The flowers are old !! Prices for old flowers are like new ones ! Customer service is poor!

Today, 1.03.22 bought roses for a friend's birthday, specially came to 7-15. I bought it, 10 minutes before work. The roses stood in the vase for exactly 4 hours. Heads were lowered. It was scary to watch. It's a shame, because I wanted to please a person. I don't mind the money, it's a shame that this happened. Ruined the mood.
