We had a rest with our family from June 1-7, 2022, the hotel is super, we really liked everything, and the food, and the sea, and the rooms, but most of all I liked the service! The guys are very polite and attentive!I especially want to highlight Mustafa, well done! Disco every evening, it was very fun, thanks to the animator Mustafa, by the way the animator is also called Mustafa.I would like to return to this hotel!

My rating of the hotel is 4+
As I understand it, this is one of the oldest hotels on the coast, to be more precise, the hotel received its first guests back in 1992. The contrast is immediately felt against the background of other newer, chic hotels on the coast. So, if the coolness and pomposity of the hotel are important to you, you can not read the review any further.
The hotel has 2 buildings separated by highways: the first building overlooks the sea, the second one overlooks the highway and the city. I lived in the first building.
The hotel is mainly designed for the middle-income population. Contingent: there are many pensioners and families with children, not many young people.
I'll start with the cons, they are mainly related to the age of the hotel and the room in which you obviously will not spend most of your time.
1. The room has quite old furniture, windows, doors, inventory.
2. As a consequence of point 1, you hear both the noise of the sea and the noise from cars passing outside the window, but I must say right away that this minus was quickly reduced, the night of cars goes much less, so you still fall asleep to the pleasant sounds of the tidal waves of the sea
Now to the pros:
1. Delicious food, decent buffet, respect for chefs.
2. Beautiful sea view from the balcony, I did not regret that I took a room with a sea view.
3. Very convenient location of the beach, the first line, the beach at the hotel, so it is cleaned regularly. The beach itself is sandy along the shore and with the entry into the sea, the same sand. In this regard, who, like me, was suffocating on the rocks of the Black Sea coast is a real outlet. No corals or huge slippery boulders.
4. A huge coastline, along which it is very exciting just to walk in both directions. It's not like in Egypt or in Russian resorts, separated by hotel fences or breakwaters.
4. The sea itself, it is clean and not muddy, you will rarely observe floating debris.
5. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, especially the waiters in the restaurant and in the dining room.
6. Daily room cleaning with a change of linen and towels.

I had a vacation in 2022 in September in block B, the rooms are very tired, shabby, there is nothing for people with claims to do here, the biggest advantage is the sea, but the sea is also the sea in Africa. I arrived in June 2023, a room in block A, a gorgeous view from the balcony of the entire coastline, perhaps that's where all the good things end here, the room is dead, furniture in my opinion from Soviet times, no room cleaning, just hang your towels, straighten the bed and that's it, shampoo is not put, plumbing is killed away, taps without strainers, they pour in all directions, a hammam 3 hours a day from 12 to 15, the towel is changed strictly from 8 to 11 am, the attitude of the staff is disgusting, no animation, the waiter in the restaurant is not interrogated to bring appliances and napkins, they can look at you and go on, disappointed, very much if the tea leaves tea is running out, just add water, cups are running out, no one is in a hurry to bring, drink from paper cups, and so on. We had a rest in May 2023 , and I 'm sure nothing has changed !!! Entertainment for children is 0, what is the territory? She just doesn 't exist !!! The tour operator indicated that this hotel is 5* , but it is not 4* and do not believe anyone, * it was removed in 2022, the water park was also indicated - alas, none of the vacationers found it!!!There is nothing interesting for young people! The dishes were dirty, I had to wipe them with wet wipes, the appliances, tables, tablecloths were all dirty!! Of food, not starved - But not wow! It's very simple!! We had a vacation in May with the children. 5* There is no smell here. The rooms are terrible, there is fungus in the bathroom, and they painted paint on top of it ... there is no animation from the word at all. Children's dances have the same music all week. Food... something with something. There's nothing to eat. We ate spaghetti all week and saved ourselves with a snack bar. We lived in building B. The Windows overlooked the highway, the first night we did not sleep at all from the noise. The air conditioners did not work, they said it was out of season and had not yet been turned on. The staff is rude, in order to move to block A, they asked for 3,500 rubles extra per day, but there are the same rooms, it's not worth it.
The guide from Anex is a separate story. Sky-high prices for excursions. Look for yourself in advance what you want to visit, so it will be cheaper. We went on an excursion to dino park-the seals got sick, there was no show, the park is old, it did not inspire…
Among the advantages: free WiFi throughout and a sandy beach.

We had a rest with a friend at this hotel, she is here for the fourth time, I really like everything. Good food, excellent service, clean beach and sea, the entrance to the sea is just wonderful. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, it was comfortable to be in the room, absolutely everything worked in the room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, which is very important to support communication with loved ones. There is a snack bar where delicious coffee is brewed. The animation was at the highest level (animator Suleiman did a great job), live music, great performances! The staff is very respectful, positive and helpful people. In general, I liked everything, I recommend it!

We vacationed at the Rubi Hotel in July 2023 with our family.
The hotel is not 5 stars, that's for sure. Not even economy 5, somewhere 3 stars.
What did you like:
1) The sea and a private beach are the only things here from 5 stars. The sand is pleasant, the entrance to the sea is gentle, the water is clean.
2) We arrived with a child and they made a separate place for us on the sofa next to the bed. Comfortable.
3) Free, fast enough Wi-Fi in the rooms and almost throughout the hotel.
4) Public bar/restaurant with sea view.
5) There is a swimming pool in the hotel itself with cool water. It refreshes and does not burn.
6) we were given a lunch box without a reminder before an early departure. The food wasn't great, but the attention was nice. Thanks to the reception.
What didn't you like:
1) the hotel is old, the rooms are poorly maintained. We lived in block B. There are a lot of ants on the balcony.
2) the air conditioner in the room can barely cope with the heat and it will not work to leave it when you leave the room - you will be given only one card per room (in order for the electricity in the room to work, the card must always be in a special compartment near the door). You leave, take the card, and the electricity goes out.
3) for the most part, the staff is not interested, not friendly and does not greet the guests. They almost always pretend not to notice you.
Russian Russian. There was a case as soon as we stopped by - I tried to order a drink at the bar - the waiters pretended that they did not understand Russian and then asked me to leave in Russian. Then it was more or less, but the staff had very little initiative, enthusiasm and friendliness.
They really like to pretend that they understand only Turkish, then it turns out that they understand English and even Russian. The most normal were the female waiters. And then we always left tips.
4) I didn't like the food - it wasn't enough and it wasn't tasty. You will not stay hungry, but you are unlikely to get pleasure either. There wasn't even an elementary omelet and scrambled eggs every day. They somehow alternated every day between an omelet (as they see it), then an ordinary fried egg with an uncooked yolk, then some kind of rolls. Only boiled eggs every day. It was a shock to me. Even the most average Russian hotels manage to provide eggs in different forms for breakfast.
There is little meat and they often make "cutlets" by mixing meat with cereals and other things. Sausages, sausages are absolutely not tasty (although they say that it is the same everywhere in Turkey).
From good food - cheese, cucumber, tomato, watermelon, bread and other small things.
The fish was always the same species and very bony.
And.... Yes.... The plates are dirty through one. With the remains of unwashed food.
The A la Cart restaurant turned out to be not working at all, although we were told every day "we just ran out of places already." And you had to come up at exactly 12:30 to hear it.
5) with cleaning both in the room and on the beach - so-so. Blankets and towels are usually laid out in the room, garbage is taken out, water and toilet paper are brought. If you want them to clean up, you have to ask in person. The towels were changed for us once in 10 days, and that was because we asked for it ourselves (they should have been every 3 days, if I'm not mistaken).
There is sand from the tiles on the beach, they try to clean up the main garbage, but there are plenty of cigarette butts in the sand everywhere.
6) you will not find any free sunbeds on the beach in the morning and evening (not counting 5-6 am and after 19 pm). It didn't bother us much, but it's important to someone. We would take our beach blanket and lay it somewhere against the wall of the hotel in the shade.
In general, I rate the hotel at 3+, there are decent hotels nearby with a not very large surcharge.
