I am in this hotel at the moment, the hotel does not meet the stated level of 5 stars from the word at all. On the first day of check-in, I spent almost 5 hours at the reception, although I arrived at the time of check-in.There is a smell of sewage in the room, salt water flows from the faucet and shower. The whole bed has a foreign smell, the pillows are mildewed. All dishes in restaurants are chipped, poorly washed
, there is no water supply in the glass in the 5-star hotel, everything is completely covered in plastic and plastic dishes. The hotel completely lacks customer orientation, they do not respond to comments, but offer to leave the hotel. Since I am an experienced traveler, I will not recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances!!!
It's a great hotel, there's nothing to complain about.
Multi-level clean pools, spacious rooms. Wet cleaning every day. Excellent two-level beach. White flour sand, azure water. What is important: the tides are minimal. But you can swim at low tide only in corral slippers. Because you can step on hedgehogs. The hotel staff will help you cope, but it's better without it. There are a lot of annoying sellers on the lower part of the beach: grass, massage, figurines, beaded bracelets. But they are all civilized and not dangerous. Decent alcohol for a fee, but inexpensive ($8 cocktail). Excellent beer included in the diet, excellent bottled South African wine. The food is great. The tap water is brackish and very hard. You won't be able to lather up. In general, it looks like a level Egyptian hotel, but with Seychelles sand and water. I highly recommend it.
