Building A wins only with a view of the sea, it is impossible to sleep there because the front door is latticed from above and in fact the audibility of cars from the road is as if you are without a door in a tent near the MKAD. Our tour operator insisted on going only to building A, we even paid significantly more for it, but I went to look at it-it's no worse, the room is even bigger, good dense entrance doors without hellish audibility and someone can also see the sea. There are also double-glazed windows in the windows, and wooden frames in the building. To go from building B is 30 seconds longer to the sea, no more. There is a tiny underground passage and an elevator immediately.
In case A, do not get up on chairs, I got up to brush away an insect, and the chair turned out to be old, with a removable bottom that falls out and further rest was with a torn leg ligament and bruises.
There were also misunderstandings with food - a lot of people were poisoned, an ambulance often came to the reception for our tourists and took someone away. The door in elevators has no sensor and can close when you enter, so when I saw a woman with coffee in her hands, her doors hit the sides - and hot coffee poured out on everyone who was in the elevator. In general, the hotel is very traumatic. Also, the only descent to the beach is a tiled staircase from the snack bar, which is always wet due to the fact that there is a faucet where they wash their feet from the sand - it's a simple matter to fly away on these steps on damp smooth tiles! And again, there are no anti-slip tapes on it, etc.
If you decide to buy excursions from anex tour, think 100 times and do not buy in advance. The guide Natalia Alexandrova is a liar, she gives everyone different prices, and if you get a free transfer to the pharmacy, they will bring you in leather and furs and leave you there, and you will return on foot in the heat. Due to injury, I could not go on a paid tour- the guide did not answer the phone, I wrote in advance and asked to postpone and cancel, warned that I could not go- in the end, no one returned my $ 105 even partially, although the tour included entrance tickets, which anex tour did not pay for me, but for everything my requests are simply ignored. I will definitely not contact Anex anymore, and even more so I will take excursions from them.

There was no negativity towards myself as a Russian. Just be polite too, and don't go into the hotel with your feet. It's a wonderful place, I'm resting here for the second time, and I'll be back next year. At a price for such an arrangement, it's just a godsend. Those who go for high-tech and lobsters, pass by.
The position of the hotel justifies all other disadvantages: old renovation , terrible kitchen , rattling air conditioners.The beach in Avsalar is just a miracle.

And the nutrition is solid 3+. There was no beef and mutton in 9 days at all, and this is a 5* hotel.
Nice hotel, slightly outdated renovation, but everything is clean and tidy. The food is round the clock, varied, drinks, cocktails are all good. I can't help but mention the spa, free hammam and massage, special thanks to the massage therapists.

I.e. 3 days out of 9, a third of the rest, we should spend in another hotel. When I began to get indignant and demand explanations about how it could be that they confirmed the reservation, but there were no seats, the employee at the reception (a man with a ponytail, wearing glasses) struck a pose and started shouting: "there are no places and that's it, go to another hotel"!!! At the same time, out of eight of us, only my husband and I were outraged, the rest did not want to "spoil the rest" for themselves... That is, do with us what you want, even on the head on @Rita, we will tolerate everything... With all this, several groups of Germans came with us and they were immediately settled without any problems. Great hotel. We had a rest from May 21st to 27th. We arrived late, at 9 p.m., and were immediately checked into room 1305. This is the third floor. For the first time in all our trips, we had a room with a sea view. The room itself is like a cabin, small, you open the balcony and the sea right under the windows. There was a storm and noise of course . On the one hand, the noise from the road, on the other the sea. But the sea view is great. The rooms are cleaned every day. Everything is complete and the bed is changed every day. In May, the sea is cool at 23 degrees, but we swam. It was both cool and hot. They were burned. The beach is clean, sun beds and mattresses are free, there is a bar, you can take drinks. The food was great, everything was meat and vegetables and sweet. The service is excellent. One boy accidentally broke a plate of food. The waiter came up to him, hugged him and calmed him down. I quickly removed everything from the floor. No scandals.

2. On the third day, we decided to go to the hammam and sauna at lunch, since we didn't have much strength to lie on the beach after poisoning. There is no cleaning, the food is mediocre, there is absolutely no choice, but you will not stay hungry, dirty dishes. The staff doesn't care. There is no animation. BUT JUST A GREAT BEACH!
I was at the hotel in May 2023.The old hotel, the rooms have old repairs and furniture, nothing special, everything is modest. We cleaned every day, the beach is beautiful, the food is varied, there is practically no territory.

1. The rooms are old, the cabinets creak, the air conditioner works every other time! They asked to fix it, only the repairman came 4 times. And the heat in July is simply unbearable.
2. Room cleaning is just a word! Towels are not changed, only until you ask. The bed linen seemed to have not been washed completely, I saw the remnants of old blood. We rested for 2 weeks, the cleaners themselves do not change the linen, you need to ask. At least once every 3-5 days the hotel must be changed.
Spiders crawl, ants lay paths - super)
The carpet in the rooms is simply not vacuumed, there probably a new life has already started, since by the end of my vacation and another girl from our group started coughing, and dry as an asmatic cough.

I couldn't eat a lot of things-it wasn't delicious! And I have something to compare it with. The kids don't have much to eat except French fries with nuggets at the snack bar.
4. If you want a sea view, then not Building A!This is the most ancient building, older than Tutankhamun's tomb, the smell of old age, damp beds and antique plumbing. There is also a bar with a disco next to this building, you can sleep only after 23h, when the disco with Turkish music ends.
