We flew in May with our family.Before that, there were many hotels in Turkey.All I can say about RUBI is that the beach is gorgeous and the staff is great(They're trying!!)
The food is without frills, it does not pull for 5.

A good hotel despite some nuances! I'll start with the good ones. The location is super, great! I recommend block A, you fall asleep to the sound of sea waves. I can't say about block B, people said that there is noise from the road. Despite the old room stock, the room is clean, the minus in our room is a painted bathtub, which surprised me!) They clean well, they make swans every day. Thanks to our maid! The disadvantage for us was not enough water in the room, but water can be taken from the bar in a single pack of 200 ml. There is another drawback, this is a barely working freezer, it does not cool at all.
Those guests who have been staying for more than 7 days can visit the a la carte restaurant, they liked grilled fish (I recommend it), the salad is simple, the shrimp are overcooked and very spicy.
Now I want to talk about the main restaurant. The breakfast is normal, the set of dishes is not large. Lunch is also modest. The hotel does not have bad dinners, there are soups, meat dishes, greens, salads. The waiters serve well (but not all), offer drinks to the guests, mostly wine. There are questions about dishes in the restaurant and bar, poorly washed plates and cocktail glasses come across! As a result, we got intestinal disorder, we did not eat outside the hotel to think about another institution. When I went to the restaurant administrator for mineral water (they wanted to take 2 bottles), he told me to go get it where it is, who has it there, it was very unpleasant and not beautiful.
Now the most interesting thing), the waiters are very sociable here, they pass pieces of paper with phone numbers, and if you don't answer, they start to completely ignore it.))) Are they offended?! In general, some employees there should definitely be changed so that the rating is not spoiled. There is a wonderful woman, I think her name is Feride, who makes tortillas. Very pleasant!
I can't say anything about the SPA, I haven't visited it. On the beach, an employee offers peeling and a standard massage for 35€.
I would like to mention the work of Yana (the organizer of the activity), who is trying very hard with an entertainment program for guests! Cheerful, sociable, nice to talk to!
Live music concerts are held in the evenings, and there are check-outs from the hotel.
In general, I would probably come back here because of the beach and the beautiful views from the window!

This is not the first time we have vacationed in Turkey. We had a rest in sector A in July (with a sea view). We knew where we were going, but we didn't think that everything was so bad there. I don't know who writes that it's so good there. And there is something to compare it with. This is definitely not 5. Of + a gorgeous view of the sea and the sandy beach (but there are sharp stones in the sea, which is not very pleasant). There are enough sun beds for everyone. And that's it!!! There is no territory. There is almost no animation. You just can't wait for waiters in the bar, (either in the afternoon or in the evening) you had to go to them in the tap room and ask for what you need, it's not very convenient, it would be better to put a bar counter and people would come up and immediately take what they need. There is also a problem with towels, they gave one child for two adults, they also got rude, be content with what you have. It is clear that in this department the attitude towards Russians is not very good. Very rude staff, this is a big DISADVANTAGE to the hotel. Music in the evenings is not every day and where did they get such an old one. And mostly music was played for the Turks. The hotel is not just tired, it is dead, the doors creak barely close. The animation was done 5 times in 8 days. For a C grade. Once there was a show about the history of Turkey, once there was a show of gymnasts, three times live music. There is an animator girl in the hotel, but her activity was completely invisible from the word, darts and beach volleyball, that's all… we were at a loss why it was there at all... if you check into building A, it's right on the sea with a beautiful view, building b is across the street, but the transition is so well done, as part of the hotel, that it's not even clear that you're walking through the underpass now. Of the advantages, I would only note the proximity to the sea, pleasant staff and an a la carte restaurant.
Building A wins only with a view of the sea, it is impossible to sleep there because the front door is latticed from above and in fact the audibility of cars from the road is as if you are without a door in a tent near the MKAD. Our tour operator insisted on going only to building A, we even paid significantly more for it, but I went to look at it-it's no worse, the room is even bigger, good dense entrance doors without hellish audibility and someone can also see the sea. There are also double-glazed windows in the windows, and wooden frames in the building. To go from building B is 30 seconds longer to the sea, no more. There is a tiny underground passage and an elevator immediately.
In case A, do not get up on chairs, I got up to brush away an insect, and the chair turned out to be old, with a removable bottom that falls out and further rest was with a torn leg ligament and bruises.
There were also misunderstandings with food - a lot of people were poisoned, an ambulance often came to the reception for our tourists and took someone away. The door in elevators has no sensor and can close when you enter, so when I saw a woman with coffee in her hands, her doors hit the sides - and hot coffee poured out on everyone who was in the elevator. In general, the hotel is very traumatic. Also, the only descent to the beach is a tiled staircase from the snack bar, which is always wet due to the fact that there is a faucet where they wash their feet from the sand - it's a simple matter to fly away on these steps on damp smooth tiles! And again, there are no anti-slip tapes on it, etc.
If you decide to buy excursions from anex tour, think 100 times and do not buy in advance. The guide Natalia Alexandrova is a liar, she gives everyone different prices, and if you get a free transfer to the pharmacy, they will bring you in leather and furs and leave you there, and you will return on foot in the heat. Due to injury, I could not go on a paid tour- the guide did not answer the phone, I wrote in advance and asked to postpone and cancel, warned that I could not go- in the end, no one returned my $ 105 even partially, although the tour included entrance tickets, which anex tour did not pay for me, but for everything my requests are simply ignored. I will definitely not contact Anex anymore, and even more so I will take excursions from them.

Yes, the rooms are tired, the food is no frills. But I spent the minimum amount of time in the room. Building A has a balcony directly above the sea. The atmosphere is incomparable. You leave the room, press the elevator button and you're on the beach. It takes about a minute and a half to get from the room to the beach. The staff is friendly and courteous. There was no negativity towards myself as a Russian. Just be polite too, and don't go into the hotel with your feet. It's a wonderful place, I'm resting here for the second time, and I'll be back next year. At a price for such an arrangement, it's just a godsend. Those who go for high-tech and lobsters, pass by.

We lived in building A, on one side there is a view of the sea from the other side of the street, the roadway. The noise of the sea did not bother us in any way. We woke up to this noise and fell asleep calmly. Those who love silence are not here. The beach is good, the entrance is excellent, what children need, you can walk along. But the beach is narrow in width, after the storm, it became very narrow, the sneakers floated away.
There are no complaints about food, we did not stay hungry. But they always came up to the opening, especially before dinner, the tables overlooking the sea were in great demand, and the tables were cleaner.
There is no hotel territory, there is nothing to do, there is nothing to animate about. I didn't pay attention to the interior, I knew where I was going, so I won't say anything)))
The snack bar is great, fries, burger, gozleme, salads are all delicious.
I was satisfied, my daughter is delighted, this is the most important thing. If I would go there again, the answer is NO.

But there is a huge disadvantage of this food. The motto of the hotel is to serve only poultry. They always have chicken or turkey for lunch and dinner. There are horse mackerel fish and surprisingly fried herring, but the trouble is, I don't eat fish and I don't eat turkey. Therefore, the chicken in 9 days just got tired!!! And the nutrition is solid 3+. There was no beef and mutton in 9 days at all, and this is a 5* hotel.

We stayed at the RUBI Hotel for 9 days from October 2 to October 11, 2023. Tour operator Anex tour, issued a tour through Travelata. I'll start in order: The flight was difficult, not only was it a night flight, but the flight was postponed several times. As a result, they took off in the morning with a 4-hour delay. Exhausted, we arrived at the hotel at the first hour of the day, but instead of checking in, a surprise was waiting for us. We were waited for forty minutes at the reception, then our group was gathered (who arrived on the same bus) and announced that there were no places in the hotel, so we would be taken to another hotel, where we would spend three nights (!!!). I.e. 3 days out of 9, a third of the rest, we should spend in another hotel. When I began to get indignant and demand explanations about how it could be that they confirmed the reservation, but there were no seats, the employee at the reception (a man with a ponytail, wearing glasses) struck a pose and started shouting: "there are no places and that's it, go to another hotel"!!! At the same time, out of eight of us, only my husband and I were outraged, the rest did not want to "spoil the rest" for themselves... That is, do with us what you want, even on the head on @Rita, we will tolerate everything... With all this, several groups of Germans came with us and they were immediately settled without any problems. I did not believe when people wrote that the Turks treat other tourists (not from Russia) much better, but here, unfortunately, they themselves encountered. And it was very obvious. As a result, they brought us to the UTOPIA hotel and my husband and I continued the resistance there. We refused to check into the room until the situation was clarified through the tour operator Anex tour. First we approached the Anex staff at the hotel, they spread their hands, said they had nothing to do with it, they could not help us in any way. It is not clear why they are needed there, then, to sell excursions??? Then we called the Anex tour hotline, where we were asked to wait until they found out the situation and call back. We waited a long time for the call, more than an hour, there are a lot of people coming and going in the lobby and many stop asking what happened, I explain the situation, but my voice is not quiet, especially when I'm nervous))). As a result, the director of the hotel came up to my husband and me and personally gave the word that tomorrow morning they would take us back to Rubi and find a room for us, but please check into the hotel now))). Well, one night is not three nights out of nine, we agreed. This is the only person who, in fact, solved the situation, thank him very much, unfortunately, on nerves and did not ask what his name was. The next morning we were taken to the Rubi Hotel and the room was also found, oddly enough... If not for all this hassle at the beginning, the rest would have turned out quite good. But, unfortunately, they did not allow us to enjoy our vacation to the fullest! Yes, the employee who sent us to another hotel asked us to write a paper that everything is fine with us and we are happy with everything, because, like, we called the hotline))). So that he is not responsible for anything. Of course, we wrote such a paper, especially since we still had to spend a week in this hotel, but by this act he gave us a reason to confirm the opinion that the person is incompetent and (radish). As for the Rubi hotel: It is located on the first coastline, the beach is good, the entrance to the sea is gentle, it is because of the beach that we chose this hotel. I spent two weeks choosing a hotel before booking a tour and this is very important for me. The food at the hotel is monotonous, especially in the morning there is a very poor choice, but you will not stay hungry. There is no cleaning in the room, in fact, there is no cleaning, they just change soap and soap accessories. Towels are changed every few days, bed linen has not been changed once in nine days. Although the hotel is, like, 4*. Well, four here, of course, does not smell, a maximum of three. Naturally, we will not return to this hotel, especially since Turkey is not only Rubi, there are plenty of other hotels. We are friends with those who want to be friends with us - this is our motto!

Good afternoon, we had a rest at the end of October 2023. We were very lucky with the weather, there was no wild heat, very comfortable air and water temperatures. We rested for a week, but we had enough impressions for a year ahead. Very friendly staff from the moment of check-in and during the entire stay at the hotel. The seller in the store is an unrealistically pleasant woman, the reception staff came to help with accommodation issues, special thanks to the animators - Yana and Emra, very positive people. Every day darts, volleyball, some days live music, performances, trips to the club for those who wish, in general, this holiday will be remembered for a long time. The guys in the restaurant and bar, all very nice and responsive, we really liked it. The view from the window of the 4th floor is something, I have not seen such beauty yet, the most beautiful sunsets, sunrises, moon and sun, an incredible view🩷

Great hotel. We had a rest from May 21st to 27th. We arrived late, at 9 p.m., and were immediately checked into room 1305. This is the third floor. For the first time in all our trips, we had a room with a sea view. The room itself is like a cabin, small, you open the balcony and the sea right under the windows. There was a storm and noise of course . On the one hand, the noise from the road, on the other the sea. But the sea view is great. The rooms are cleaned every day. Everything is complete and the bed is changed every day. In May, the sea is cool at 23 degrees, but we swam. It was both cool and hot. They were burned. The beach is clean, sun beds and mattresses are free, there is a bar, you can take drinks. The food was great, everything was meat and vegetables and sweet. The service is excellent. One boy accidentally broke a plate of food. The waiter came up to him, hugged him and calmed him down. I quickly removed everything from the floor. No scandals.
There were many Poles, Germans, and Russians in the hotel. There were no fights, everything was calm. The music at the disco was for all nations. There was nothing but a disco. Our hotel is in Avsallar. We dreamed of coming back here because there are good shops here, a bazaar on Wednesday, and this is a whole show. The hotel is conveniently located and has access to the beach under the hotel. The tour vouchers were taken from Osman, he is near the shops. We have been using his services for 5 years now. This time we were in Green Canyon. It's a very beautiful place, very. Do not take from individual guides, two thousand will be more expensive. By the way, you can also pay in rubles, where to negotiate.but mostly dollars and lira.
We left the hotel at night, it was inconvenient, we didn't get enough sleep. But these are Azur carriers.

There is no children's menu, the child is sitting on pasta alone. Yes, there are enough vegetables, only watermelon from fruits, melon is inedible, you can also take apples. Stone pears and plums. It's not interesting to write about the numbers. If everything works, then happiness.
There is practically no children's animation. A children's club is working quietly and unnoticeably for everyone.
And the scariest thing is the evening program for adults. Singers with an exclusively Turkish repertoire perform in the bar. For God's sake, it doesn't matter which one. But their equipment is tuned to such decibels that people sitting at the same table are forced to yell in each other's ears in order to somehow communicate. Hello everyone. The hotel is not five stars, at most three with a stretch. Everything needs repair. We were at the end of October 2023, at the end of the season, 99 percent of the contingent are aged, there is no entertainment, especially, only the presence of the sea and a sandy beach nearby saved us. It was all inclusive, the food was normal, without frills, the son ate at the snack bar, French fries and nuggets mainly, because the main menu for children in the kitchen is only edible pasta (the son is 8 years old). I wouldn't want to be here a second time. If there are options, see something else. We took because of the price, the ticket was refused and it turned out cheaper.

We are finally leaving on 08/22/2034! Home from this hotel! With the following impressions:
1. I was poisoned on the first day. After lunch, after 3-4 hours, it became very bad and was already hanging over the toilet. I didn't go to dinner, I went to breakfast with fear.
2. On the third day, we decided to go to the hammam and sauna at lunch, since we didn't have much strength to lie on the beach after poisoning. They were kicked out of the hamam, they said that they would have procedures and asked to vacate the premises. The spa itself : The hammam stones are not heated, just a stuffy and humid room.
3. On the third day, the balcony handle fell off, I called the reception desk, a man came, took off the lock and left. The beach stuff was left on the balcony. We sit and wait. I called the reception, a man came and put a handle that could hardly open further.
4. On the 4th day, everything seemed to be forgotten, the sea, the sand, the mood lifted a little. But upon arrival, the air conditioner flowed into the room. They called the reception, a man came, opened the grid from the air conditioner , dried something with a hairdryer , closed it and left. The next day there is a puddle again, the air conditioner is leaking.
5. In a restaurant, the food, as it were, is not tasty. Chicken legs made of meat, turkey of unknown origin. The plates are dirty, the floors in the restaurant are not washed at all, in my opinion. In general, everything is off the beaten path.
From the good: the sea, the beach, fruits. And yes, earlier check-in.

Terrible hotel! I don't advise anyone. I gave 1 star only for the beach and the sea)
1. The rooms are old, the cabinets creak, the air conditioner works every other time! They asked to fix it, only the repairman came 4 times. And the heat in July is simply unbearable.
2. Room cleaning is just a word! Towels are not changed, only until you ask. The bed linen seemed to have not been washed completely, I saw the remnants of old blood. We rested for 2 weeks, the cleaners themselves do not change the linen, you need to ask. At least once every 3-5 days the hotel must be changed.
Spiders crawl, ants lay paths - super)
The carpet in the rooms is simply not vacuumed, there probably a new life has already started, since by the end of my vacation and another girl from our group started coughing, and dry as an asmatic cough.
3. If you are used to eating pancakes, omelets, pancakes for breakfast in hotels, then they will be in this hotel, but once every 3-4 days) with a variety of dishes is normal, but this is no longer European cuisine, but Turkish. I couldn't eat a lot of things-it wasn't delicious! And I have something to compare it with. The kids don't have much to eat except French fries with nuggets at the snack bar.
4. If you want a sea view, then not Building A!This is the most ancient building, older than Tutankhamun's tomb, the smell of old age, damp beds and antique plumbing. And also the impossible noise from the waves, the sunny side, but the curtains never fade! For the record, if you like to sleep in the dark. It's very light. There is also a bar with a disco next to this building, you can sleep only after 23h, when the disco with Turkish music ends.
We had the first room in this building, and we paid extra for it back in Moscow, but it turned out that it was never a VIP room, for the record, we changed the number 3 times, I went through all the buildings, I know what I'm talking about.
5. There is an outdoor pool, but it is small and very chlorinated, the child has a rash from this water.
In general, there are many more disadvantages, but for me these would already be enough not to choose this hotel.
One plus is the admin Farrukh Bay, very attentive, helps to solve any issue, resolve the situation, and so on! All other employees are relaxed. This time the Turks didn't like it very much or the hotel is like that and the employees!
