Not a bad hotel. The rooms are clean. There is a sea view and a mountain view. Nicely. The kitchen at the hotel is good, the food is delicious. The staff is friendly.

The only plus is the elevator, there are no two windows, apparently. For 2000rubles per day, you will get a smoky hall, mold on the walls and cracks. But when you travel 12 nights from Sochi, you are glad just to have a white bed.

Poisoned!!!! The three of us ordered meat in Abkhazian style. There was also salad and khachapuri, but they ate it separately. There is nothing more to sin against. We raced to the toilet all night. All signs of poisoning.. Vomiting, diarrhea, chills, weakness. The price tag is not weak and they tipped, but nevertheless.. Draw conclusions! Review of the cafe around the fountain.

Who will go, do not take food, quiet horror. There is no cleaning, they asked to wash the floors once a week. There is a pin sticking out in front of the hotel in the sea, a warning on the door to the dining room, BUT where exactly???? There is no sign on the beach. The room stock is normal. Corridors are being vacuumed. I will not go to this hotel anymore.

Good location. Nearby there are shops, cafes, a market. The view from the balcony to the bay is amazing. But the descent to the sea is terrible rusty steps, could make a normal descent, as in the neighboring Sofia hotel. There is a transfer to the airport, railway station.

Super!!! A room with access to a balcony that looks out to the sea. It's fantastic!) The sound of the sea. The girls were nicely served, they did not provide anything. Wi-Fi even caught up to the beach. Access to the sea directly from the hotel. There is a cozy restaurant nearby. Everything is delicious, there is a fountain in the center, a huge palm tree for shade. We will definitely come again!)

A great hotel, the room looked directly at the cafe, the balcony doors were closed and nothing could be heard!we rest for a week with a 4-year-old child, there are no problems with sleep!everything is clean, the room is cleaned every 2-3 days. Ruslan cafe near the hotel has the most delicious boats, you will not regret trying it!They cook delicious!The food itself in the hotel is disgusting, it's just impossible to call it homemade food, it's tasteless!Excellent location of the hotel, everything is within walking distance!

There was a favorite Hotel in Gagra. We stayed there for seven years. This time, due to a sick child, they had to reduce the time spent on vacation. At the same time, the owner of the hotel refused to refund the money for unused days of staying in the room. It's not even human. My family budget invested 21 tr. to the business owner. I'm unlikely to come back or recommend it to anyone.

I really liked the cozy rooms, balcony, sea view, which is right in front of the hotel. Thirty steps from the building - and the sea. The only thing that bothered me was concrete blocks in the sea two meters from the shore back in Soviet times. But the sea is clear, turquoise, and warm. We didn't eat at the hotel, there is a canteen and a market nearby.
