The first negative experience in Minsk, Belarus! An American friend ordered a bouquet in June of this year. Delivered on time, looked good, but the next day it wilted and looked bad. The bouquet cost $200. I was very upset and the mood was ruined. I called, but they told me that the director was not working, it was Thursday. On Monday, I called back and talked to the director. She explained that I had damaged the packaging and the flowers wilted the next day. I have not seen this in any country in the world. That the bouquet had to be put in a vase in cellophane and paper. Is this normal? The vase that was included was low and did not fit the bouquet, it fell out of it. After talking to me in raised tones, she offered to call her an hour in advance and come any day of the week and she would make the same or even better bouquet. I called her 2 hours in advance, not 1 hour as she asked, she said she would not be there, but another employee would be waiting for me, I took a taxi and arrived. The employee said that he would no longer give me a bouquet, and as compensation, the director recommended that he give me dried flowers similar to a bouquet for the cemetery... I refused. Why come to them, waste time and money on taxis, waste time... The director of the Rozmarin salon deceived and humiliated me twice! This is terrible! It is a shame that such unscrupulous people work in such a wonderful city and deceive foreign tourists. What will they think about Belarus? This is my first country where customers are so deceived and humiliated. I can't recommend this business to ANYONE!!! Contact other flower companies in Minsk! I haven't had any problems with flowers here from other companies. Probably, the 5-star reviews about them are also fake, but written by friends...

I really love this place, the most friendly employees, young and qualified. You can attach more than just a postcard to a bouquet of flowers!
There is also a diverse selection for the interior
I ordered chocolate-covered strawberries and flowers for the girl on March 8th. Everything was delivered by the agreed time, the strawberries are delicious, but....The flowers had all fallen apart the next day. I was very upset by the quality of the flowers.
