The hotel does not pull not for 4 stars and not for a confident 3 stars. When we stopped at the hotel, we went up to our room on the 3rd floor (we had booked the room in advance) it was stupidly not cleaned, napkins were scattered everywhere and the room stank. As a replacement for this room, we were offered to settle on the 2nd floor (the room smelled of a hood from the dining room), and on the 1st floor, where it was more or less adequate, although after a day in the room we noticed that cockroaches were running around in the room, and that one outlet, which we did not use much it burned out and then stank, and the strangest thing is that there was no safe in this room (although a 4-star hotel implies a safe in the rooms) and also in this room there were no mugs, plates and spoons for three people, although we lived in three.
The funny thing is that in the hotel itself it is written and painted everywhere that they have 4 stars, and on the street at the entrance one star disappeared, or they were deservedly downgraded😂
In general, if you want to check into this hotel, think a thousand times

The hotel is located across the street from the Heydar Aliyev Center, it's a beauty. The rooms are large, new. Nice bed. Excellent service, thanks to the maids who silently changed the sheets for us after the baby regurgitated on the first night. Breakfast is the same every day, but there is a choice. Besides, Easter cakes and painted eggs were served to us. It's very nice!
