I would also like to be able to take a classic iron on request. It's quite inconvenient to iron classic shirts and trousers with a steamer, and I'm used to doing this myself, rather than giving it away for a fee. We booked a room on the OFFICIAL website a month before the trip, and they sent us a CONFIRMATION. After that, a reminder about the trip was sent 4 days before the trip. On the day of arrival, the reception says that our reservation is not available and there are no rooms available! We show you emails with all the confirmations, and they answer us with a straight face - we don't have your reservation. As a result, I urgently had to call other hotels and look for available ones. And it was at 2 a.m...
The hotel was found within an hour, and before leaving, the reception staff promised that a senior manager would come in the morning and figure out what had happened to our reservations and call us back. In the end, no one called back, or even apologized. I strongly do not recommend it if you do not want to be in a similar situation. I am enclosing all the booking documents.

Good afternoon! We booked a hotel for three double suites in Tashkent for 4 nights through Booking in October 2024 2 months before the trip. Confirmation has arrived, everything is as usual. Before this hotel, we were still in Bukhara and Samarkand. We arrive in the late afternoon of October 12th. They immediately told us that there were no rooms for us and allegedly sent me a cancellation by mail. When, to whom and where they wrote and why there is no notification on the Booking, they could not answer. At the reception, the hotel staff immediately offered a couple of other hotels included in their network. We went to see the hotels, obviously tired, not corresponding to the level of Supervision, tried to persuade them to stay. After the scandal, they offered to go to the hotel for 2 times the price of the booked reservation. Because it was forever, everyone was already tired and wanted to solve the issue of overnight accommodation, stayed in a more expensive hotel for the night. In the morning, this hotel solved the issue of paying for the price of the Passport, again not without scandal and moved to another hotel, which still had to be searched and skated around Tashkent, instead of resting for 6 people. Very convenient service....
Conclusion - due to the beautiful picture and low price, the owners of the hotel are trying to fill their other, less attractive hotels... Deception and that's all, it's probably more expensive to make repairs than to fill the hotel like that.... I wrote to Booking about such a scheme of the hotel. It's a great hotel, the guys at the reception always help with whatever you ask them, even in the most difficult situations they will call and find out and do their best. It is rare to meet such a staff nowadays, I recommend it for a trip to Tashkent.
