How many times I've been there, I've always seen the screams of one of the passport officers. There are two of them. One is young, doing her job, the second, which is older, screams all the time, looking for an excuse to yell. Housing and communal services in general have never been pleased with good work, but here one of the employees clearly stands out. I think if the older passport officer is removed, then this RSC will come very close to a normal place. If you do not take into account the grumpy passport officer, then in general the issues are being resolved there.
I have been to the reception of lawyers on several occasions. From the beginning there was surprise, and then it was taken for granted that all issues were solved competently, kindly, and help was provided, which was not part of the responsibility!
They changed their passport. The girl was very responsive and patient. Her attention and responsiveness won us over, despite the fact that we ruined the form. Thank you for your hard work!😉
