An ordinary rose can be said to be Kenya or Ecuador. To ensure that customers are satisfied and do not feel cheated, specify the cost for each product category. This is both right and fair. For example, in the store on Voronyansky everything is correct and honest, but on Korzhenevsky, alas...there is something to strive for. The price must be specified!!!
Unfortunately, after visiting the store, there was a bitter aftertaste. Four employees of the store continued their work (2 were sitting on a laptop, 2 were packing bouquets), without offering me ANYTHING to buy. After my words about SMS to others, I did not receive words of congratulations or at least a smile either ((. I began to look at the windows alone, saw a new Matthiola flower and asked the seller what kind of flower. And do you know what I heard in response? "Mattiola" 🤷🤷 Neither how to take care of it, nor how much it costs.. Of course I didn't buy anything ☹️
The florist did not allow to check the quality of the roses, they say it is forbidden to touch roses. Even though I wanted to buy them (white 60cm). And it is necessary to check here, because with the last purchase without checking, all the roses fell off literally the next day. Yes, and at the entrance, none of the two employees in the store even said hello, and just pretended that I wasn't there. Don't set foot here anymore!
There are no questions about roses. They were fresh. The prices are low. But the variety in the store itself is small. Probably need to order in advance.
The girl at the checkout is unpleasant, does not respond to "hello" and "goodbye". She worked quite politely in the hall.

One of the bouquets was terrible, all the buds were in a semi-wilted state, with brown and yellow spots. Externally, looking at the bouquet, one would think that this bouquet had gone through the war.
Instead of fresh roses, they brought me roses that look like they have been for two or three days.
The operator convinced me that the roses were for today.
At my request, replace (at their nearest point)at least a couple of roses from the bouquets for fresher ones, I was beautifully sent and referred to the fact that, according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, flowers are not exchangeable and refundable.
As a result, I was left with a half-withered bouquet of roses, which I was even ashamed to give.
I am very upset with their service
Because I was sure that this was the best flower delivery organization.
As it turned out, this is the worst of all flower organizations.
All this beauty cost 45 rubles
The bouquet was beautiful on the website, 25 roses, ordered by a certain time. Upon arriving at the store, the staff swore among themselves, there was no attention and no banal hello. The customer orientation is just 0. And the roses are so tiny, the whole bouquet turned out to be the size of a palm. I do not advise anyone to order online in this store, and in general the store left only negative impressions.
You can buy flowers. The choice is not huge, but there is a decent one. The service was good, it was not an ordinary gift and the girls helped a lot. But of course to be in the basement visit... And so you can buy preity.

We ordered a bouquet, after placing the order it turned out that there was no selected box and some flowers from the bouquet. But by agreement, they still made a beautiful bouquet, although different from what was on the site

We made a comment on the packaging, we decided on our own price, we said if the packaging was changed, the price would rise. It's complete nonsense, they didn't teach you how to communicate.
I took flowers in the evening, for delivery the next day in the morning. The rose variety on the site was listed as penny lane. I have never seen such small buds on such a thin stem. They looked more like a noncondition. It became clear that not everyone would live to see the morning. That's why I took it with a reserve. At home, I cleaned all the stems from excess leaves, from thorns, pruned them, put them on water (a lot of water). By morning, minus 4 out of 23 pieces. The service, in my opinion, is at a low level. I do not recommend this store
The staff is not very interested in customers, neither hello nor help you, generally 0 attention to the customer, 4 people and everyone absolutely does not care about your presence.

She asked to show two sizes of roses, they replied that they were the same and showed one, then shouted that roses should not be touched with her hands, although the seller with flowers was standing two meters across the table! I asked twice to fold it in a spiral so that there would be a magnificent bouquet, they folded it tightly anyway and tied it tightly! All this with pursed lips and a dissatisfied look! The service is on top!

Today, 1.03.22 bought roses for a friend's birthday, specially came to 7-15. I bought it, 10 minutes before work. The roses stood in the vase for exactly 4 hours. Heads were lowered. It was scary to watch. It's a shame, because I wanted to please a person. I don't mind the money, it's a shame that this happened. Ruined the mood.

I bought a bouquet for my mother on 11/13/2021, the flowers themselves are good, fresh, but the staff is just terrible. Whatever you ask, they answer sharply and rudely. There is zero service. I would recommend that the management pay attention to the two employees who worked that day, especially at the checkout.
