saw the turtles, which is the most important thing)

For the first time on the 9th floor, the sea view is just a musty, damp room. The humidity is so high that things in the closet are wet. They ran away in the night, because it was impossible to breathe. The number was changed, thanks for that.

Bedbugs or not, they didn't explain it to me. I run to the reception, show photos, video- the room was closed for processing, and we are moving again with suitcases.

For the rest of the days, I just didn't unpack my suitcase, and I rather wanted to go home.
In general, the 5 hotel does not pull at all.
Beach: the entrance to the sea is good. But, there is a steel rope stretched underwater somewhere in the middle that is not visible. So I cut my leg like that about him. Why it was not marked with a float is not clear.

I will write the main disadvantages, knowing which I would not choose this hotel. Restaurant service is to stand in line on your own for tea, coffee and all drinks except water and juice, you also take them and carry them yourself, but the bartender, who works alone for the entire restaurant, does not pour them. The queue is often for 15 minutes or you need to choose the moment. When asked by the waiter to bring a drink, he pretended that he did not understand. It happens that there is no queue, but the very concept that you will not be escorted to the table and asked what you want leaves much to be desired. Cosmetics in the room are the cheapest, not at all like they read in the reviews, not Elemis. The advantages of animation, if you need it, instead of calm relaxation and good service. There is not much choice of food in the restaurant, but you can find something to eat. But hot fish is often over-salted, red fish for breakfast only 2 times a week. No one will call you a taxi at the hotel, even if you insist on it, they will only offer you a hotel taxi, which is almost 2 times more expensive than a taxi according to the meter. If you want to search and call yourself, that was the answer) There were hotels nearby and they were called there without any problems. I will note a good location in the hotel, everything is thought out, with a very small hotel area. There is a bar on the beach, in the pool, in the hotel.

We stayed in hotels from 15.02 to 27.02.24. Great hotel, had a wonderful rest. Friendly staff. I would like to mention the work of the restaurant. If there are a lot of people in the hotel, you have to stand in line at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner to sit at the table. The pool is small but heated. We stayed at this hotel together from December 30, 2024 to January 7, 2025 according to the "All Inclusive" system and celebrated the New Year here. It is noteworthy that about 80% of the campers spoke Russian, and there were also Russian-speaking employees among the staff.
The hotel made a pleasant impression on us: new finishes, well-maintained grounds and a beautiful swimming pool with beautiful views of the sea and the reef.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a magnificent view of the mountains.
We were also pleased with the quality of alcoholic beverages in the bar – my head didn't hurt in the morning, which indicates the good quality of alcohol. The staff was polite and friendly; they gratefully accepted tips. The bar offered three beers (Becks, Lowenbrau and Budweiser), wines (white, pink and red), as well as a variety of spirits and cocktails. On the roof of the hotel, you could enjoy a hookah for 95 dirhams.
The animation in the hotel deserves the most positive words. Organized activities such as foam parties, yoga, beach volleyball, table tennis and other activities did not let you get bored. We also liked the attention to children – children's parties were held every evening on the ground floor. For adults, Ozone Bar regularly hosted evening events on the roof of the hotel, including karaoke, belly dancing and DJ performances.
However, the most significant disadvantage of our stay was the food. Unfortunately, the quality of the dishes does not meet expectations and we faced difficulties in finding delicious food. The food here was worse in taste and variety than in cheap hotels in Turkey and Egypt. Salads made from fresh vegetables with pasta or potatoes were not very popular, and the presence of oriental spices in each dish made it difficult for those who cannot stand meat dishes to enjoy them. Fast food at lunch was my salvation.
Fortunately, the breakfast turned out to be more neutral - with a choice of eggs, cereals and muesli. However, I was disappointed with the number of red fish – only twice during the entire stay.
The only day when the food really pleased was the New Year's Eve dinner, where delicious rolls with lots of fish, seafood, beef steaks, red fish, and so on were offered.
I would like to note that in previous reviews, many guests also expressed dissatisfaction with the cuisine, but this was less emphasized, probably due to the lack of other noticeable shortcomings of the hotel.
There are also several restaurants on site: Italian (where you can have lunch or dinner for free), Japanese (paid, where we enjoyed delicious rolls twice) and seafood (which we did not go to).
In general, I can sum up that the price of the hotel is not entirely justified, given the serious problems with food. However, the rest of our stay was very pleasant and we met a lot of interesting people.

A new hotel. The rooms are spacious. Mattresses, pillows, and pastel linen are very comfortable. Cosmetics in the bathroom are of a high level, replenished in a timely manner. The food is of high quality, the choice is not huge, but everything is edible, fresh and very tasty. Every evening there is a dinner themed around the cuisine of a certain country. A Russian-speaking employee is on duty at the reception from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The staff is helpful, not intrusive. The territory of the hotel is not large. There are enough sun beds on the beach, there are always free and clean ones. The hotel is located in the village, there is nowhere to walk, only along the beach. There is no entertainment outside the hotel. There is a small shop in the hotel and a 10-minute walk across the street. I recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

Rooms. We had 2 rooms. Standard and suite with sea view. The hotel is new, but already somewhat shabby. The rooms are large, the smart home system, which can turn on the lights for no reason at night by itself. The suites have a capsule coffee machine. Instant coffee is in the standards. Cosmetics are actually cheap. The minibar is empty. They clean well.
Sea. We got to a few days of maximum ebb, it was possible to step over the buoys. At low tide, it can be seen that construction debris was dumped into the sea: cut tiles, pieces of brick. Sometimes there are a lot of sightseeing boats sailing to Snoopy Island, and then packages, wrappers and plastic cups are nailed to the shore of the hotel. I will attach photos of both tiles and plastic to the photo. We went swimming on the beach of a nearby hotel, it's cleaner there.
The territory, well, it doesn't exist. The hotel and the passage to the sea past the pool, that's all.
The pool, it is clear that this is not the main need here, but still the pool is frankly small for a hotel of this size, and shallow, there is a kind of Infinity edge, but there is no space where you can swim, just stand beautifully with a glass.
Restaurant and bars. No more than 4. There is a decent assortment for breakfast. Lunches and dinners are boring. Fish is only a sea tongue every day, but it is cooked in different ways, a lot of side dishes, steamed vegetables are well cooked, sweets are not tasty, fruits are only watermelon, tasteless melon and orange, dates are added for breakfast. Well, in general, I read the definition somewhere in the reviews: the food is hearty, that's the most accurate definition. The food at the hotel is hearty! In the snack bar, only fast food is available for snacks, no vegetables and fruits, as well as protein food is not represented. A creepy ice cream that is mistakenly distributed from the baskin-Robins stall.
Alcohol is all inclusive: 3 types of canned beer, dry white, pink, red wine. They eat strong alcohol, make cocktails, but they don't really know how.
Animation. I won't say anything about the nursery, my children have already grown up. There is an adult, Russian guys spend it, but damn, as my daughter said: Anapa vibe under Artur Pirozhkov. My son went to play volleyball, no one ever deigned to spill water on the field so that there would be no dust. Although the field is located right next to the sunbeds, and the water is carried out, the hose is lying around, but no one bothered to prepare the field for the yu game.
There is no place to sit beautifully with a cup of coffee or a glass. On the 15th floor in the evening it is possible, but there is no view, no joy, plus they smoke in the room and there is no hood. It is very difficult to breathe. The sports bar on the ground floor stinks of some kind of food.
In the autumn of 2024, the hotel changed its manager, do not try to focus on earlier reviews, since the change of the manager led to the replacement of cosmetics with very cheap, and "all inclusive" fell in price. For all inclusive, you can go for one dinner or lunch at an Italian restaurant. In the photo I will post the menu of an Italian restaurant, an all-inclusive alcohol menu.

The pool area has everything for a good rest. The disadvantage is that the hotel is located far from populated areas. To see something you need to spend a lot of time and some funds. We need to leave. In general, a very good hotel for a beach holiday. During my visit, the majority of tourists, 70 percent, were Russians, 15 percent from Kazakhstan, the rest from Europe and Asia.

We stayed at this hotel twice: in March (it was Ramadan, so there were appropriate restrictions), and in October 2024.
First of all, I want to note that this hotel is suitable for people with gluten-free meals! I also have a dairy-free diet, so there are a lot of nuances with food on vacation, but not in this place! Chefs and administrators will be as attentive as possible, prepare pancakes for tomorrow, and main dishes, and even (on request) make you rice porridge. Meat, fish, salads with seafood have always been available to us! The rooms are spacious and bright! Both the bathroom and the shower room with a rain shower, room cleaning every day, shower accessories in individual packages, replenished every day. The bed linen is clean, it is changed every other day. The beds are large, comfortable mattresses and pillows. There is a lot of light in the room and for every taste: general, bedside, muted.
The room has a kettle, tea and instant coffee with cream. Bottled water is replenished daily. Ironing board, iron in the room. On TV, you can find information about the hotel and the work of baroy, 3-4 Russian channels.
WiFi is a different story - it works perfectly throughout the hotel, as if on the beach, in the room, in the restaurant or in the lobby.
The beach is clean sand, stationary umbrellas, 2-3 sun beds under each. Sun beds in a mesh, that is, sand and water do not linger. You get beach towels by the pool card, they are also soft, clean and not torn! There are also 2 fresh water showers on the beach. The swimming area in the sea is fenced with buoys, there is plenty of it until the moment of departure. But if the tide is out, the water goes out after lunch very much... The entrance to the sea is smooth, you will find a shell at most. There is a volleyball court, a ball area, and a kiosk with water, juice and beer right on the beach (so as not to go upstairs to the pool bar).
The pool is a kind of pool (I think it's called Infinity, but I'm not sure). From the ladder to the deep part, there is a gradual change in depth. Be careful with the water bar: the steps to it in the pool are poorly contoured, you can stumble. The water is always clean, there is no garbage and no smell. And the water temperature is cooler than in the sea.
The animation program starts at 10 a.m., and music is played by the pool. It's loud to me, but the echoes on the beach are the best.
The morning starts with gymnastics, then aqua aerobics in the pool, in parallel with this, children are engaged in the children's club. A children's playground with a soft surface, a small children's pool.
After lunch, volleyball, stretching, darts and some other activities. And in the evening, after the children's disco, they show belly dancing, or live music in the bar. There are film screenings in Russian with subtitles.
The staff at the hotel is wonderful! Firstly, it was very pleasant that after half a year and after a busy season for people, the hotel staff remembered us! Everyone is friendly, polite! Most of them are sociable! They solve all your questions that arise - the main thing is to speak and ask. I would also like to mention the chef Ibrahim, who prepared gluten-free and dairy-free breakfasts, lunches and dinners for us - "just tell me what you want"! The Sole manager is the sweetest, most friendly and sociable! Senior waiters Rabie and Mohammed - your attentiveness is our everything! The waiters, in particular Mustafa - it's only necessary to come - the drinks are already on the table!) Unfortunately, I didn't remember the names of all the bartenders, but Asma and Karim made the most unforgettable impressions!

I would like to mention the delicious and varied breakfasts. When there were A la carte restaurants in February, they were included in the price of the tour, this time the hotel changed the concept and they became paid. There is nowhere to walk outside the hotel, but if you need a beach holiday for a few days, then this is the place. The sea is warm, clean, the bottom and the beach are fine sand! I would like to mention the hotel staff, who promptly responds to all questions that arise. The territory of the hotel is not very large, but clean and cozy.

It is possible to swim to turtle Island both without equipment by pure swimming, and there is an opportunity with scuba diving. For fans of sup or jocks, there is also the opportunity to rent and swim. And I'm glad that it's not just the name turtle island, but they really are there, as well as beautiful fish.

We were unlucky with the sea, there were a lot of algae for 3 days, but it's useful, but the fact that besides algae plastic bottles, cups, slippers float in the sea is not very good. I liked the hotel itself, it's clean, the rooms are large, everything is new, it works well. Tea, coffee, kettle in the room, shampoos, lotions, toothpaste, brushes, shaving machine, slippers, bathrobes, hair dryer. Everything is at 5. The staff is working fine. There was enough food, very tasty beef and rice. Not tasty fruits, watermelons are not sweet at all. Tomatoes are not tasty, like grass. In bars, not all types of cocktails are included in the all-inclusive package. Aperol, martini, etc. -for a fee. But in general, we are happy with the rest. Solid is good.

The territory is small, you can say it is not there at all.
There is no food. There is a very small selection of dishes. No, of course you won't go hungry, but I've never seen such a small assortment anywhere.
The hotel is declared as a family hotel, for families with young children. There is nothing to feed the children. There is no children's menu at all. This claim is from all guests with children. Kids could be fed French fries and pasta. Our baby vomited repeatedly from the juice in the glass vessels.
There were practically no children involved in the children's club. They were on their own. Our child did not want to go there, although he loves kindergarten very much and is very sociable.
To top it all off, we two adults were severely poisoned. To the point that I had to call an ambulance. For several days after that, they were forced to eat rice and breadcrumbs.

The sea is excellent, the beach is sandy, very dense, the approach is gentle, suitable for children. The staff is friendly. There is a children's animation, but they have only one employee there who actually works with children, the rest work with frowning faces. I took off one star, because of baby food, I strained for children with food, the children's table is pasta, French fries, and nuggets, so we don't feed the children.

The hotel is amazing, new, clean, the room is cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly, they speak Russian well, they also understand English. A good buffet, a variety of dishes, it was very tasty and everything is always fresh! We also had cocktails and all alcohol included - they do well, they don't "barge", they pour enough alcohol, and the alcohol is good. Beautiful mountains are visible nearby, which can not but please - not just the sea around, but at least some variety. The territory of the hotel as a whole is large - enough to take a break from the hustle and bustle of work, but the only thing is that the children's pool is too close to an adult. You get tired of the screams of children, and there are a lot of them in the hotel. But this is not a claim to the hotel, but to parents who come with ill-mannered children (not all, of course).

I called the waiter, he called the restaurant manager, they took the glass from me and left. No apologies, there was nothing from them. I went to the reception, the receptionist apologized and called the manager of the restaurant, an absolutely nervous man, said that it was mashed soup and there could not be glass there, since it was whipped with a blender, that is, even if the glass had somehow turned out to be there, the blender would have ground it. By the way, this man did not apologize either, but he was also aggressive and furious. I almost ate the glass, and they make it look like I'm lying, cool. I suggested checking the cameras in the kitchen, in the very hall of the restaurant, I have nothing to hide. Why should I do this before leaving? For what purpose? As an apology, the receptionist offered fruit or alcohol, I refused, why? I have everything turned on, so I eat and drink as much as I want. Before checking out of the hotel, the hotel manager apologized at the reception and offered a suite on my next visit, of course, they know perfectly well that I am leaving and did not offer anything sensible. And I'm not going to this hotel anymore.
And so, I want to say that the hotel is normal, but this glass ruined all the good impression! Eat carefully, who knows where that glass came from.
