The rest was magical! The service is 5+, we liked everything. I recommend staying at this hotel. We are delighted with the ocean and the view from the balcony was wonderful! The furniture in the rooms is still new, everything was always delicious in the restaurant. Great cocktails were made in bars. I really want to go back there on vacation again.

I will write the main disadvantages, knowing which I would not choose this hotel. Restaurant service is to stand in line on your own for tea, coffee and all drinks except water and juice, you also take them and carry them yourself, but the bartender, who works alone for the entire restaurant, does not pour them. The queue is often for 15 minutes or you need to choose the moment. When asked by the waiter to bring a drink, he pretended that he did not understand. It happens that there is no queue, but the very concept that you will not be escorted to the table and asked what you want leaves much to be desired. Cosmetics in the room are the cheapest, not at all like they read in the reviews, not Elemis. The advantages of animation, if you need it, instead of calm relaxation and good service. There is not much choice of food in the restaurant, but you can find something to eat. But hot fish is often over-salted, red fish for breakfast only 2 times a week. No one will call you a taxi at the hotel, even if you insist on it, they will only offer you a hotel taxi, which is almost 2 times more expensive than a taxi according to the meter. If you want to search and call yourself, that was the answer) There were hotels nearby and they were called there without any problems. A great new 5* all inclusive hotel. Most of the vacationers are Russians, the rest are local or expats living in the UAE. Excellent service, kitchen and kids club. The sea is a magical Indian Ocean. Get up early, and besides the beautiful sunrise, graceful turtles are waiting for you.

A wonderful hotel! Friendly staff, excellent wi-fi, amazing sports bar. Yes, there are queues in the restaurant, but if you arrive on time, there is always a table with your personal waiter. The sea is 5 out of 5, the beach is 5 out of 5. Interesting animation. I recommend it to everyone! We collected the passports, returned them in 15 minutes with insurance and a voucher for check-in. At 14.00 we provided a luxurious room, + lunch. The kitchen is on a very good level, the choice is good. If desired, either a buffet or cooked from under a " knife ", for you according to your choice. Fish every day, everything is fresh, and all from the Gulf of Oman. Crema Dora, Tuna, Cupid, etc. Shrimp, squid and even crabs! If you want pasta, you want it with vegetables, for every taste. The staff is trained, and most importantly, the management. Alkazzaz Mohamed-professionally, clearly and with great respect for the guests. Russian-speaking managers at the reception: Ekaterina, Anna, bravo! There was not a single issue that was not resolved. The ocean is beautiful, even the ebb tide did not bother. The remoteness from civilization, with a short trip to Fujairah for shopping, did not bother! I wanted to relax, it worked out. Fitness, spa area with sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi - everything for relaxation. Not everyone attends, so it's nice to have a minimum of people like at home. The air conditioning is excellent, and most importantly, it will completely adjust to you. In a word, the hotel has everything to get a rest here and now. I highly recommend it.

The hotel itself and the grounds are always clean. The staff is very friendly. The weather was pleasant. We were at this hotel from February 19th to March 1st. The hotel staff will always solve any problem without demanding money for it. We bought two excursions: to the zoo and to Oman. Everything is wonderful! The beach is nice, clean, the coastline is very large. I really enjoyed the rest. I recommend the hotel!

I really liked the hotel. Good available rooms, quick cleaning every day, automated light and air conditioning system, which is very convenient. The food is super, alcohol is also whatever you want, everything is included.
I agree that the territory is small, in fact it does not exist. There is a swimming pool, but there are a lot of children there and the pool is hot for lunch)
Most of all confused that you need to OCCUPY the sun beds in the morning))) someone goes out at 5-6 in the morning to take the desired place, this is a fatality.

We stayed at this hotel twice: in March (it was Ramadan, so there were appropriate restrictions), and in October 2024.
First of all, I want to note that this hotel is suitable for people with gluten-free meals! I also have a dairy-free diet, so there are a lot of nuances with food on vacation, but not in this place! Chefs and administrators will be as attentive as possible, prepare pancakes for tomorrow, and main dishes, and even (on request) make you rice porridge. Meat, fish, salads with seafood have always been available to us! And for my birthday, we even made a gluten-free cake) from desserts for ordinary people, a variety of cakes, there were always fruits and jelly for us. Dates for breakfast. Watermelons, melons, oranges, grapefruits, pineapples are made from fruits.
Regarding the food, I can say that the assortment is diverse, for every taste! But we always had separate portions.
Drinks that are alcoholic, that used to be very decent, delicious. Coffee - mmm, delight! Grain coffee, no powdered coffee at all! Depending on the bar, only the coffee machines themselves differed. And everywhere you can get coffee or tea with you)
The rooms are spacious and bright! Both the bathroom and the shower room with a rain shower, room cleaning every day, shower accessories in individual packages, replenished every day. The bed linen is clean, it is changed every other day. The beds are large, comfortable mattresses and pillows. There is a lot of light in the room and for every taste: general, bedside, muted.
The room has a kettle, tea and instant coffee with cream. Bottled water is replenished daily. Ironing board, iron in the room. On TV, you can find information about the hotel and the work of baroy, 3-4 Russian channels.
WiFi is a different story - it works perfectly throughout the hotel, as if on the beach, in the room, in the restaurant or in the lobby.
The beach is clean sand, stationary umbrellas, 2-3 sun beds under each. Sun beds in a mesh, that is, sand and water do not linger. You get beach towels by the pool card, they are also soft, clean and not torn! There are also 2 fresh water showers on the beach. The swimming area in the sea is fenced with buoys, there is plenty of it until the moment of departure. But if the tide is out, the water goes out after lunch very much... The entrance to the sea is smooth, you will find a shell at most. There is a volleyball court, a ball area, and a kiosk with water, juice and beer right on the beach (so as not to go upstairs to the pool bar).
The pool is a kind of pool (I think it's called Infinity, but I'm not sure). From the ladder to the deep part, there is a gradual change in depth. Be careful with the water bar: the steps to it in the pool are poorly contoured, you can stumble. The water is always clean, there is no garbage and no smell. And the water temperature is cooler than in the sea.
The animation program starts at 10 a.m., and music is played by the pool. It's loud to me, but the echoes on the beach are the best.
The morning starts with gymnastics, then aqua aerobics in the pool, in parallel with this, children are engaged in the children's club. A children's playground with a soft surface, a small children's pool.
After lunch, volleyball, stretching, darts and some other activities. And in the evening, after the children's disco, they show belly dancing, or live music in the bar. There are film screenings in Russian with subtitles.
The staff at the hotel is wonderful! Firstly, it was very pleasant that after half a year and after a busy season for people, the hotel staff remembered us! Everyone is friendly, polite! Most of them are sociable! They solve all your questions that arise - the main thing is to speak and ask. I would also like to mention the chef Ibrahim, who prepared gluten-free and dairy-free breakfasts, lunches and dinners for us - "just tell me what you want"! The Sole manager is the sweetest, most friendly and sociable! Senior waiters Rabie and Mohammed - your attentiveness is our everything! The waiters, in particular Mustafa - it's only necessary to come - the drinks are already on the table!) Unfortunately, I didn't remember the names of all the bartenders, but Asma and Karim made the most unforgettable impressions!
Bottom line: I recommend this hotel to visit! He met all my expectations from the first visit! The description is true! The beach, the sea, the food, the comfort, the courtesy and attentiveness of the staff - I am delighted!

The hotel is without enthusiasm, for 3+. We were in October 24.
Rooms. We had 2 rooms. Standard and suite with sea view. The hotel is new, but already somewhat shabby. The rooms are large, the smart home system, which can turn on the lights for no reason at night by itself. The suites have a capsule coffee machine. Instant coffee is in the standards. Cosmetics are actually cheap. The minibar is empty. They clean well.
Sea. We got to a few days of maximum ebb, it was possible to step over the buoys. At low tide, it can be seen that construction debris was dumped into the sea: cut tiles, pieces of brick. Sometimes there are a lot of sightseeing boats sailing to Snoopy Island, and then packages, wrappers and plastic cups are nailed to the shore of the hotel. I will attach photos of both tiles and plastic to the photo. We went swimming on the beach of a nearby hotel, it's cleaner there.
The territory, well, it doesn't exist. The hotel and the passage to the sea past the pool, that's all.
The pool, it is clear that this is not the main need here, but still the pool is frankly small for a hotel of this size, and shallow, there is a kind of Infinity edge, but there is no space where you can swim, just stand beautifully with a glass.
Restaurant and bars. No more than 4. There is a decent assortment for breakfast. Lunches and dinners are boring. Fish is only a sea tongue every day, but it is cooked in different ways, a lot of side dishes, steamed vegetables are well cooked, sweets are not tasty, fruits are only watermelon, tasteless melon and orange, dates are added for breakfast. Well, in general, I read the definition somewhere in the reviews: the food is hearty, that's the most accurate definition. The food at the hotel is hearty! In the snack bar, only fast food is available for snacks, no vegetables and fruits, as well as protein food is not represented. A creepy ice cream that is mistakenly distributed from the baskin-Robins stall.
Alcohol is all inclusive: 3 types of canned beer, dry white, pink, red wine. They eat strong alcohol, make cocktails, but they don't really know how.
Animation. I won't say anything about the nursery, my children have already grown up. There is an adult, Russian guys spend it, but damn, as my daughter said: Anapa vibe under Artur Pirozhkov. My son went to play volleyball, no one ever deigned to spill water on the field so that there would be no dust. Although the field is located right next to the sunbeds, and the water is carried out, the hose is lying around, but no one bothered to prepare the field for the yu game.
There is no place to sit beautifully with a cup of coffee or a glass. On the 15th floor in the evening it is possible, but there is no view, no joy, plus they smoke in the room and there is no hood. It is very difficult to breathe. The sports bar on the ground floor stinks of some kind of food.
In the autumn of 2024, the hotel changed its manager, do not try to focus on earlier reviews, since the change of the manager led to the replacement of cosmetics with very cheap, and "all inclusive" fell in price. For all inclusive, you can go for one dinner or lunch at an Italian restaurant. In the photo I will post the menu of an Italian restaurant, an all-inclusive alcohol menu.

We were in July, and for me there are only 2 disadvantages: intense heat and a choppy ocean. I love the calm, warm sea, but I didn't get to see it here. The waves knocked me down. The rest is 10+. Due to the off-season, the hotel's load was around 30%, but the animation still tried to create a festive atmosphere! Great guys! The rooms are gorgeous, the staff is attentive. A very decent place.

The day before departure, we decided to visit an Italian restaurant, my first dish was mushroom soup. I'm sitting, so I'm eating it and I feel something scraping against my teeth, it turned out to be glass! There was a piece of glass in the soup!!! I called the waiter, he called the restaurant manager, they took the glass from me and left. No apologies, there was nothing from them. I went to the reception, the receptionist apologized and called the manager of the restaurant, an absolutely nervous man, said that it was mashed soup and there could not be glass there, since it was whipped with a blender, that is, even if the glass had somehow turned out to be there, the blender would have ground it. By the way, this man did not apologize either, but he was also aggressive and furious. I almost ate the glass, and they make it look like I'm lying, cool. I suggested checking the cameras in the kitchen, in the very hall of the restaurant, I have nothing to hide. Why should I do this before leaving? For what purpose? As an apology, the receptionist offered fruit or alcohol, I refused, why? I have everything turned on, so I eat and drink as much as I want. Before checking out of the hotel, the hotel manager apologized at the reception and offered a suite on my next visit, of course, they know perfectly well that I am leaving and did not offer anything sensible. And I'm not going to this hotel anymore.

We liked the hotel! We were on vacation for a week from a tour operator, for a small surcharge, we doubled the room by a suite (we were with 3 children) with its own mini-kitchen and 2 rooms. The staff is polite, they love children. In the afternoon they gave ice cream and juices. The food is very tasty, varied, always full, there is a lot of choice. The location of the sea is good: near the island, where many beautiful large and small fish, turtles and even a shark were seen. The supermarket store is 10 minutes across the wasteland, we went 1 time for masks and tubes (3 times cheaper than at the hotel). There is a restaurant on the roof, the view is mesmerizing.

Not a big, tidy hotel. We had a room with a view of the sea and the island. At low tide, you can get closer to the island and watch the fish and turtles. It was the first time I saw a turtle in its natural environment. People are being taken there from other islands for money, and we are next to this island. You can walk by yourself, and swim a little somewhere. Take a mask with you and immerse yourself in the aquatic world.
One of the disadvantages is that there is a queue at the entrance to the restaurant for dinner.
